• Oswald (10/5): Perfekt für unseren Freunde-City-Trip - Schon vorab war die Kommunikation top. Der Empfang war super nett und äußerst freundlich. Unsere 2 Doppelzimmer mit Blick auf den begrünten Innenhof waren super ruhig und sehr schön. Die Lage als Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten war top und auch viele Bars für ein neapolitanisches Frühstück waren gleich bei der Tür raus. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen.

The room was quiet but because we were next to the main door you could hear people coming and going. The cleaning although thorough left quite a lot of hair from previous guests in the bathroom. We experienced a handful of mosquitos in the room from the window being open which is expected for the area but something to be aware of.

• Ana (8/5): - Excellent location: The B&B was very close to public transport, making it easy to get around. Many restaurants: There was a good variety of restaurants right on the doorstep. The balcony: Having a balcony was a great plus and really added to the experience. Unfortunately, several aspects made our stay less enjoyable. The situation with the city tax was especially frustrating; not only was it cash-only, but the hosts didn’t have any change, so we had to scramble to find the exact amount in cash. We also had trouble communicating due to language barriers, and felt the 10 AM check-out was too early. Charging extra fees to store luggage afterward felt unreasonable.

Personnel attentif et très sympathique et arrangeant Nous aurions souhaité un petit déjeuner mais cela n’est pas possible . Les photos du site montraient des photos de repas donc nous pensions cela possible en supplément. Ce lieu n’est pas un hôtel mais un grand appartement divisé en chambres à louer. Je n’ai pas trouvé cela très clair sur l’annonce.

• Keith (10/5): Just what we wanted! - The location was fantastic to access everything we wanted. It can be noisy, but we expected that for where it is. There were really helpful recommendations for local restaurants, trips, etc. We loved the jacuzzi, it's one of the nicest and most comfortable ones we have used. Not much to say here, minor issue was a problem with the bed, but that was rectified (thank you) and a silly issue, more coat hangers needed.

Per la stanchezza sbaglio camera e il giorno dopo la titolare mi insulta in presenza di un suo collaboratore mortificato. Pulizia approssimativa: capelli in giro. In bagno gradino in mezzo alla sala molto pericoloso; ritengo non sia in linea con le normative. Sempre in bagno molto visibile della muffa sulle pareti. Sono andato via per non avere a che fare con questo tipo di persona; ho rinunciato ad altre due notti e ho avuto un rimborso soltanto del 10%.

• Carole (9/5): Maravilloso y una atención muy personalizada - La amabilidad del personal es exquisita. La ubicación inmejorable Nos ha gustado todo de la Lepre Felice. Pero aprovecho para recordar a las personas que se alojan en los establecimientos en general, de ser más respetuosas y no hablar en voz alta porque pueden molestar a los demás.
• Rosa (8/5): Wonderful stay and helpful staff - Very nice staff easy to communicate with, the place was very clean and well located The street is noisy, so you can’t open the windows to sleep ( but Naple is like this)

• Margarida (6/5): Moyen car le placement et le personnel était très sympa - L’emplacement et le personnel super sympa Rien fonctionnait… la machine à café ne fonctionnait pas, le levier des toilettes bouché … très froid dans la salle de bain car le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Les duchés pas très confortable. Rapport qualité prix vraiment trop cher
• Christine (10/5): - Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt im Herzen von Neapel! Die Unterkunft war sauber, komfortabel und ideal gelegen, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren direkt in der Nähe. Neapel selbst ist lebendig, authentisch und voller Charme – und diese Unterkunft war die perfekte Basis, um alles zu erleben. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder!

• Nino Calvaruso (7/5): - Camera spaziosa e pulita. Il bagno comodo e pulito. Zona centrale a piedi in 5 min sei ovunque. Camera poco insonorizzata. Si sentiva il traffico della strada e la tv della camera accanto, anche quando entra qualcuno nel b&b si sente dalla camera.

• Ilenia (10/5): - La struttura è posizionata in un punto strategico. Vicinissima alla metro che permette di raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti. Anna ci ha accolto con grande gentilezza aspettando cortesemente il nostro arrivo e spiegandoci i principali spostamenti da fare. La camera spaziosa ben curata e pulita.

• Antonina (6/5): - The place was clean and comfortable PLEASE NOTE that if You are checking in after 9pm You will be charged a lot of more money. I find that ridiculous , as there is no reason for such a rule. 9pm is not late at all and many people can have problems with transportation - especially in Italy when trains are often late - this was our case as our train was very late and because of that we would have to pay extra… we had to rush like crazy and got very stressed, and we got to arrive at 8:55 pm so we were not charged but that was hell of a stress to put on people who are travelling to enjoy their time…
• Alba (9/5): Ubicación ideal y personal encantador - La ubicación es ideal, puedes ir andando a todos los puntos de interés y tiene muy buena conexión en transporte público para los lugares que quedan más alejados. Las Ileana y Anna son un encanto y se preocupan de que tu estancia sea de lo más cómoda, solucionándote todas las dudas o problemas que tengas. Si tuviera que decir algún pero, la cama era demasiado blanda, aunque eso es algo muy personal. Entiendo que para otros puede ser una ventaja. Por el resto todo perfecto.

• Svetlana (8/5): A great space at the heart of Napoli - The host that met me was incredibly welcoming, the room was very spacious, beautiful and comfortable. The location is great, especially if you visit Napoli for the first time - you can easily walk to all the key attractions, and there are multiple great places to eat and drink at nearby, as well as the gateways to Pompei and islands. The main gate is either guarded or closed so it also feels safe there. The cleaning service needs improvement. Not because of cleanliness, but because of “service”. I was told there will be every day cleaning and started with a proper set of towels and few toilet paper rolls. For the week I’ve stayed I barely had any towels replaced even when specifically asked for it, and constantly running out of toilet paper. The cleaners were coming and intrusively knocking at the door every day at random hours, often early in the morning. That’s not the experience you want to have on a vacation.

• SANDRO (10/5): Perfeito!!!! Local lindo, atendimento maravilloso e localização perfeita! - Localização maravillosa, quarto lindo e bem decorado. A pessoa que nos recebeu é muito educada e simpática. Amei!!! Vale a pena! Ficaria de novo no mesmo local se retornasse a Nápoles. Perfeito!! Poderia ter aqueles chinelos descartaveis, pois o chao é frio. E não repuseram tapete no banheiro ao limpar. No resto nada a reclamar. Adorei!

• Kathleen (10/5): Out of this world ! - Everything was beyond perfect! This room exceeded our expectations!! The room is modern and stylish, the bed was so comfortable, the shower has great water pressure and was modern and spotless, and the location is perfect. It is on a safe busy street and very easy to walk to the historic centre and the main attractions. The host gave us recommendations for all the best bars, restaurants and sites and was so lovely and welcoming (she also speaks perfect English! ). They were so kind to let us leave our bags there on the first day and the last day. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples. nothing

Une chambre magnifique - très bien situé dans Naples car proche de tous les centres d’intérêt : gare, centre-ville, quartiers touristiques, tout est situé proche de cet établissement - l’accueil et la communication était parfaite avec l’hôtesse et toutes les personnes travaillant pour l’établissement - une chambre calme et une atmosphère relaxante avec de magnifiques luminaires tout en élégance et modernité .
