I didn't like the lock on the window being broken and I was on the ground floor. I didn't sleep very at all. The A/C heating unit got very loud that I had to turn it off totally. The bed mattress was lopesided. My biggest complaint will be the lack of sleep I obtained because of all these things.

The front desk person told me to give it ten minutes and she would call me when the room was ready. I never got that call. Fortunately, we decided to go get some food, so it wasn't that big of a deal.
Angela (1/5): This was the worst hotel experience of my life - nothing, my whole stay was horrible and the staff and prooerty is horrendous. STAY AWAY! I didn't like one thing about this property. The temperature in the room is kept at 65 degrees in the dead of winter, the mattress cover had disgusting stains which looked like fecal matter (HUGE BIOHAZARD)!!! the shower took forever to drain and the floors are disgustingly dirty, I had cacked up dirt on the side of the bed.

Bathroom had no rug so when you get out of the shower you have to slip in your slides. Bathroom sink faucet was loose, shower head was covered with limescale and it was shooting water in all directions. The refrigerator in the room had no shelves. I was so disappointed.

Not that I didn't like, but there was q-tips I saw up underneath the TV stand. There was also a horrible noise coming from like the refrigerator/ microwave and it was a consistent noise the entire stay.

Greg (8/5): We grew very fond of this nice hotel in a beautiful area - This hotel was a bit of a sweet find. Not only are the corridors carpeted and wide, and the room very spacious. But there is a decent sized swimming pool open all day, and a small gym. As well as a bar/restaurant. Next door you also have a dunkin doughnuts that opens at 4:30am. Just outside the venue a five minute walk away there is a lovely shop that sells homemade pastries and cakes. Well worth a look. Nothing. But you really need a car if you stay here. We didn't so we had to rely on ubers.

Snay (7/5): Good for the price. - I asked the woman who checked us in to recommend a few local restaurants. We ate at the Sycamore and it was great. Pillows were big and fluffy. We got a balcony room but couldn’t really use the balcony because there was a whole colony of spiders out there. Not the hotel’s fault - spiders in this area tend to congregate around outdoor lights since their prey does the same. Also at one point in the morning the power went out. It came back on in 20 minutes or so but I was surprised the hotel didn’t have a backup generator. Also one of my kids said they wanted “fluffy bedspreads”. The beds had blankets, but not comforters. It didn’t matter to me.

The chemicals they used were so bad I couldn’t breathe. She then gave us a third room in the 2nd floor so we could air a room out. She was nice, the rooms are disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Scott (4/5): Don’t be fooled by the stock pictures, i wouldn’t pay more than $60 to stay here - The shower water was hot. The bed was noisy but comfortable. We didn’t like that the online pictures did not match the current state of the hotel and room. The pictures looked like they were taken back when the hotel opened and was a clarion. It now feels like 20 years have lapsed and it has a sketchy run down vibe. The ceiling was discolored from water damage and the furniture in the room was in a sad and damaged shape. For a $120 a night we expected better. The door is thin and you can hear everything in other rooms.
