• Andy (10/5): Superb hospitality and wonderful hosts - Everything :) There was not a single thing I would change !!!!! The beds were comfier than my own. The breakfast were excellent!! Hospitallity was superb, and I could not of asked for better hosts !!!! That i had to leave !!!

• Alan (10/5): - A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Northern Ireland – Truly Unmatched! I've stayed at this charming bed and breakfast multiple times now, and each visit only gets better. Perfectly located in the beautiful countryside of Northern Ireland and conveniently close (40 minutes) to Belfast International Airport, this B\&B has become my go-to every time I’m in the area. geographically perfect as it is central ulster region. The host, Ann, is simply incredible. Her attention to detail is second to none — she has truly thought of everything to make her guests feel comfortable, welcomed, and completely at home. From the cozy, spotless rooms to the thoughtful personal touches throughout the house, it’s clear that Ann takes great pride in what she does. Every stay feels tailored to the individual. What really stands out is how much more this B&B offers compared to many hotels — especially when you consider the price. It’s competitively priced, but the quality, warmth, and service you receive far exceed most hotel experiences. The breakfast is always a highlight and tailored to what you want, freshly prepared and absolutely delicious — it’s clear that Ann puts real care into every part of the guest experience. A bonus is the copious amount of tea and coffee with the thoughtful biscuits :) I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Whether you're traveling for business, a short getaway, or just passing through, this B&B is a true gem. Thank you again, Ann — I’ll be back soon!

We were late checking in due to a delayed flight but the owner greeted us very friendly and gave us a menu for the breakfast the next morning which was delicious and veggie friendly! Breakfast also very flexibile with a wide range of options that you were able to add extras on/pick and choose parts of the menu. Would highly recommend lovely rooms and great power shower.

The lounge area for guests was also ideal and well appointed. Unfortunately someone got up at 5.30 am which disturbed us but this was probably a one-off

• Judith (10/5): - We were made very welcome at the Manorview and had a lovely, spacious room. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and it was all delicious. We especially enjoyed the homemade shortbread. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

I received a letter with options for breakfast to choose from, never ever had this before with booking Additionally I received very good support doing some maintenance at my car. I am on the road tripper 61 days already: best (!) accommodation at all. -0-

She’s warm, welcoming, and friendly, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The house is immaculately clean, and breakfast always sets you up well for the day. I honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough – it’s a real home away from home.

• Alan (10/5): - Absolutely blown away by my stay at Manor View B&B – this place is an absolute gem! From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The host is truly amazing – warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. You really feel looked after, with every little detail taken care of. The rooms are spotless – immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was a dream to sleep in, and the room had everything I could possibly need for a relaxing and productive stay, including a desk, great Wi-Fi, and even thoughtful little touches like tea/coffee and biscuits, toiletries, and fresh towels. Breakfast was a real highlight – delicious, hearty, and tailored to your preferences. On this occasion i needed to depart early so she made me a take away breakfast. So thoughtful and kind. Whether you’re rushing out for work or enjoying a slower start, the host goes above and beyond to make sure you’re well-fed and ready for the day. The location is perfect – peaceful, with lovely views, yet easily accessible and ideal for work trips. There’s ample parking, and everything runs smoothly from check-in to check-out. I genuinely can’t recommend Manor View B&B enough. It’s a real home away from home, and I’ll definitely be using it for all my future work trips. A true five-star experience in every way!

All round top notch - Host was charming and very friendly, room clean and spacious, shower fantastic, setting was quiet and peaceful, made to order breakfast outstanding with delicious homemade jam and marmalade. Great views from room and a nice touch of homemade shortbread to enjoy with cup of tea in room. There was nothing about our stay that we would change, beyond the duration which was too short!

We had two rooms and both were lovely - spotlessly clean, cosy and warm and even had homemade shortbread! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the kids had pancakes which they were very excited about, especially the maple syrup! Full cooked was tasty, and the fresh fruit was really yummy. Sad we only stayed one night! Everything was absolutely perfect
• Antony (10/5): Amazing B&B - I travelled to the Cookstown area for business and after looking at different B&B’s in the area selected Manorview, I’m so glad that I did as this is one of the best I have stayed in. The bedrooms are large and spacious along with having very comfortable beds. The shower I can only describe as wow, what a way to wake you up. The breakfast each day was fantastic and there are so many choices. Anne is the perfect host and I will be looking at staying here again when I'm back in the area.

• Seamus (10/5): Able to totally relax after strenuous walk up nearby mountain walk. - Can honestly say that Manorview was the Best All around B &B my wife and I have stayed at in the British Isles. Don’t think there were any areas which I could improve upon. Perhaps a few more leaflets describing local attractions, of which there are many.

• Jeroen (10/5): Wonderful! - Very warm welcome by the host; clean and beautiful room, tasteful breakfast: a good idea to ask guests what they want for breakfast by filming in a form you drop in the hall before going to bed! Location very good at the main gate of Drum Manor Forest Park with the mysterious looking old ruined manor.

• Robert (10/5): An excellent, comfortable stay in a calm, lovely place with a wonderful breakfast. - Manorview is not far from Cookstown, in a lovely, green, calm area just across the road from the Drum Manor Forest Park. The bedroom is large and very comfortable, with an excellent, large en-suite bathroom. We slept extremely well on a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was superb. A terrific B&B near the Sperrins. There was nothing not to like for us. It was wonderful. A good value.

Bed very comfortable and breakfast was exceptional, so tasty. Separate entrance to come and go, all on the ground floor, no stairs to climb. Absolutely nothing.
