• Anke (8/5): - -Der Ansprechpartner war stets erreichbar. - Die Lage ist gut, man kommt gut zu Fuß in den Park, es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke,... - Die Garage ist praktisch, ist für große Autos allerdings eine Herausforderung. - Es ist eine Recht komfortable Stadtwohnung mit allem was man braucht. - der online Check -in ist praktisch, aber das System funktioniert nicht bei allen gleich reibungslos. Bei mir hat es sehr viel Zeit in Anspruch genommen.

• Paul (2/5): Definitely not recommendable - The only positive thing was the technical equipment in the form of a washing machine and dishwasher. The check-in was also very easy. The equipment was extremely poor. Just 2 spoons and one wine glass? Seriously? What's more, there were no bowls, no measuring jug or anything like that. How are you supposed to cook there? Yes, it's not a 5 star hotel but that's still not possible. The washing machine was also dirty and stank. It also smelled bad in the bathroom. The most disgusting thing was that the toilet flush did not work at all, which is not only unacceptable but disgusting.

• Adrian (8/5): Lovely apt in a good location . - Close to a rail station (1 train an hour but great to get to Monza) . Restaurants close by , supermarket 3 min walk . Monza circuit 45min walk away via park . Washing machine was useful . Comfy bed . Air conditioning. Internet / WiFi . Shower was very small and main shower head leaked but was ok as used small head during our stay . Only 1 wine glass (other tumblers were available but only 1 wine glass so clumsy as a couple in the evening )

The app is very clean and has everything necessary for a short stay. I like self check-in and taking the keys. We had 100% privacy there. I recommend this apartment :)

• Antonio (8/5): Very good - Comfortable appartement no far from the most important location in Monza and to the train station to reach Milan. I appreciate the parking place for the car.
• Milenkovic (7/5): Good - The property was good value for the money, in a quite neighbourhood and supplied with details in order to make your self service check-in easier. Instructions supplied for the garbage segregation were sufficient, however actual garbage segregation station near the building was not present.
• Laura (9/5): Superb - we were two adultrs with a two year ond child. we had a very good stay. our comments: easy check in online, no in-person contact with the host but very present via chats, lovely aparment as you see it in the pictures, no balcony but windows in every room, tiny lift (not big enough for wheel chairs/big stroller .. but ours would fit) and very close to the centre. A big plus the free and private parking for the car at only 5 minutes on foot. (recommendation: do not miss the wine shop nearby and the emilia osteria to have dinner.. two special places!)

Close to the town for evening dinners, close to the queue on the way to Milan and other beautiful places. Everything was great.
