• Jennifer (9/5): STUNNING VIEWS DON'T BE PUT OFF BY THE DISTANCE FROM THIS BEAUTIFUL CITY -GREAT SHUTTLE BUS. - The view was stunning, the staff lovely, the room a bit disappointing as it was tucked in the corner with no seats for the little terrace. The shuttle bus was excellent. We requested a Japanese style room which we enjoyed but felt that these must be at the lower end of the price range given what we ended up with. booking a time slot for breakfast and the actual breakfast which provided us with very little that we liked and little substance although the staff were charming. the issue with tattoos in the pool - we read the rules so our son and daughter totally covered up which was unpleasant in the heat and using the gym and sauna; on our final day of misery over this we saw a Japanese couple and an English speaking couple, tattooed and using the facilities just in their swimwear. This did annoy us especially as our son lives and works in Tokyo and tries to respect the rules.

• Nico (10/5): Great stay, Great view - We had a very pleasant stay with a very welcoming and friendly Services Team. The room was clean and comfortable to relax, as well as the Club Lounge is a nice Place too. Also the breakfast options and in-room dining were very delicious.

• Dennis_from_Amsterdam (10/5): Uitstekend hotel op een prachtige locatie - Uitstekende ontbijtopties, geweldige kamers, prachtig uitzicht, fijn zwembad. Alle gemakken die je je maar kunt wensen. En de badkamer met uitzicht was helemaal geweldig. Muggenziften: De shuttle-service naar het station start vrij laat, waardoor wij en anderen op de dag van uitchecken toch een taxi naar het station moesten nemen. Die was er verder zo, maar als je toch zo'n service aanbiedt, doe het dan helemaal goed.

• YUUKI (10/5): 気づけば何一つストレスを感じていない、快適に満たされる理想的なホテルステイでした。 - 今回、結婚式への出席にあわせて宿泊させていただきました。 予約はROH（お部屋おまかせ）だったため、スタンダードのお部屋を想定していましたが、まさかのタワースイートをご用意いただき、とても嬉しい滞在になりました。 お部屋は、建具や部材ひとつひとつにしっかりとした高級感があり、色味や空間の統一感も素晴らしく、入った瞬間から自然と気持ちが落ち着くような空間でした。滞在中は騒音なども全くなく、本当にゆっくり休むことができました。 チェックイン時の案内も非常に印象的でした。必要な説明を丁寧に、かつ簡潔にしてくださり、こちらからいくつか質問した際も、一問一答で分かりやすく回答していただけたので、ホテル滞在でありがちな「これはどう利用するんだろう？」「利用時間はどうだったかな？」という小さなストレスが一切ありませんでした。 また、フロントへお電話した際も即座に対応してくださり、説明もとても丁寧でした。スタッフの皆さま全員が終始和やかに接してくださり、非常に教育が行き届いているホテルだと感じました。 実は結婚式でかなりお酒を飲み、その後ラウンジでも23時頃まで、さらに部屋でも深夜1時半頃まで飲んでいたので、かなりの深酒かつ睡眠不足だったのですが、不思議なくらい翌朝には完全回復していました。寝具や空間の快適さのおかげかもしれません。 こんなに良い思いをしたことは、家族には内緒にしておきたいくらいです（笑）。次回はぜひ妻と子どもも連れて、家族でゆっくりリフレッシュしに伺いたいと思います。 余談ですが、宿泊されているお客様の雰囲気もとても良く、ホテル全体の上質さを感じる滞在でした。 本当に素敵な時間をありがとうございました。 不満は全くありませんが、強いて言うなら夜テラスに出た時にまだ肌寒く感じる季節でしたので簡単に羽織ることができる館内着があればいいなと感じたくらいです。

• HITOSHI (10/5): 最高 - 金婚式で1泊しました。稲佐山で夜景を見ていたので予定が遅れ、8時のチェックインとなりましたがスタッフ全員が心良く迎え入れてくれました。又夕飯、朝食とどれもが美味しく特に朝食後の庭の散歩はロケーション的にも最高でした。夏の花火にもリピートしたいものです。

• Chuk (10/5): Intellectually and physically recharged. - The hotel was designed by the worldly renowned architect Mr. Kengo Kuma and indeed presented his master’s wonderful piece of work. The infinity pool bridges the mountain terrain to the harbour of Nagasaki. A swim at sunset shall not be missed.

• Daniele (10/5): - La colazione é fondamentalmente giapponese e quindi non consona alle aspettative di un italiano però ci si può arrangiare. L’unico vero problema, come del resto in tutto il Giappone, é l’impossibilità di comunicare con la lingua inglese tranne che con pochissime persone alla reception.

• Mavis (9/5): Beautiful space if you want to relax - It was classy and spacious and had a great view It was a little out of the way if you didn’t drive and the shuttle doesn’t run late so you have to take a taxi back
• Sven (3/5): Sparse, uncomfortable room with a filthy ceiling - The view is great and the architecture is interesting. I was really disappointed in the room. While the architecture is neat, the very large room just comes across as empty. The bed was okay, but every other piece of furniture (couch, desk chair) seems designed to be as uncomfortable as possible. The ceiling was incredibly filthy; it was covered in dust, and some black stains that I really hope weren't mold. In one of the sinks, the cold water didn't work. The shower had a hand-held shower head and one attached to the ceiling, and the latter just sprayed water in every direction except down, making it unusable. The staff was friendly, but didn't speak much English, which is unusual for hotel staff. I was okay since I speak some Japanese but if you don't I can imagine this would make things difficult.

• 筑紫 (10/5): 非日常の空間での滞在 - ５０代後半女子３人旅で利用しました。長崎駅からのシャトルバスもあり助かった。 ホテルでは、スタッフさんの気配りもよく、安心できた。お部屋までも、カートで送迎してもらったり、写真も撮ってくださったり、対応が優しかった。 お部屋も、眺めも良く３人でゆっくりできました。 食事も、長崎県産の食材を使っていて、美味しくいただきました。 食後には、プールサイドのラウンジで、夜景を見ながら、ゆっくりアルコール、ソフトドリンクを頂く事ができました。 朝食も、4種から選べるタイプでよかった。また、アラカルトを別に注文できて、朝から贅沢な食事ができました。 ゆっくり、非日常な空間と時間を過ごす事ができました。ありがとうございました。職場の若いスタッフにもオススメしたいと思います。 特にないです。

• hiromi (9/5): - ロビーに入った瞬間爽やかなディフューザーの香りがしてチェックインの時点からとても癒されました ウェルカムドリンクや建物間移動のカート送迎などのおもてなしも特別感があって良かったです お部屋は50㎡程ありとても広くスタイリッシュなデザインでゆったりと過ごすことができました インフィニティープールやクラブラウンジなどの利用もできて丘の上にホテルが位置しているので夜景など眺望も良かったです 洗面台でドライヤーを使用した際天井から大量に埃が降ってきました 見上げると壁や天井に沢山埃が付いていてせっかくラグジュアリーをコンセプトとしたホテルなのに掃除の面がとても残念でした カーテンを開けてベランダに出ると下にはお墓が広がっていた点も残念でした

• Claire (6/5): If it weren’t for the architectural design I would’ve regretted paying this much. - The layout of the hotel buildings scattered on a (albeit very steep) hillside gave it a generous appearance. The architecture of the entire complex is rather striking and a great plus for those who look for top notch contemporary Japanese architecture (after all, it’s a work of Kengo Kuma). Dinner and breakfast were rather average. Some corners of my room have seen better days. The steep slope can be quite slippery and isn’t ideal for people with a mobility handicap . The location is beautiful but remote from the lively city atmosphere. Last shuttle was around 7pm (but Uber works). Staff is friendly and helpful but their English skills are amazingly low for a hotel of this price bracket. When calling from the station to get information about the shuttle bus the person in charge of phone calls wasn’t able to understand or form even a simple sentence in English.

• Verified traveler (6/5): 施設は良かったのですが… - お部屋は広くて過ごしやすい空間でした。 施設は至る所に映えポイントがある"雰囲気重視"な印象です。 一つ気になることは、夕食で利用したレストランでの出来事。お会計はお部屋付けにしたので、伝票にサインをして控えをいただけるのを待っていたのですが、一向に持ってくる気配が無く。気になりお声がけしたところ「フロントに伝わってますので、チェックアウトの際にお支払いを」とのこと。日本のホテルなので変な心配はしていませんが、これまでの経験では、お部屋付けの場合は控えをいただく習慣だったため、驚きました。最近はこのようなスタイルのホテルもあるのか…と思い、出口へ向かいスタッフさんに一礼をしたのですが、預けていたコートのお渡しも無く。やむ無くラックにかかっていたのを自分で取り、お店を後にしました。 運良く貴重な食材を食することができただけに、最後に残念な気持ちになりました。

Nice amentities. The only thing I could say is that we checked in a few hours early and we weren't able to utilize the amenities until 4pm so we ended up leaving the property to grab something to eat.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect place to relax - Silent place with lounge and swimming pool. You can just relax yourself and stay in the hotel whole day. Restaurants I’ve tried are good. But the location isn’t high enough to view the whole Nagasaki harbour.

• James (9/5): Fabulous staff in a great location with what must be one of the best views over Nagasaki. - This is an excellent resort style hotel with the level of amenity, comfort and service you would expect from a hotel like this. Having access to the club house with gym, pool and sauna facilities and an outstanding view of Nagasaki harbour was well worth it. The hotel is well set out to ensure the harbour view is accessible to all guests. Staff were helpful and kind; exemplary really. The location is a bit distant from the city centre, though there is a pretty regular free transfer service available.
