Leider war das Restaurant wegen Erkrankung des Kochs geschlossen, so können wir dessen Qualität nicht beurteilen. Die Dame an der Rezeption war super nett, leider aber auch ziemlich überfordert und bis wir unsere Getränke bekamen, brauchten wir viel Geduld. Das Bad war leider etwas schmuddelig, das Waschbecken vergilbt und fleckig, die Dusche nicht wirklich sauber und das Wasser lief nur schlecht ab. Leider keine Hafermilch oder andere vegane Alternative zum Frühstück.

Man spürt den deutlichen Personalmangel.Das Hotel macht zeitweise einen regelrecht verlassenen Eindruck. Lage: zwischen Multipolster(im Haus)& McDonalds (nebenan) Dadurch passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis irgendwie nicht ganz.

Matthias (5/5): - gute Lage zur Autobahn aber auf einem Möbelhaus ich hatte kurzfristig gebucht und war froh eine ruhige Nacht zu haben 90er Jahre Charme, der Frühstücksraum wurde erst um 7 Uhr aufgeschlossen obwohl ca. 6-7 Leute warteten. Sehr einfaches Hotel an der Autobahn - leider kein richtiges Business-Hotel.

Ich kann nichts zum Personal sagen,weil ich bei meinen Aufenthalten Keines sah. Alles wurde mit Zetteln & Boxen geregelt,die auf dem Rezeptionstresen standen.Wer ein Anliegen hat,steht allein da,ansonsten ist es mir egal gewesen. Es wäre schön,wenn das zugehörige Restaurant mal regelmäßig geöffnet hätte. Den Personalmangel im Haus spürt man leider.

Helmut (6/5): Nichts besonderes. Von 4 Sternen, die dieses Hotel vorweist, erwarte ich doch etwas mehr. - Am ersten Morgen war praktisch gar kein Frühstück vorhanden. Das Personal stand nur warum ohne sich zunächst um Nachschub zu bemühen. Erst als ich etwas energisch geworden bin, haben die beiden Mitarbeiter in Bewegung gesetzt. Es gab eine Bar im Haus, die ständige geschlossen war. Die Rezeption, wo gegebenenfalls auch Getränke hätten gekauft werden können war ab 22:00 Uhr unbesetzt

Bastien (9/5): Une très bonne expérience dans l’ensemble. - Le principal avantage de cet établissement est sa proximité immédiate avec la sortie de l’autoroute, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour faire une halte lors d’un trajet à travers le pays. La chambre était parfaitement équipée et le lit très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, avec un grand buffet sucré et salé très bien préparé. Ce n’est pas vraiment un défaut, mais lors de notre arrivée, il était un peu surprenant de devoir traverser un grand magasin de meubles pour accéder à la réception et aux chambres situées à l’étage. Nous avons même hésité un instant en nous demandant si c’était bien l’entrée de l’hôtel. Au final, rien de gênant — et ce n’est certainement pas le lieu le plus insolite pour un hôtel, surtout en Allemagne !

Beim Frühstück hätte etwas mehr Auswahl sein können (gerade was Hähnchen usw. angeht). Gerade für den Preis von knapp 85 Euro für eine Nacht. Personalbedingt war vorher schwer jemand zu erreichen am Telefon. Auch auf eine Frage per Mail kam keine Antwort. Die Rezeptionsdame war wohl für alles da. Telefon, Email, Küche, Abräumen usw. Für so ein großes Hotel alleine schwer machbar.

Oproffsigt och okunnig tjej i receptionen vid ankomst, vi bokade med middag som inte ingick i priset fick vi veta på plats. Vi fick vänta en halvtimme med incheckningen och hon pratade knappt engelska.Priset blev ändrat dagen efter när vi mötte arbetsledaren som var trevlig. Städningen var ganska dåligt.

Ina (6/5): Für kurze Reisedauer ausreichend wenn man keinen Luxus braucht - Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist gut. Man ist innerhalb von Minuten auf der Autobahn. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind laut. Zudem ist alles in die Jahre gekommen. Das reicht von den Möbeln bis hin zum Badvorleger. Das Restaurant war geschlossen - darauf müsste man auf der Webseite hinweisen.
