- Alexander (10/5): Great place in the heart of Qingdao - The location is fantastic and the interior is very pretty. You are in the heart of the colonial downtown and close to beautiful places. I would come again next time. It's noisy from the street, because it's a busy area, and the walls are very thin, so you hear the arguments of the neighbors next door. The room is pretty small. But it's fine, if you intend to spend the time exploring the city rather than staying in the room full time.

- Arkadiy (9/5): Хороший отель без претензий в удобном месте. - Месторасположение супер - рядом с вокзалом и прямо на пешеходной улице, выходящей к морю. Номер небольшой, но удобный. Есть все необходимое. Кровати удобные, спалось хорошо, еще и окна выходили во двор, было очень тихо. Вид, Прада, на задворки))) Чистота и уборка на пятерку. Ремонт свежий. Есть и холодильник и тв и сейф (правда так и не разобрались как его закрыть))) Персонал готов помочь во всем и очень доброжелательный. В общем - если едете гулять и купаться, то отель подойдет вполне. Вход в отель - как через подсобку кафе, ящики какие то, бочки пивные. Не сразу даже нашли))) Завтраки ужасные - одна китайщина, есть нечего. Знали бы - не брали их. И само кафе оставляет желать лучшего. В номере всего одно небольшое зеркало.

- Patience Chung (10/5): - The female front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of questions and she did her best to answer them and tried to baidu for us when she wasn't sure. The food in the 2 restaurants were awesome! Location was perfect as it was within walking distance to quite a few attractions. I'm very happy that I read the reviews when I was booking for the hotel.

- Sedrico Anthony (10/5): Convenient and in walking distance to all attractions. - I like the fact that the booking was done efficiently with booking.com and on arrival we just had to give our passports. The parking of a car is a bit troublesome because the hotel don’t offer this service. Yet the receptionist gave us information how to find a suitable long term parking space. The breakfast was really well thought out and the manager of the catering staff was very helpful. All was good

We lo - Very convenient location, close to train station and public transport, walking distance to tourist attractions. The staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is very traditional Chinese cuisine which what we want to experience. Dinner at their restaurant is a must! The food is delicious and good value for money. Our toilet and the bathroom were clogged. When we flushed the water came up and flooded the floor. However we informed the staff and they came to fix it straight away.

- Смоленцев (10/5): Отличный отель в отличном месте - Отличный отель в оживленном месте на пешеходной улице. До метро 6-8 минут, там же Центральный железнодорожный вокзал Циндао. Вокруг очень много кафе с едой и пивом, много морепродуктов, разные магазины. До моря недалеко. Отличный номер, на первом этаже есть микроволновка, в номере холодильник. Замечательный завтрак (шведский стол). Все очень понравилось.

- Oksana (10/5): Отель в самом сердце старого города с прекрасными завтрками - Отель в самом туристическом центре города, на пешеходной улице. Все вокруг необычное, яркое, красивое. Можно даже ни куда не уезжая от отеля каждый день гулять и находить что то новое. Окна при этом выходят во двор — так что шума с улице в номерах не слышно. Рядом метро — 1 и 3 линии. Буквально две станции до Первого пляжа (нам больше всего понравился). Вдоль 3 линии метро расположены большинство достопримечательностей Циндао — легко доехать безе пересадок. Очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки в отеле. Вне времени завтраков — вкусный и очень популярный у местных ресторан. Радом куча кафе, магазинчиков и большой торговый центр Уборка минимальная, но каждый день. Постельное белье и полотенца белоснежные. Напор воды в душе хороший. Кондиционер, чайник, мини-холодильник — работают Отзывчивый и очень дружелюбный персонал Спасибо за прекрасный отпуск! Обязательно вернемся в Циндао! Совсем не где сушить купальники и пляжные полотенца(((

- sangha (2/5): - 요청사항은 잘 들어주셨어요 안쪽에 조용한 방 배정 원했거든요 근데 들어가자마자 담배냄새가 너무 심했는데 밤 늦게 도착해서 그냥 쓰다보니 여행 내내 쓰게됐어요 변경 요청 안 한 제 잘못이긴 하지만 금연 객실 원했는데 담배 쩐내 나는 방 주는 건 좀.. 가져간 짐에 전부 담배 쩐내가 날 정도였어요 그런 방 배정 되는 거 아니면 전 추천합니다

- Christiane (8/5): We loved it in the hotel! - It is really great located. You can walk to the railway station, St Michael‘s Cathedral and the beach. There are a lot of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The staff was really friendly and speaks English. Breakfast was included in the price. Good variety of food (toast, cereal, coffee, fruit, eggs, sweet bread, warm dishes like soup, meat, vegetables, etc Downstairs the lobby was a bit dusty and also in the restaurant. But the room was clean.
- Jonghwa (10/5): 번화가 한가운데 있음 - 나가면 바로 중산로 보행자거리가 펼쳐지고, 도보 10분 내에 각종 맛집과 주요 관광지가 있음. 객실 내부는 조금 낡은 느낌이지만 청결하게 관리됨. 조식은 매일 바뀌긴 하는데 중국음식이 90%라 취향탈듯. 아침부터 탕수육이나 깐풍기, 마라롱샤 같은거 나오는게 재밌긴 함.

Also really appreciated the amazing service from staff who facilitated an early check in, a late checkout, and ordered a taxi for us. They were really helpful and friendly. The room itself was also really clean and comfortable. Free drinks in the mini fridge was also very appreciated. Would definitely stay here again! NA

- Jeonghyeong (10/5): 무조건 최고 평점으로 평가합니다. - 한국인한테 입소문날 이유가 있는 숙소입니다. 첫째, 위치가 최고입니다. 도보로 어지간한 관광지가 다 커버 가능합니다. 두번째, 가격이 매우 합리적입니다. 매우 부담없이 1박할 수 있습니다. 세번째, 직원(혹은 사장님)이 매우 친절합니다. 택시 바가지 쓰지 마라고 공항 출발시 택시요금도 대략적으로 알려 주시구요. 체크아웃 후에도 무료로 짐 보관 서비스 해주시구요. 떠날 때는 기념품도 잘 챙겨주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 다음에 칭다오에 올 때도 무조건 여기서 다시 1박하고자 합니다.

Breakfast buffet was a little disappointing, nobody greeted me in the restaurant and the only staff there was literally asleep at a table in the dark next to the buffet. Overall the room was extremely clean and cleaned everyday, but there was a used bandage hanging from the curtain. I still say that it was clean because I can see how the bandage could have been missed as it was in a very hidden spot on the curtain. Overall I highly recommend staying here as I could almost walk to all major attractions in the area.

- Chunmao (6/5): - I was aware the hotel was old and that was ok for me but many things were broken and not functional. For example, the door of the cabinet for refrigerator literally fell off. The toilet was wobbling when you sat on it. The wifi never worked even though there appeared to be multiple connection points. The area next to the elevator was cluttered with bottled waters and other stuffs. On the positive side, the staff were super friendly. The area was busy and fun to walk around at night.

Room is small and clean, which is acceptable for me. The front desk lady was quite kind and always willing to help. The hotel's seafood restaurant is great as well/

It is clean and they clean it every day but I dont think they changed the sheets. Location is really good and breakfast is good for chinese because it is all chinese food. Only non chinese food is bread and cereal 😅. If we visit qingdao again, we will chose this hotel. Value for money! 😁

Location: not too far from the train & metro station though at first is not clear how to get from there... But the neighbourhood is quite lively and close to many restaurants, shops, the Zhanqiao Pier, the beach, etc. From there we can walk to many interesting places. WiFi was okay. Overall a good value for money. The room's decoration (in reality the hotel) is a bit outdated. Also, the room's cleanliness could be a little better. It wasn't bad but I'm a little picky with this, so I can't say it met my expectations. Breakfast didn't have many "Western" food options.

- Vladislav (8/5): Qingdao - well worth a visit and MG Hotel was a fine choice of location from which to explore . - We checked in extremely late at night, and the staff were pleasant, bringing us extra slippers and a towel when they realized there were three of us. They also allowed us to store our luggage on check out the next morning so that we could freely look around. The shower head fell off the wall as I tried to use it. It wasn't attached properly, but apart from that, everything was fine. Our window opened out to another wall, so nothing to see from the room. But the location is excellent if you want to look around Qingdao's old quarters, so I was very satisfied with our choice to stay there.
