• stern732 (10/5): Excellent Value - The service is this hotel was EXCELLENT!!! Their staff was helpful in EVERY way possible. The rooms were clean, complimentary drinks in the mini bar, good amenities, 24 hour bar service, excellent buffet breakfast. No complaints. Very enjoyable stay!
• renfah (10/5): A Hotel to be recommended - Our room in this Hotel was simple but functional and clean. We had a quiet night and slept well as no noises from the outside came to our ears. The people at the reception were friendly and efficient. A bag we forgot in the lobby was kept under custody and returned to us unharmed - this act of honesty was appreciated very much and of course raised our esteem and overall satisfaction with the Hotel to a high level.
• Jetsettr12 (10/5): Super stay - Great hotel for a short stay in Tashkent. Stayed in Sept and booked a superior king room - it was large, modern, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Bottles of water were replenished everyday and breakfast was nice - there was a good selection. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. There’s an ATM by reception and a 24h bar for drinks. The hotel gives a feeling of peace and tranquility, probably because it’s located in a little cul-de-sac off of the main road. It’s also about a 5-8 mins walk to one of the many “must see” metro stations in Tashkent: Bodomzor (although in order to get there you have to go back on yourself and cross the road at the traffic lights - you can’t just jaywalk your way there). Overall the hotel is well located and is easy to find for taxi drivers (Yandex, etc). Would definitely stay again.

• 921oliverd (8/5): Good four star hotel - Good hotel, nice lobby bar with food available very late at night, comfortable rooms, good breakfast selection. Walking distance to bars and restaurants, easy to get a cab to anywhere else in the city.

• Jennifer (10/5): Busy hotel / Clean / Nice Restaurant - This is quite a busy hotel and it looks like many of their customers are people who are visiting Uzbekistan for business. The location isn't great and there aren't restaurants near the hotel. Thankfully there is a restaurant at the hotel which serves excellent italian food. We dined at the restaurant twice, and the staff (a young boy) at their restaurant provided us with great service. The hotel lobby is beautiful. We are happy with our room, which we find to modern and tastefully renovated. One grouse is that the heater in our room was somehow not warm enough.. (The heater in the shower is much better). Breakfast was a huge buffet spread. Business was good and they don't seem to have enough spare seats for guests as some had to share tables for breakfast..

• Andrew (10/5): - Staying here was an excellent experience. As an American, the process was very easy and the staff spoke good English. Rooms were clean, breakfast was hot and plentiful beyond most western hotels I have stayed at, and the pool area is excellent. Highly recommend staying here. Alina, Norbol, and Azziz were especially helpful.
• Konstantin (8/5): - Overall it was a good stay. The staff was good and helpful. The cleaning personnel was good always busy cleaning the facility. Special thanks to Gulya from cleaning personnel , she was always attentive and supplying enough water in the room. Breakfast was ok , getting kind of boring and repetitive in a little while. They need to add more breakfast items, like breakfast croissants, eggs Benedict etc.

• sarahpK8474YA (8/5): Comfortable beds! - The Navruz Hotel is in a great location on a side street but close to metro and a few restaurants (can recommend Siesta restaurant!). Rooms are on the small side but have everything you need including kettle, fridge, bottled water, blackout curtains, toiletries, hairdryer. Beds are large and comfortable with lovely bed linen. Bathroom of the room we stayed in was small with shower cubicle only, no bath, but was clean and modern with good water pressure. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a hard day's sightseeing and I particularly enjoyed having a cappuccino or two at breakfast. The young male receptionist (sorry I didn't get his name but he seemed to work 24/7) spoke excellent English and was helpful and efficient.
• Moira (10/5): Excellent Hotel near Bodomzor - Excellent hotel. Very comfortable. Behind the Radisson Blu hotel close to Bodomzor Metro station and Amir Temur road. Very good breakfast. Nice modern rooms, good WiFi, TV with English News channels,comfortable beds and minibar with some free soft drinks. Kettle tea and coffee. Nice pool and pool area. Very good stay and arranged an Airport transfer on our arrival.

• Konstantin (8/5): - Overall it’s a nice and small hotel, good for a short stay, but definitely needs some improvements. What they need to do asap is to hire new housekeepers. They don’t do their job right and don’t supply with fresh towels, soap etc. One day they left me with an open water bottle half emptied. Breakfast was good, they need to teach their waiters how to smile though. Pillows are hard as hell. Nice pool and patio area. Overall it wasn’t bad for a price.

Location is awesome and the metro is just walkable distance from the hotel The hotel has newly renovated rooms and so every bit is spic and span The breakfast served does not have many vegetarian options but it’s quite manageable with fruits and dry fruits. Wi-Fi enabled and it’s pretty quick
• OBD2142 (10/5): Excellent Value, Amazing Breakfast Buffet - I stayed her a few nights and thought the hotel was lovely. This a small boutique hotel with all the amenities you’ll want. Swimming pool. Bar/restaurant. Clean room with all the little amenities you could think of including a toothbrush. Complimentary water. Plenty of hot water in the shower. And the breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve experienced. Great value for what you are provided.
• Elan47 (4/5): Do not book a standard room in this hotel!!! - I would have rated this 3 stars hotel as excellent if the standard rooms had sufficient living space for two adults and the hotel management would have acted properly after making what they described as “ their own mistake “. Before getting to this point I would like to compliment this establishment for having excellent breakfast, pleasant staff and top cleanliness. And here comes the “ but” : There are two types of rooms. Standard and Suite. There are No in between. The standard rooms are very clean but also very tiny. The size of the bathroom is even worse and with minimal toiletries. The standard room will hardly accommodate one person. After staying one night in such room I asked to be moved to a suite for the rest of our 4 nights stay. My request was answered positively and we moved our belongings to the suite which we have found to be nice and comfortable. However, after one hour I received a phone call from the receptionist telling me that she made a mistake and we will have to move back to the standard room the next morning because the room is booked for Russian guests arriving the next morning…. I can not describe this behavior but as outrageous. When a hotel management is making a “mistake “ as such they should be accounted for and not put the burden on the guest!

• CanberraEscapee (10/5): Practically perfect in every way - We picked this hotel for our first few nights in Uzbekistan based on internet research and could not have done better. We arrived at 3am from Dubai the flight was late but the hotel had arranged our transfer and the driver was waiting. Checking in at 4am was easy after 32 hours of travel from Sydney. Our room (421) was comfortable with an amazing view of the nearby tower. Double grazed windows could be opened so we had fresh air option but very quiet when they were closed. Everything was spotless in our room and hotel facilities. The pool was cold but we didn't care after walking 16km around the city. Metro and several eateries nearby, hotel breakfast has choices for everyone and staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. ATM in foyer super handy to get cash when we arrived but also when machine declined my Visa at checkout. Would definitely recommend to any traveller 👍
• 452utkua (8/5): Practical. - All the staff was too kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is good. Everywhere was clean enough. Check-in and check-out were quick. We had to wait at least half an hour to have the meals we ordered in the restaurant, for our dinner.

• offthemapkp (10/5): Great hotel in a good location, excellent staff - I stayed at the Navruz twice, for a few days at the beginning of my trip to Uzbekistan and for almost a week at the end. It's a new building, the rooms are spacious and everything is new. Internet quality was very good and they had one of the better breakfast buffets in the morning that I had in Uzbekistan. The dining facility is nice and there are also things like a gym available. The bar/restaurant on the main floor was open late and it was a nice place to unwind with good food although a limited menu. The staff was exceptional, very accommodating and many people spoke good English. I left a couple of bags with them at the beginning of the my journey and everything was taken care of easily. There are two ATM's in the lobby for Uzbek currency, which was very conveniant. The location is on a quiet side-street and I wouldn't say it was central but the city is quite spread out and there were both markets and restaurants within easy walking distance. Cabs are relatively inexpensive in Tashkent and I used the Yandex app which worked very well and I never had a problem getting anywhere. Overall, a great hotel and a good value, IMHO, newer than many of the hotels in Uzbekistan and a good base to explore Tashkent. Thanks!
• aleere_boy (10/5): 4-,6-stages have excellent rooms - There 411- and 403- rooms are enough but 410- was extra lux i have lived for 5 days but i guessed that there isn’t any medical service center any near i have lost my identity card in 411-room if someone finds please help me for my flight away i am in embassy now waiting for new request for new identity card
• Meredith (10/5): Great Value Hotel - I have stayed at the Novruz twice and would gladly stay there again. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, with great beds. The breakfast has greatly improved since the new addition of the hotel was completed. It is an excellent value for the price. I highly recommend it.

Минибар в номере- бесплатно (с пополнением) - 2-3 вида соков и холодный чай. Хороший кондиционер.Относительно неплохой интернет.Окна правда особо не откроешь - шумно..- черех 200 метров центральная улица, но звукоизоляция хорошая.Отличный рецепшен.

• Janelle (10/5): Highly recommended. - Perfect hotel to explore Tashkent - close to metro station (Bodomzor), wonderful staff, atm and currency conversion available in-house, tasty breakfast, spacious room and immaculately clean. We had a great stay and highly recommend this hotel to other travellers. The only negative could be the limited eating options closeby, but this is not a huge problem, as the metro is close and the city is small enough that everything is accessible.

O pessoal da recepção é muito simpático; lá, na recepção, há uma máquina de banco onde se pode fazer câmbio de dólares por soms, a moeda local, a uma ótima taxa de conversão. O café da manhã é bom, o quarto é muito limpo, com ar condicionado, mini- geladeira (com ítens gratuitos para retirada), a TV tem um grande número de canais disponíveis e o wi-fi funciona bem. Hotel bastante recomendável!!!

• Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent hotel but breakfast could use work - This hotel was excellent. My only recommendation is to have someone who speaks English work in the breakfast area. I ordered a vegetable (without cheese) omelet three times. The first one came with cheese and meat, the second with cheese and the third was uncooked and runny on the inside. I finally gave up and ate a hard boiled egg.

• PhilIp (10/5): Excellent Value. Convenient location. Good staff. - WOW! The customer service by the entire staff was amazing. I had a complex booking in and out a couple time, two rooms with different days away etc and the Navruz didn’t miss a beat. Our rooms and keys were ready and waiting each time. I interacted with 8 different staff during my visit. All of them were professional, Friendly and spoke some English. The front desk and dining staff were all fluent in Russian and English. My only reluctance in posting this review is that the Navruz will not have any available rooms next time. WiFi was good, room more than adequate and better than the price would indicate. I was pleasantly surprised. Being new, my room had six power outlets conveniently placed. Great bathroom. I can’t think of any complaints which is unusual for me.
• Elena (10/5): Отель Навруз, я скучаю по тебе! - Отель новый и потому очень чистый и ухоженный. Персонал приветливый и готов ответить на ваши любые вопросы и просьбы, а также оказать помощь. Завтраки, а также приветственные напитки и фрукты в фойе гостиницы на высоте. В гостинице соблюдаются высокие меры безопасности и охраны гостей (камеры, сотрудники по безопасности). В номере предусмотрено всё необходимое: кондиционер, мебель, очень удобные матрацы, сейф, бесплатный мини-бар. Относительно работы Wi-Fi меня всё устроило (есть только ограничение не более 3 устройств). Есть прачечная, а по требованию могут предоставить утюг. Если ваш рейс немного позже выбытия из отеля (check-out до 12:00), то ваш багаж бесплатно будет храниться в специальной комнате. Уровень гостиницы очень высокий. В данный момент гостиница расширяется (сентябрь 2018г.), поэтому идет стройка, что нисколько не помешало нашему комфорту. Также в отеле предусмотрен только завтрак, однако персонал подскажет, где в окрестности можно поужинать или пообедать, учитывая ваши кулинарные предпочтения. До метро 5 минут пешком, но мы пользовались в основном такси, так как оно очень доступно.
