• Ernesto De Cuadros (4/5): Personal amable, instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, zona peligrosa. - En recepción fueron muy amables, el personal es super atento. La habitación era una caja de fosforo, muy pequeña, la limpieza de la habitación fue terrible, las almohadas se veian sucias, las escaleras llenas de polvo (habia un papel que es porque estan en reparación pero igual deberian limpiar luego de cada jornada), el ascensor increiblemente pequeño, al final dejamos de usarlo, a mi esposa le daba claustrofobia meterse en el ascensor, el lavamanos del baño habia que cerrarlo muy bien tuve que pararme dos veces en la noche porque goteaba y no me dejaba dormir, las fotos de la publicación se veia como un hotel inmenso con una fachada hermosa y no es que no corresponda pero definitivamente las luces del hotel proyectan algo que cuando lo ves en vivo no se ve igual, la zona me parecio peligrosa y lo que pague por la noche que estuve me parecio excesivamente caro (lo calculaban con el costo del dolar del dia y como ese dia se disparo me toco pagar mucho), por lo que pague senti que el desayuno fue muy limitado (no por ser tipo continental si no porque me ponian 1 lonja de queso y jamon super ajustado por citar un ejemplo).
• Fabiano (5/5): Não indico, tem opções melhores - Estilo do hotel Chuveiro não esquenta direito, porta do banheiro não fecha, controle da tv não funcionou, carpet muito velho e furado na escada, sofás da recepção todos manchados e mal cuidados, localização atualmente deixa a desejar. Pombos morando e murmurando na bancada da janela, além da sujeira q eles fazem. O restaurante do hotel cobra 15% a mais para pagar no cartão de crédito, mas só avisam depois que vc consumiu. Decepcionado.

• Marion (8/5): Bien - La amabilidad del personal en general. Que había arañas, bichos y poca iluminación en la terraza. Está cerca del terminal de omnibus por éso nos quedamos ahí, pero es medio raro en la noche, Salimos tipo las nueve a dar una vuelta y nos dijo un señor que tuviéramos cuidado porque era peligroso el sector así que nos devolvimos al hotel enseguida. Lo demás bastante bien.

• Nix (7/5): A good stay if you are ok with old style hotel in not the trendiest part of town. Did feel perfectly safe! - Quirky old architecture, small sweeping staircase, visible staff presence on desk 24/7. Really helpful staff, great lift, excellent view of town street art, reverse cycle aircon, safety deposit box, very comfy bed, environmental use of electricity for lights, fresh water at breakfast, clean breakfast area with selection of breads/pastries, very close to carpark with reasonable prices. Room was exceedingly hot and could not turn off the water heater, hotel was in the dodgy end of the road with lotsa seedy looking dudes hanging around at all hours

The whole neighborhood needs more TLC. We did not feel comfortable or safe walking around the hotel. The hotel also made me feel claustrophobic too tight for my taste.

• Martín (7/5): Good value for the price, great staff; limited breakfast, uncomfortable bathrooms. - Very good attention by the staff, nice hotel, good location. Breakfast is very limited. The worse thing was the room's bathroom; it's too small, and to use the water closet, one ends up trapped behind the sink. Another thing, the TVs are old, and the AC remotes barely work.

• Teodoro (3/5): Will hardly repeat the experience; the hotel lacks some of its three stars - Cable TV did not work. Complained but they did not fix it; hot water for bathing at uncomfortable temperature; poor sound isolation between rooms. The couple made love in the next room with us as witnesses.

• Agustín (6/5): It is more like a two-star hotel than a three-star. - The staff was amiable. The room was quiet though the hotel was pretty full. Good insulation, the temperature was perfect inside room even though outside it was 3C. Also, there was not much sound coming from the outside busy streets. Great location! There was grit falling out of a small side opening from the ceiling above the shower. You stepped on the grit while showering. The bed sheets were very thin, they looked old and worn. The bed blankets were not washed. Few food options at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Por ende después de las 00.00 no tienes nada para tomar. Ni agua. El portero muy amable, pero no alcanza. Dice ser 3 estrellas, pero es un 3 devenido en 2. Estado general de mantenimiento regular a malo.
