We have a couple of questions about our services: Upon checking in we found the unit we reserved, and brought our luggage up. There was no code on our welcome packet to access the unit, so we needed to call the Guest Support to receive the code to open the door to our unit. We talked to a very nice representative who apologized, and promptly gave us the code to our unit. After we settled in, the door opened and in walked the owner of the unit. He had no idea we were staying here. He said that it wasn’t our fault and he apologized and quickly exited. We couldn’t help but feel like we were totally forgotten about during our reservation process; considering this and the forgotten code to the condo. please let us know what can be done to repair the situation.

The walk to Mountain House ski area was short and easy to make with a child. Beautiful views from the condo. I couldn't figure out how to use the ski locker. There was only a key and the lockers had letters on them.
