• Christophe (6/5): Passable - J'ai été très bien accueilli. Le parking est étroit mais fonctionnel malgré tout. J'avais une chambre collée à la cuisine du restaurant et j'entendais tous les bruits ainsi que ceux du voisin du dessus et des gens qui s'interpellent sur le parking. L'insonorisation est horrible voir inexistante. Le sol de la salle de bain était très sale à cause du temps. Le rideau de douche était déchiré donc n'avait aucune utilité et l'eau allait partout dans la salle de bain...

• Ian (2/5): Awful hotel - Awful hotel , should not be listed on hotels.com The aircon doesn’t work if it’s over 20 degrees outside you cannot sleep! Do not stay here!!
• Richard (2/5): - No working air conditioning. Couldn’t open the window. My room was 26 degrees. When I raked it as an issue to receptionist. Suddenly he can’t speak English. Even though his English was fine on check in.
• Marilyn (10/5): - Clean and comfortable. Front desk is closed at night and there’s a self check in kiosk. The hotel entrance is gated and need security code to get in. Was a bit confusing first but once figured out it was fine. There’s a security guy roaming the property all night and he was helpful though didn’t speak English. I was able to communicate with my broken French and google translate. Small breakfast area. Went elsewhere for breakfast.

• Christina (6/5): - The employees were very nice and very helpful. The air-conditioning in the rooms did not have any cold air, only air blowing. We would have propped our door open, except that there were people smoking outside the door. There was also a shortage of towels. We had no hand towels or washcloths, so the four of us had to manage with four very thin towels and a tiny bath mat. We may have been able to get additional towels but we did not ask. The location was nice.

• France (6/5): Bien - Arrivée tard. J’ai eu du mal à trouver la borne... mais je l’ai trouvé ! J’ai pu garer ma voiture dans un parking sécurisé, cest rassurant. Ma chambre avait une tres légère odeur de tabac de froid. Pas de réception, je n’ai pas eu l’occasion de changer de chambre. Toutefois, j’ai pu aérer. La chambre était propre. La salle de bain également. Et la literie impeccable. J’y ai bien dormi. Fenetre entre ouverte.. je n’ai rien entendu! Tres bon accueil au petit dej. Le buffet est tres simple et efficace. Du coup tout ça compense mon moment de solitude à trouver l’entrée principale.. La rapport qualité prix est correcte pour la chambre. Un poil cher pour le petit dej.
• Natalia (6/5): - The room was extremely small for 4 people. We were 4 adults. The shower was very slippery and I was worried about my mom since she is almost 80 years old. There were no handles inside the shower. Breakfast was not good, the scrambled eggs had a weird taste and the options were limited to bread and cereal.
• Aurélien (4/5): Tres decevant - Chambre petite, sombre, vieux rideaux, pas de pression dans la douche, serviette petite et usée. Le comble: le sommier est une planche de bois, c'est scandaleux. Le ptit dej est tres moyen. Bref B&B, j'éviterai maintenant.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Pas agréable - Accueil à l’arrivée difficile, la récupération du code a été très long en borne avec la nécessité d’avoir le service ligne qui a été très long à répondre. Aussi, des cloisons qui font office de séparation entre les chambres. Tous les moindre bruits, paroles sont entendus comme si votre voisin était dans votre chambre.

• Margaret (6/5): - Would have preferred to have a kettle in the room and be given the access code before arrival as we waited nearly an hour before gaining entry despite notifying the hotel we were arriving late in the night.
• Verified traveler (4/5): RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE MALE STAFF MEMBER. - Overall experience id say was not ideal. I arrived and i coudnt access my hotel room due to not recieving my access code. I spent 30 min waiting outside the reception doors trying to connect with someone that works at the hotel. During my stay the cleaning staff were lovley but were not aloud to chamge my bedding or replace towels until after every 3rd day. When i left i checked out and waited for my uber to pick me up, to which a male staff (old age, wears glasses, has white/grey hair) at the reception yelled at me from trying to use the toilets in the reception. He was very rude and aggressive.

• thierry (4/5): - Déçu, je pensais être accueilli autrement que par une machine. Le radiateur de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, un appareil d'appoint était présent mais genre grille pain. Le strict nécessaire est là. Un accueil agréable existe au moment du petit déjeuner, très simple. Le parking est boueux. Bref expérience décevante.

• parente (8/5): sejour satisfaisant niveau rapport qualité prix - bon rapport qualité prix decue quand même car les exterieurs sont immondes. On se croit dans la jungle. Enormes toiles d araignées partout et devant notre porte d entrée avec grosses araignées noires qui pendouillent au dessus de notre tête les chambres sont bien mais plus de toute fraicheur. La robineterie est a revoir

• Timothy (8/5): - Arriving at 2 in the morning didn’t help, having been delayed at the Channel Tunnel for 8 hours, but the check in process is complicated for the uninitiated. Once completed, the next problem was getting the baggage to the first floor without any lifts, being disabled. The night guard was not only unhelpful, but rude. The room itself was comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was fine. Now I know what to expect, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

L'accueil par le personnel est convivial. L'hôtel est très propre. La chambre est spacieuse. Le wifi fonctionne bien.

J'ai apprécié l'offre de restauration le soir et le petit déjeuner sur commande , à emporter, pour le prendre en chambre. Petit bémol, l'hôtel est un peu bruyant, il y a des va et vient une bonne partie de la nuit.

• Fredrik (8/5): Bra och enkelt ställe - Mitt under Corona tiderna behövde vi ett bra men enkelt ställe att bo på några nätter, Sevicen var bra men begränsad. Det är som sagt inte någon lyx, och städning utfördes inte under vistelsen pga Corona. Vi fick själv byta soppåse om i så önskade.

• WOLFER (6/5): hôtel confortable mais mauvaise organisation - Grosse galère à l'arrivée, j'avais en main à 23h15 mon mail de réservation avec mon numéro de réservation. Résultat: impossible de rentrer dans l'hôtel, j'ai dû mon salut à une jeune femme qui arrivait et m'a ouvert. deuxième salut grâce à l'agent de sécurité qui a réussi à retrouver mon numéro de chambre. En effet la jeune femme avait le sien sur un sms et pas moi. Caractère très approximatif du fléchage. Quand on arrive fatigué il est agaçant que si peu de renseignements pratiques soient donnés. Petit déjeuner très correct, personnel faisant son travail mais beaucoup moins chaleureux que chez ibis, chambre en revanche impeccablement propre.

• Philippe (8/5): Expédia...Petit désagrément - Hormis la difficulté pour récupérer mon code d’accès avant 18h car l’hotel n’avait pas encore été crédité par Expédia bien que mon séjour avait été payé en intégralité lors de ma réservation. Heureusement réception sympa !

• Patrick (2/5): Clim non fonctionnelle un jour de canicule. - Jour de canicule, on prend la chambre à 22h30, 29 degres dans la chambre. Clim en panne. Pas de possibilité de relogement, même pas un ventilateur. Nous n'avons rien dormi de la nuit, et pourtant on a payé. A 3 adultes dans une chambre, à 29 degrés, je vous laisse imaginer.
• mary d (2/5): - The hotel manager on the last day of my stay was harassed me on check-out day because he thought I would not be out of the room before 12 noon. He refused to try to work with me because this was my first stay in France and I do not speak French. Extremely poor attitude. At one point he called me "stupid". On the last day he and the cleaning lady was extremely rude. I would NEVER recommend this particular B&B. Your other locations might have better service, but I will not risk it. Never again do I plan to book a room with B&B Hotels!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Versailles area - Great value for access to Versailles and into Paris from Louvecienne train to Gare Lezare. Basic euro decor but great mattresses and bedding. Quiet safe area. Good breakfast available at good value.Three good restaurants within walking distance.
