Where the hell online payment is not available ??? The manager is soo rude there he asked us to pay through cash but we didnt had so he finally took online payment but the next day during checkout we had dinner yesterday so asked for the bill while saying we will pay online he replied in very very rude way that online is not allowed we argued that all over pune online is available he said the police verification occurs ( soo what ??) And asked us to pay cash i said i will come tomorrow and pay but he said it doesnt look good if u dont come and we boys come at ur place for the money , fpr just 370rs this was his tone ?? Such a rude person. Also to mention the other staff member offered to help us by taking online money from us and giving the cash he said i am not responsible if anything happens.. We need an explanation !

Beds were not made. room was too tiny for the money paid. Restaurant was non-functional. Not a place for family with small kids. Location was for ment for young adults or work travel.

• Debarun (1/5): Shittiest management among hotels in Baner! Go to Auhtel.. just 10 steps away.. its awesome! - I used to like this property a lot earlier but now it has become an absolute mess. Only good thing now is the location that's it! The management is the worst now! I have lived in Kuval Inn at least 10-12 times earlier and it has always been a pleasant experience but now its absolutely shitty! The new management guy is the rudest and meanest guy you can get. He has a lot of attitude and specially I noticed he has an aversion with people who are coming from outside Maharashtra. Two of my office colleagues came to visit me at my hotel and he did not allow them in the room. Which hotel does not allow guests in normal hours??? If someone's parents or family members are staying then won't he or she be able to meet them? He behaves as if everyone is performing some illegal acts and doing hooliganism! The guy does not have the decency to talk properly and always talks in a very rude and demeaning tone. Very unprofessional attitude! Absolute shitty behavior from the new management and I would recommend no one to visit Kuval Inn now. Another thing I noticed is that they force to make payment in cash and not through card or UPI. Which casts a doubt on the authenticity of their transactions and pricing and they might be fooling people. Extremely disappointing behavior by the current management. There are other much better hotels in the vicinity. There is "Auhtel" just 10 steps away from Kuval Inn which has much spacious rooms, much better staff and comparatively cheaper. i would recommend everyone to choose and go there and never have the option of Kuval Inn for a stay in Baner location now. The previous management was awesome. The food now is also worthless and is not at all edible. This current management, run by two brothers have absolutely messed up this wonderful property!

• Joseph (2/5): Very poor - Nothing much We paid the advance of 6k online. Then the receptionist collected 1k for early check in We stayed for 3 hours and left. The room stank. Pillows were stinking. Overall terrible experience. Nothing was refunded back. They even claimed we didn't check in!

• Pranivel (2/5): Not adviced to stay in this property - Location was near to main road Staff was horible.. No decent staff available except one guy in reception was helpful. If u go yo this property need to open the door in one knock ..otherwise the staff will question u that y u took so to open the door.. and u cannot except manners from any one. No soap shampoo in room. Hot water issue. Food is so costly and it was like u have order a food from a government hospital canteen. U will be promised for a superior deluxe room and a normal room will be given ..u have to again fight for the same..while showing room even the staff openned a room which was ocupied and he said the guest have gone out ... and the belonging were in the room but still he had a duplicate key and opened the room so its not at all safe for family. Even the staff was not happy saying the management has newly changed. So i really dont recommend this property. Even morg complimentry breakfast was with 2 items no choice horrible taste quality.
