I appreciate the two young ladies that help us out on Friday during checkin. The door for 517 is damaged, we could not lock the bottom lock because it was broken. Saturday night there alot of noise and chaos from another basketball program that stayed. They were very rude!

Martha, the young woman at the front desk, went out of her way to be helpful to us & show us where to walk to get to Jimmy’s pizza. We had a 2.5 yr old with us & she made sure we didn’t walk on the main road. She was very friendly, kind & helpful. Please award her something for being an exceptional employee. We stayed in Room 111. It was clean but it didn’t look like the toilet had been cleaned.

- John (9/5): Great Value in Chelmsford - The staff was fantastic! Everyone had a smile and were very attentive to our every need. Breakfast was nice to have in the mornings. Room was a little smaller than I had hoped, but still a great value. 1st morning cleaning staff came into our room at 9am, when we were still in bed after getting in a t 2 am. Oops, on both of us, we should have had do not disturb sign. One more thing, the bathroom did not have a fan for steam or smells.
