• Jose (9/5): It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy. - Excellent location if you want to be near the Vatican. Very convenient and close to a supermarket, a Church, a pharmacy, and many restaurants. We had a lot of luggages because we were traveling for 2 weeks and their small elevator could not take more than 1 large luggage and 1 small one. I had to make 3 trips to bring up our luggage.

• NICOLA (10/5): Lovely big apartment in quiet Piazza - The accommodation was a bedroom apartment. It was very spacious with the typical Italian high ceilings, with a large comfortable living area, with kitchen and dining table. Then separate ensuite bathroom and dressing room. It was in a great location to the Vatican just a 5 minute walk from the front door. This was great for us as we'd book to have the Audience with the Pope on Wednesday. Lots of restaurants also on the same road. Nothing really stood out. When we arrived Alfredo greeted us and said he'd be next door. We noticed there was no toilet roll or soap in our bathroom, but Alfredo immediately sorted this out and apologised. But on the whole a nice place to stay.
• Ariel (10/5): Muy confortable y espacioso. - El apartamento es bastante grande y cómodo. Tiene de todo, nevera, estufa, microondas, aire acondiconado. Mjuy cerca de el vaticano. No me gustó es que estuvimos 11 dias y solamente dieron una toalla por persona para esos 11 dias. Debieron haber dejado mas toallas. La cama no era muy cómoda, el colchón estaba un poco duro y viejo.

• Audrey Carles Saba (6/5): Bof, pour le prix on s'attendait à mieux! - 5min à pied du Vatican, quartier calme, appartement relativement grand et très propre. Aucune isolation, on entends les voisins, les portes qui claquent, n'espérez pas pouvoir vous reposer la journée c'est tout bonnement impossible, le personnel d'entretien et aussi très bruyant. La décoration de l'appartement est 'monacale', strict minimum voir dépressif. Parfait si vous venez pour une retraite spirituelle mais pour un weekend en amoureux je ne recommande pas. Pas de rideau dans la chambre, nous avons déplacé celui du salon.
• francisco (8/5): Buena estadía. - La ubicación. Algunas cosas del apartamento no estaban en óptimas condiciones como los enchufes por ejemplo o la tapa del inodoro que se movía y salía. Alfredo brindó colaboración en todo momento de manera rápida y cordial. Bueno nada en especifico salvo algunas cosas menores como las expresadas anteriormente.
• JR (6/5): Boa localização - Quarto bom, limpo, banheiro com ducha higiênica e ótimo chuveiro. Camas confortáveis, frigobar, armário, cofre. Uma pessoa tocou o interfone e como não atendemos um rapaz que achamos ser do serviço de manutenção simplesmente abriu a porta e entrou no quarto causando desconforto e insegurança. Péssima experiência!

Sofa bed in the kitchen, made it too tight to use kitchen. We accidentally left two phone chargers on the kitchen wall and had no communication from staff at all for this property.

You can hear the people in the neighboring flats, but it's not terrible. We had an issue with the internet on the first day, but the staff resolved it quickly. A washing machine would be a good addition; the flat we stayed in didn’t have one.

Habia algunas "cosillas" que reparar, de tema de mantemimiento, de poca importancia, y al día siguiente vinieron a repararlo. Muy bien!! Nos gusto todo!!- Esta perfecto para ir en familia. Muy tranquilo, sin ruidos del exterior y 200 m de San Pedro. La unica pena es haber estado solo 4 noches, porque nos hubieramos quedado todo el mes de lo bien que estabamos.

• Ana (10/5): Great location and very clean! - The location was excellent – close to everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It would be even better with a few more basic toiletries provided, and it would be helpful if the TV was set up to allow watching regular channels without needing an Amazon account. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
• Anderson Esneider (7/5): - La ubicación es maravillosa, estas a dos cuadras de la plaza San Pietro, el Vaticano, tienes cerca muy buenos restaurantes, mini mercados, lavandería, la flota de bus está a una cuadra, la estación del tren esta a 3 cuadras. Hice reserva para cuatro personas y solo había una cama doble y una cama sencilla, por ende me toco dormir en el suelo, literal. Tuve un problema con la aerolínea de una maleta y la aerolínea me dijo que se había puesto en contacto con el número que hay ahí en Sonder y le dieron una dirección distinta para la entrega de la maleta, nunca me informaron nada, la maleta resulto en otra dirección, la persona que contestó en Sonder poco amigable.

• Jan (9/5): Incredible support online thank you Paul! - Thank you very much! We had a beautiful stay in a good location near the Vatican. You can see most of the sights just by walking. The apartment was clean and well-prepared. The reconstruction was done in a modern way. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the cold water and ice in the fridge were a really nice surprise in the summer weather. Overall, I would like to say that the online support is unbelievable! Nothing is a problem when you chat with them! They answer in a few seconds. Thank you very much, Paul. You are the man for the job. I give you 5 stars out of 5. Keep up the good work!

• Eimear (9/5): Very comfortable apartment, in an excellent location. - Excellent location, close enough to Rome central for us to walk everywhere. The apartment itself was well equipped & clean, in a beautiful courtyard . Easily accessible & spacious. Very comfortable. A variety of restaurants on our doorstep, a launderette & supermarket! There was nothing we didn’t like, however if I were to be picky. The aesthetic of the apartment was attractive but not functional, oversized bedside lamps which left no space to use the bedside tables or open the wardrobe door. There was also no bathroom hooks for towels. Sonder staff were always a message away for anything we needed. We opted for a later checkout @a minimal fee & also for the apartment to be cleaned midweek which was a welcome addition.

A five minute walk to St Peter’s Basilica. Convenience shops, restaurants and smoke shop to leave luggages just across the street. Very basic for a property associated with Marriott. No hooks or towel bars in the bathroom. WiFi was terrible! Air conditioning blower in the main room was not cleaned. Pieces of dirt kept falling to the floor. Mattress in the bedroom is thin and can feel the bed frame. Requested for a third set of towels (we are a family of 3). After exchanging messages, discovered that extra set of towels was kept inside a zipped bag in the cupboard.

• van Dijsseldonk (9/5): Excelent value! Spacious, cool and clean. - The apartments are in a prime location near the Vatican and St. Pietro station. The apartment was very spacious and fully equipped. With outside temperatures reaching 36 degrees, the two air conditioners were a real relief. The price/quality ratio is excellent. Because they had switched to a different system, I couldn’t view the access code online. However, I quickly got in touch with a staff member through the app and received the code within 10 minutes.

There were no staff or reception but very well organized. Had no troubles at all with entry codes, etc. Location was fantastic, right across Piazza San Pietro, close to Roma San Pietro station and opposite to Fornaci and Cavaleggeri bus stops. Very well connected across Rome. Also since we were looking for a home away from home, the kitchenette, the bathroom and the comfy bedrooms felt like coming back home after a whole day’s touring around Rome. We really missed leaving the place. Thank you Sonder! We will surely return again and will recommend anyone who wishes to visit Rome. Nothing really that comes to mind. Only good things :)

Not acceptable for the price of the room. • Manuel Amador (1/5): Estos estudios (no son apartamentos) no están a la altura de su precio. - cama principal, aire acondicionado, ducha y limpieza genial. Cama secundaria incómoda, cama plegable de un cuerpo con colchón y almohada, olvidaron la sabana, (creí que seria un sofá cama, eso dijeron) dormí sobre directo el colchón, no había mesilla ni lampara de noche, solo un ropero, Les pregunte por el sofá de las fotos, era inexistente, fotos de publicidad engañosa. La cocina no estaba mal aunque faltan cuchillos mejores, no tiene lavavajillas que no me importa, pero en vez de dejar pastillas de lavavajillas podrían dejar un estropajo. En el baño encontré un pequeño golpe en el espejo, se lo hice saber el primer día, no fueran a cobrármelo a mi, no tienen aplique para el papel de váter ni aplique para toalla de mano. No hay lavadora, si un pequeño tendedero de ropa que no tienes ni balcón ni terraza para ponerlo, lo pones en la habitación principal, que es cocina, comedor, dormitorio, cuarto de basura,(4 pequeñas papeleras con colores para el reciclado de basura) y TV solo en italiano, no es Smart tv. Esto no es un apartamento, yo lo llamaría estudio con ausencias ….Lo cierto es que sonder es un intermediario, alguien que gestiona desde una oficina, envía a las limpiadoras para hacer las salidas y nunca pasa por allí, no sabe lo que hay, aunque la culpa la tiene booking que confía en estas empresas y pone su cara para estos.....

Demasiado plano , todo muy basico, lo minimo necesario, pero muy limpio y en un lugar muy seguro , aunque esta en un primer piso (podrian ponerle un Tul a la ventana que da al exterior, porque solo tiene el blackout, y al estar en un primer piso no se puede dejar la cortina de la ventana abierta, porque todo se ve para dentro del departamento.

• Tan (8/5): I would probably give it another chance to stay here again, as it is close to Vatican. - Great location - Being so near the Vatican was amazing! Very easy to walk to most locations on both sides of the river. The pre-check in information was missing and can be a bit difficult to understand. However, Sonder support was quick to respond and walk us through the process. Room : Although our room looks nothing like the pictures but overall it is still a clean and neat place. It's a pretty spacious place too. It's not so much of dislike but would be better if there are CCTV installed. We had someone trying to open our door at 1am on our 1st night. It might be a case of mistake but it can also be not.
