Closed by the crowded streets and you can find everything you need here. The room was so smelly and dirty. No curtains provided in the bed so i didn’t feel convenient and private.

- Ben (7/5): Relaxing stay - Modern and spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was lovely and just as big as the room. Staff were pleasant. Surrounding area is quite nice, close to a big park area. Felt safe walking about, easy to travel and sightsee in Hanoi. Nothing personally to add, had a great stay and would return. Although, there would likely be accessibility issues as there are stairs leading to the property entrance. Unsure if they have anything to assist with this though.

- Robert (5/5): Passable - convenient location. there was some serious rapping noise all night long for 3 nights coming from the HVAC units 10 feet outside my window. one night someone was shuffling wooden chairs across the stone floors at 3:45 am for about 15 minutes.

- Stephanie (4/5): very disappointed - I chose this property because it had a nice looking rooftop pool and I wanted to relax a bit. Unfortunately the pool was not usable. It was green. I told the front desk on the first day. I was there for 2 nights. The morning I checked out I spoke to the desk again. She said she was too busy yesterday to clean it because of how many guests they had. I told her the amount of algae in the pool wasn’t just from missing 1 day cleaning it. She also asked me not to write a negative review. Not very professional. Also in the bathroom the shower had a door but the entire bathroom flooded more than I have ever had happen in a shower that doesn’t have a door.

Would not advise bookin - The room felt clean when we first went in, Free coffee in the room and free water too. The pool did not look how it does on the hotels pictures, it looked dirty and the outdoor area looked very unkept. The drainage in the bathroom was also an issue, as the water from the shower leaked out across the whole bathroom even though there were two drains to rinse the water down. There was also no window that looked outside , instead it looked out into the middle of the hotel sp there was very little natural light.
