• Vanessa (7/5): - The location and the view from the balcony was beautiful to wake up to and see from meals. It was very cozy and we loved the fireplace. Bed was very comfortable. When we tried to make a fire, all the firewood was wet. We had to wait a long time for it to be delivered since it was later in the day, which was understandable. We also wanted to grill and it stated on site and unit had grill. Grill in unit was out of order and chained up. We checked for a fire ban/restrictions as well and county was not under one if that was the case. I wish we knew before hand since we planned on grilling for dinner. We wanted to use the pool and a huge group of teenagers took over and were loud. We decided not to.

• Cheryl (10/5): - Everything! Location, views, comfy room. It was great and we will return. A group of people took over the pool facility for the entire day on our last day. So we were unable to use the pool, and they were pretty loud. Our plan was to use hi to the pool on that day But that was not the fault of the rental. It just was unfortunate luck. We still enjoyed the room.

Есть все доя проживания Старые ковры в два слоя, грязь, пыль убирала сама, нашла пылесос и убирала сама номер, дышать невозможно, номер не убран совсем. Шторы все в пыли, на полу остатки от дров. Дров доя камина не было, старая мебель ,пора выбросить. Вода в ванной стоит и не стекает, мыльные принадлежности на одного человека, нас было трое. Место хорошее , но комната ужасно.
• Emma (10/5): L'appartement de rêve à Keystone - Magnifique appartement, avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes et le lac. Le grand lit est très confortable, l'appartement est vraiment fonctionnel pour 2 personnes. La petite terrasse est formidable. L'accès à la piscine, jaccuzzi, sauna (à 30sec à pied) est vraiment un plus. Le personnel (jamais rencontré en personne) est très gentil par message et à répondu avec rapidité à toutes mes questions. Le check-in et check-out est très simple. Certains radiateur n'etaient pas fonctionnels dans l'apprtement,, mais 10min après avoir contacté le personnel, ils nous ont mis un chauffage d'appoint.

• Erin (10/5): Amazing!! Love this condo!!!! - The view is amazing. Very near to pool and the pond was awesome. The couch is huge and fits 3 sleeping. I love this place. Not a space for dry/non refrigerated food.
• Jake (10/5): Great value fully furnished lodge in a great location in nature - View was awesome! The room was furnished and very close to the activities. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

When we arrived that was not the case. Took us 2 days into our 4 day stay to receive pool keys that worked. Took us 3 phone calls to get results

• Kaufmann (6/5): - Conveniently located to the ski lifts. Check Out is 10am, on our day of check out the cleaning service was knocking on our door at 9:30am which felt disruptive and unprofessional. This building did not have an elevator which proves a challenge with loading snow activity equipment in and out.

• Kevin (10/5): if you're going skiing in Summit County, pick this property. - This property is fantastic. Easy access to a ski resorts. The fireplace by itself makes this property a great value. But what makes this even better is the communication between the property management company and the guest. It is marvelous. can't think of anything.

• Matthew (10/5): beautiful setting between the mountains to relax and enjoy the area - perfect location with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and lake. wood burning fireplace was delightful! I did have to call for more firewood so having the wood stocked would have been nice with fire starters- that said however the staff was quick to deliver it and very pleasant to work with.

• Susan (8/5): good escape from the city - the view was fantastic. loved the balcony didn’t love that we paid a large cleaning fee but were still asked to take out the garbage and wash the dishes
• Jonathan (8/5): Check-in address & directions please! - The bathroom and kitchen were clean but the carpeting and the sofa were dirty. Also, there was so much furniture in the main room that it was difficult to get around in the place. The fireplace surround was dirty and could have been much more beautiful. The worst part was not receiving an address of where to check in until we had asked 2 strangers where to go. Once we finally found the correct place to check in, the person working couldn’t tell us EXACTLY how to get there because it was his second day on the job. Checking out, on the other hand was a breeze. We replied to a text and left our keys on the counter. Perhaps this lack of communication about where to go was a Covid oversight? I don’t know, but after driving for many hours it was very frustrating to not have the exact address of where to go to check in.
• Connie (6/5): Unit shows it’s age - The unit looked aged and not in a good way. There were spots on the carpet. An area rug has a permanent raised part that I tripped on a lot. Full kitchen was nice and best of all was the balcony overlooking the pond. Great to sit out to have coffee and relaxing after the sun went down.
• MountainBiker (10/5): - I loved the view from the balcony. Spectacular. The condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed. I would stay there again.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good studio unit, great view. - Location was really good and the view of Keystone Lake is great. It is a studio and advertises for up to 5 to stay, that would definitely be tight, there were 2 of us and it was perfect. The unit is older, but clean. Screen door to balcony is ripped, but everything else in working condition.
