• Heriberto (2/5): - For starters, they have no reception or staff if you need anything. Everything is done over the phone, and they never answer. I never got the Wi-Fi password and had to go to a cafe to work. The keys are delivered to a different address. I don't know why these types of accommodations appear on the hotel app. They should remove them. And at checkout, there are no instructions on where to leave the keys.

• Alyssa (8/5): The condo location is close to keystone, a short drive to Breckenridge, Dillon, silverthorne and Frisco. Not too far fro - I liked I was able to use the keystone lodge amenities which included hottubs, pool, steam room and sauna. I liked the condo it was perfect size for myself. I liked the amount of kitchen utensils. There was enough towels for me. The fireplace was great! The view was pretty. Underground locked parking with your condo key for entry. Old school stove and microwave which I enjoyed. The neighbors above this condo are so loud every morning, most of the day, and some nights it went late into the night. They heavy walking and making noise was distracting. A couple mornings the noise woke me up and I couldn’t get back to sleep. The other thing I didn’t like was the duct tape on the floor where a piece of tile needs to be replaced between the kitchen and carpeted area. Although that was not as bothersome as the noise. If your a light sleep beware.
• Susan (6/5): Short last minute get away - The location was good. The condo is very dated and needs some basic updating. The carpet is in poor condition with a lot of dirty spots that haven’t been cleaned. The shower is the original and the water is difficult to regulate.

• Samantha (10/5): - My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The rental had older appliances but overall was fantastic! We would stay here again. It was much cheaper than the condos nearby and had access to the same amenities.
• Eduardo (6/5): - Check out is at 10am instead of the typical 11 or noon times and in order for us to leave at 1230, we were charged an extra $30. Fire place was not working well, one refrigerator was broken and we didn’t realized this until the next day, hot water kept running out from the shower. Having been a former keystone employee it was disappointing to see this. Love the area, the trails and the mountain, but this property in general needs updating.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Appliances all very old. Mini fridges froze everything and actually ruined our food. Dehumdifier was very old and didnt work at all. Overall condo needs updated
