• Anita (8/5): Całkiem ok. - Dobra lokalizacja, bilsko sklepy, plaża, restauracje. Wygodne łóżka, bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele. W apartamencie na wyposażeniu są kołdry i pralka co jest rzadkością. Zużyte wyposażenie w kuchni. Patelnia była nie do użycia. Kupiliśmy nową i zostawiliśmy, być może inni goście skorzystają. Brak normalnego ostrego noża. Gdyby był odkurzacz, znacznie ułatwiło by to szybkie posprzątanie.

• jessica (9/5): Appartamento confortevole con vista sul mare - Appartamento in posizione centrale, a pochi passi da spiagge, ristoranti e supermercato. La cucina includeva stoviglie e pentole per cucinare. Stanze molto ampie con terrazzo che affaccia sul mare. Molto comodo il garage per posteggiare l’auto. Il proprietario ci ha aiutato suggerendoci alcuni ristoranti dove trovare cucina tipica locale.
• Heinrich (2/5): Enttäuschung - Der Aufzug im Haus und das Enterieur im Hauseingang Abgewohntes und abgenutztes Mobiliar. Rostigen Kühlschrank innen und außen marode. Eine durchgelegene Matratze. Minimalistische Küchenausstattung. Keine Grundausstattung von Öl , Salz , Zucker etc. Kloakengeruch im Badezimmer machte sich am Ende in der gesamten Wohnung breit. Direkt vor dem Balkon eine große Baustelle mit extremen Bau-und Fahrzeuglärm. Von Montag bis Samstag von 8 bis 17 Uhr. In dieser Zeit war die Nutzung des Balkons unzumutbar und kein Ausschlafen war möglich. Der Vermieter hat uns darüber im Vorwege nicht informiert. Auf eine Mietminderung ist er nicht eingegangen. Wir haben durch booking.com eine geringe Kulanzzahlung erhalten. Auf diese hat er sich stets berufen. Es war ein desolaten Urlaubsaufenthalt. . -

Und Probleme scheint es für ihn nicht zu geben. In einer von uns selbstverschuldeten Notsituation war er sofort zur Stelle. Nochmals VIELEN Dank 🙏. Die Lage des Apartments ist einfach fantastisch. Frühstücken auf dem Balkon bei aufgehender Sonne. Wellenrauschen, Tag und Nacht. Strand & Meer liegen - nur durch eine Straße getrennt- direkt vor der Haustür. Ein herrlicher Blick vom Fenster aus. Die Fußgängerzone, sowie der Supermarkt sind nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Der - sehr früh- morgendliche Lieferverkehr für das links, neben dem Apartment liegende Restaurant und die Müllabfuhr.
• Stanislav (9/5): - Výborná lokalita, blízko mora. Priestranný apartmán, veľký balkón s výhľadom na more. Cena ubytovania zodpovedá stavu a vybaveniu. Výborná voľba ak nehľadáte luxus ale peknú dovolenku v krásnom prostredí za prijateľnú cenu. Ubytovanie aj zariadenie už má svoj vek a rovnako blízkosť mora a vysoká vlhkosť spôsobuje že je tam trocha zápach zo zlého vetrania. Chcelo by to hlave v zime kúriť a vetrať, prípadne tam dať osviežovače vzduchu do zásuviek.

There was plenty of room in the apartment, and on the balcony, and it was nice to have a sea view. The gap between the bedroom and lounge let a lot of light through and could have done with a curtain that could be pulled across at night. The bottom mattress protector was vey plasticky and made a lot of noise when moving.

• Maria (10/5): Perfect - A very nice place with a long beach and lots of shops nearby. The sea is amazing in Cala Millor. The apartment is perfect and very clean. Enough space for 2+2, big balcony, all the needed things provided. The host is always in contact and can help. There is only one aircon (in the living room). If you travel with kids, you have to choose, wether to sleep in a cold bedroom or close the door and have privacy. The fridge is not very big. Dont buy too much food like we did before checking in.
• Susanne (10/5): Stort tack att vi fick hyra lägenhet av er, vi har haft en toppenvecka och kommer gärna igen. - Lugnt lägenhetshus med hav, stad och restauranger precis runt hörnet. Lägenheten var välstädad och väldigt lätt att få kontakt med värd och incheckningen gick smidigt, Större mataffär precis runt hörnet och även turistinformation samt taxistation utanför porten. Vi uppskattade närhet till taxi då vi valde att besöka stränder/klippor där det var lite mindre folk. Fanns inget vi inte tyckte om men förslag på förbättring så skulle det vara en skärbräda till köket.

Die Lage ist top - 1 Minute zum Strand und zum Einkaufen auch nur 2 Minuten. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis und auch alle Preise in den umliegenden Restaurants und Café's sind einfach sehr fair. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Nichts

• Roncier Lemee (8/5): Village sympathique - Cala Millor est une destination magnifique. Ses plages, ses ruelles et ses boutiques créent un cadre exceptionnel, et les vues y sont imprenables. Les prix des restaurants sont raisonnables, et l'appartement est idéalement situé, dommage que nous n'avons pas eu celui de la photo, parfait pour trois personnes, pas plus. Le village est calme après minuit, ce qui assure des nuits paisibles. Pas assez d'éléments de cuisine pour pouvoir se préparer à manger. Et la notice de la machine à laver serait la bienvenue, car cela est haut Pif. La vue, fais envie, mais quand on arrive, nous avons juste un coin. sur la mer. Cela est vraiment dommage.

Manque des ustensiles de cuisine, un lave vaisselle. Couchage canapé pas très confortable pour un adulte, convient plutôt pour un enfant. Pas de parking proche.

Bekamen ein Apartment mit seitlichem Meerblick,was nicht unsere Vorstellungen entspricht. Der Vermieter hat uns am nächsten Tag ein anderes Apartment gegeben mit vollem Blick aufs Meer. Über WhatsApp hatten wir immer einen Ansprechpartner ,der alle Fragen beantwortet hat. Die Lage ist top. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Gerne kann ich die Apartmentanlage weiter empfehlen. Lg

• Nadia (5/5): Je suis très déçus de cette appartement et de notre séjour là bas . - L'appartement est très bien situé en face de la plage . L'appartement est correcte L'appartement ne comporte pas une véritable chambre fermée il y a une porte mais une très grande ouverture dans le mur donnant sur le salon. L'appartement est très mal insonorisé tous les bruits de chasse d'eau qui coule, les déplacements dans l'appartement du dessus etc.. et tous les bruits du couloir . Nous avions un vol tardif et nous avons du quitter l'appartement à midi aucun arrangement possible .

• Tetiana (10/5): Wonderful! - We had a wonderful stay in the Apartamentos Xaloc HRC. The location and the view from the terace is 1000/10 😊. I definitely recommend The internet connection was unstable.
• Serge (8/5): - Сапраўды, неблагія апартаменты, дзе ёсць парктычна ўсё, што трэба, нават пральная машына, што па нейкай прычыне даволі рэдкая з'ява на Пальме. Самі апартаменты знаходзяцца можна сказаць на першай лініі, некаторыя з іх маюць прамы від на мора, некаторыя бакавы, як я разумею, усё залежыць ад цаны. З гаспадаром кантактавалі толькі праз мэсанджар і гэтага было дастаткова. Гаспадар апартаментаў быў вельмі ветлівы і даў нам парасон ад сонца, што было вельмі неабходна Пральнай машыне ўжо час у музей, аднак каб асвяжыць рэчы сыдзе. Не мог знайсці на кухні запалкі ці запальніцу, каб распаліць пліту для сняданку і раніцай не было дзе купіць.

• Botyo St. Botev (10/5): Unvergesslicher Urlaub - Ein wunderbarer Ort mit perfekter Lage und traumhaftem Blick – direkt am Meer! Alles ist in greifbarer Nähe. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und die Kommunikation war super einfach und angenehm. Der Strand ist fantastisch! Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Die Wohnung und das ganze Gebäude waren top gepflegt, sauber und sehr komfortabel. Ich würde jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und kann diesen Ort wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

• Eduard (5/5): Ich werde mir für nächste Mal was Anderes suchen. - Die Lage und die Sichere Garage . Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, Kommunikation waren 1A, Danke Joan. Absolut minimalistisch Küchen Ausstattung. Es gab nichts, Mann muss alles selber kaufen wenn man selber was Kochen möchte von Salz bis Küchen Rollen usw. Kaffeemaschinen sind nicht Up to Date. Hand und Badetücher sind Verwaschen und absolut Hässliche Ausblick vom Haus gegenüber.( der Vermieter kann nicht dafür)
• Hiba (9/5): - Sehr freundliche leute schnell beantworten und unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Sehr gute Lage, praktisch für Familien und Paare gleich ans Meer und Markt sind vorhanden. Nichts
• Krzysztof (9/5): Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo dobre wyposażenie, świetna pogoda, turkusowa, ciepła woda, czysta plaża - Przyjemny apartament ze świetną lokalizacją, dobrze wyposażony, klimatyzacja, pralka, aneks kuchenny, pościele, ręczniki z wymianą w trakcie pobytu, bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującym szczególnie przez portal rezerwacyjny Booking. Czysto i cicho, w pobliżu restauracje i plaża z całą niezbędną infrastrukturą. Brakowało trochę całkowicie oddzielnego pomieszczenia, między istniejącymi była luka w ścianie (foto). Po przyjeździe nie działała klimatyzacja, ale niezwłocznie przybył serwis i usunął usterkę
• Mamen (9/5): Estancia fantástica - Apartamento limpio, tranquilo, muy cerca del mar. El personal súper amable, cuando volvamos a Mallorca repetiremos seguro. El agua se salía un poco al ducharse, pero nada importante.

• Winther (8/5): Skøn lejlighed med en fantastisk udsigt - Beliggenheden midt i byen og tæt på vandet. Manglede solsenge og parasol på altanen. Det ville være skønt på den store altan. Prisen pr. dag for parkering. Svært at finde parkering i området.

• Thomas (9/5): - Das Apartment hat eine gute Lage und einen tollen Ausblick. Der Check in war unproblematisch und die Kommunikation über WhatsApp sehr gut. Leider war die Klimaanlage die ganze Zeit defekt und das bei 35 Grad. Wir haben die Balkontür nachts offen gelassen, dann kamen die Mücken.
• Mikael (9/5): Prisvärt och bra! - Enkelt boende som hade det man behövde. Bra läge och nära till offentlig parkering. Enkelt inredd men hade det man behövde. Stora ytor. Snabb återkoppling från ägaren vid frågor. Vår balkong hade havsutsikt men var vänd mot balkonger i huset bredvid. Hade valt en lägenhet med balkong vänd mot havet om vi hade valt idag.
• Denis (9/5): - Lage direkt am schönen Strand und schöne Promenade. Viele Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Unkomplizierter Check-In/Out via Schlüsselbox. Bettwäsche und Badetücher sind sauber. Der Besitzer ist immer per WhatsApp erreichbar und hat auf unsere Nachfragen reagiert. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Eigene Küche war auch sehr nützlich. Ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage am Anfang -> wurde aber gleich am nächsten Tag repariert. Leider gibt es Mücken in der Nacht. Leichter Kanalgeruch im Bad. Der seitliche Meerblick vom Balkon ist zwar schön, aber in der andere Richtung ist leider weniger schön -> Wohnblock gegenüber, wo ständig auf jedem Balkon Wäsche getrocknet wird.
• H. (8/5): Schönes Appartment, direkt am Strand... - Der nette Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, die tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und keine gröhlenden "Ballermänner". Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber zweckmäßig. Kaum Parkplätze.

La spiaggia bellissima quando non tira vento Premetto che l'appartamento e molto confortevole non ho dato punteggio pieno bensì 9 su 10 perche l'aria condizionata nella settimana in cui abbiamo soggiornato non era funzionante per guasto come il microonde e mancava un pentolino per scaldare un po di latte a colazione, la tenda esterna non si poteva bloccare, con pochi accorgimenti di manutenzione sarebbe un appartamento top

• Ivanna (10/5): - Дуже сподобалось нам відпочивати в цих апартаментах, вигляд неймовірний, не передати словами яка краса, до моря 2 хвилин, пляж чистий, пологий, є і зонтики,і лежаки в оренду. На кухні є все необхідне для приготування їжі, є навіть пральна машина, нам це сподобалось, плануємо ще раз повернутися. Нас зустрів власник, провів до номеру, приємний чоловік) є wifi, працює дуже добре Те що не працював кондиціонер, нам повідомили, що ще не було майстра, щоб його оглянути, але нам його не вистачало
