- X5071TNjustind (10/5): Great overall experience with the staff and the room! - We came in town to tour the campus and get an idea of how the campus was laid out. We rode e-bikes, had some great food, and truly enjoyed our stay. We had an amazing view of Kyle Field from our room!
- scottj724 (4/5): Nice location, nice hotel, friendly service, zero housekeeping. Rip off for 550$ per night. - Over 500$ per night, Housekeeping = zero. No hand soap. When we called, we received one small bar for two nights with a crusty look. No replacement water, no trash removal. Their guest serves memo says that you receive that. Of course, in today’s times, no real maid service for your 550 bill.House keeping is a zero. Great location, great view of the stadium. Wonderful bar with attentive staff. The coffee vendor was staffed with friendly and quick employees. The front desk also friendly and helpful. It appears to me,the issue is bad housekeeping, bad training and bad policy. This place is currently empty. I can only guess what happens when there is a big football game.

The staff there goes above and beyond every time to make sure we have what we need for our hospitality event. This is by far my favorite hotel to host this event. Thanks again for all you do.
- erinsQ1418QD (10/5): Best stay in College Station - Stayed one night for TAMU graduation, I highly recommend the Texas A&M Conference Center and Hotel. The remarkable staff: from the bellman, front desk, housekeeping; all greeted us with a welcome "Howdy!" and a smile. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Location cannot be beat! We were in walking distance of all the campus events and made it easy to attend with our entire family. Parking was easy and accessible. We enjoyed a top notch stay!

- andrewkI864WP (10/5): Fun - Sean was such a gentleman and made our trip so enjoyable. He remembered me wherever he saw me. I enjoyed the workout room. It had everything I needed to do my exercise. I enjoyed the hotel cleaning staff, as they were very pleasant. One suggestion: put the card readers on the left and right side of the elevators to avoid confusion. I will stay again!

Ask for at check in because our front desk clerk did not tell us. Other than that great hotel with great location.

- N1317HOrobins (8/5): Great place to stay if you are going to an event on campus - this is a great place to stay if you are going to kyle field for an event! makes the experience well worth it. If you don't like trains, don't stay here! They run all night long and are very loud.

- kim470 (10/5): Aggie Spirit - Sean is simply the best greeter and promoter of the hotel and Aggieland spirit! The restaurant needs some improvement. First decide if you want it to be a fine dining restaurant that competes with the other upscale restaurants in the area, or to be a family atmosphere with comfort food.

- Lourdes (5/5): Unsatisfied guest - Property location is absolutely fabulous We booked our reservation through Booking but I called ahead of time letting them know our service animal Rocky and Montana traveling with us to make sure we would get the amenities included and this didn’t happened. Staff was extremely rude to us at the rest and at the bar despite we explaining they were no pets but service animals trained for medical purposes . Also at the bar we ordered a martini and served in a small shot glass because they had no martini glasses
- karensW9327JC (10/5): 50th Class of 1976 reunion stay - We loved our stay at the hotel for our Centennial Class of 1976 50th Reunion. It was a fabulous time. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms very nice and comfortable.
- MattandSally2001 (10/5): Best Aggie Welcome - We always have a great visit at the hotel. It's like coming home to grandma's house. Everyone is happy and welcoming. The place is clean and the staff is always friendly. The train is nostalgic and reminds me of my time there as a student in the 90's.

- deep_in_Dallas (8/5): A 4 Star - Park - Once - No-Brainer - Was coming to College Station for Wiley Lecture Series and chose to stay on campus. Tip: Get directions to the Stallings Parking Garage! It is the closest to the hotel and has the best rate. Had an excellent room on the 8th floor. It was typical of a 4 star hotel room - in a good way. If you are attending events on campus, this is a no-brainer - park once and walk.

- D (6/5): Hotel looks upscale and in a nice location for football games. I would prefer to stay by century square (more access to - The hotel has an upscale feel. The room is very clean and the bedding is soft. Parking was easy. The train noise was heard all night, it’s shocking how bad it is. Pillows were so uncomfortable. When we finally laid down to sleep, no one was available after hours to provide different pillows.

- Theresa (6/5): Great location but meh hotel. - The location was great, and the beds were comfortable The rooms are small, the train was loud and disturbed our sleep a lot, and there were not many snack choices in the gift shop. The worst was that the coffee cups in the room were DIRTY— so gross!!

However, my hubby woke up early and couldn’t make it work. I was still sleeping, so he didn’t want to disturb me. Also, the shower knob was tightened to hard, we couldn’t turn it on. Gave up and didn’t get a shower.

Also the front doors are loud when closing. Can hear other patrons coming/going from their rooms.

Be warned that a railroad track is across the highway. They furnish you with ear plugs. Used them and didn't hear a train. Good restaurant and bar at the hotel. Very clean and nice linens. The coffee in the room was not to our liking.

When we first arrived and I closed the door in the bathroom there was lots of hair on the ground. It was evident that maintenance had not swept behind the door. There was a hair on the bathroom sink as well.

- Tonypose (10/5): A great place to stay! - Very beautiful clean and convenient hotel right next to Kyle Field. A very friendly place with lots of kind people helping out. We loved the cafe for some coffee and breakfast in the morning. The parking garage provides convenient access to the hotel from the 3rd floor. A great place to stay!

The room was large, beds were comfortable, the bathroom was not miniscule. Food at the restaurant was tasty, and they were very nice about modifying it to be a little healthier.

- Z6790BIjasonp (10/5): Great Hotel in a Perfect Location. Service Needs Improvement. - We checked into the hotel on Wednesday, December 3rd, and arrived at about midnight. I mistakenly booked a king room when I needed a two-queen. I asked the front desk team member if she could accommodate a switch. She brought the manager into the conversation. The manager informed me that they had a two-queen room for the night and that a king room was available for the second night. I said it would be fine for us to move, as we did not need two queens for the second night. The manager said she could not accommodate our request but did not explain why. When I inquired as to the reason, given that rooms were available, she looked at me as if I had two heads and walked away. No goodbye, nothing. She just left and did not come back. I asked the front desk member if this was normal behavior, and with a stunned look on her face, she replied that it was not usual. I asked her what, if anything, could be done. The front desk clerk looked and looked, and ultimately found a two-queen for both nights. I accepted. I travel for work and have spent over 150 nights in hotels this year. I spent over 30 nights in this hotel over the past 3 years...I have never had a person in a leadership position treat me in this manner. It was bizarre—poor customer service and poor leadership. The manager abandoned her team member, leaving her with no solution or assistance. I'm not upset about the inability to accommodate my initial request. I booked the wrong room....The manager's behavior was completely unprofessional. Unfortunate for such a nice hotel.
