She then informed me that my reservation had been cancelled and it was without my knowledge. When I refuted her response she left to speak with a manager then returned and began to put me in a room with no explanation. She was rude Much better customer service

La caution était de 100 USD, et ils m’ont remboursé que 50 USD pour les « frais de parking » pour deux nuits. Ce dont ils ne m’avaient pas prévenu.

The staff is condescending and rude. Only worth it if you don’t talk to anyone working there.

• ASTRI AYU (8/5): - The room so spacious - There is a part of bathroom that was not clean when I was checking in - I booked for non smoking room however I found out that on Mar 10, 2026 that there is someone smoking in other rooms (I guess) as resulted I couldn't sleep till morning (the smoking odor happened at 1:26 AM) and at that time I called lobby to have someone to check however the security couldn't find where the smoking odor coming from. It's really bad experience for that night, while the remaining nights are relatively ok

Phoning the front desk for information or service was difficult as often no one ever answered. The wifi failed for hours at a time, very frustrating when trying to do business. • Timothy (8/5): Great value - Overall the hotel was great. The room very spacious. The bathroom was huge too. Staff were friendly the whole stay. Our only complaint was that our coffee machine was missing a piece so we were not able to use it.
• Savarese (1/5): Very disappointed - Nothing. I checked in at 940pm after a 20 hour flight from Thailand. All I wanted was to take a shower and go to bed. I was informed at check in that the water would be shut off at 10pm until 4am. Then I found out that it was pushed to 11pm until 5am. I feel that it was very unfair to have to pay full price for a room when I was not able to shower or use any water for that time period when I booked the room so far in advance. I was told that a discount was not possible because I booked it through a 3rd party.. Booking.com.... Im very disappointed and dissatisfied. Not sure if I will ever use Booking. Com I the future for this reason.

• Cynthia (4/5): The rooms could use a bit more attention. - Room was ok and modern. Mattress was comfortable. Has all the amenities. Our refrigerator did not work, the shower doesn’t have a door so the cold air gets in, our room didn’t get serviced the next morning so no fresh towels or individual amenities. The communal shower gel was empty by the second day- again due to the room not being serviced. We stepped out and returned to the room the same way we left it. There was no privacy or any sign on the door to indicate them no to service the room.

• Elif (10/5): I truly appreciate the service - Our hotel room was very clean, and the bathroom was spacious, bright, and very practical to use. One night around 5 a.m., the fire alarm went off and the entire hotel had to be evacuated. However, the situation was handled extremely well. All elevator doors were automatically locked, and everyone in the hotel was calmly and safely guided outside via the stairways. Even though it thankfully was not a serious fire, the way the hotel managed the situation showed excellent preparedness and professionalism. If it had been a real emergency, I am confident they would have handled it just as well. I truly appreciate their care, organization, and professionalism. Thank you to the entire team for everything.
