Вплоть до мелочей - упомяну лишь деревянные карточки-ключи от номера. Ещё управление освещением. Кровать была супер-удобной. Персонал - очень вежливый. Не хватало разве что микроволновки, но не вижу, как органично её вписать в текущий дизайн.

• Owen (6/5): Although way, overpriced and small, the location was ideal, and the place was very clean and the people were kind. - We really like the location of the place. We like the fact that we could walk and get breakfast or dinner within 10 minutes. Although the property was clean, it was very small. We visited during early April so the prices were outrageous and it was definitely overpriced for the stay and for the size of the room.
• Mohd Zaki (10/5): Excellent Stay in Kyoto - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very close to the Arashiyama area, which is a beautiful and attractive place to explore. There are also convenient facilities nearby, including a laundry and halal food options, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, allowing us to rest well after a long day. The reception staff were very helpful and attentive. We truly appreciated their effort in assisting us with our breakfast arrangements, especially as we do not consume meat. Their support and understanding meant a lot to us. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we would definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Kyoto.

Our room was very comfortable, beautifully decorated and much larger than we had expected. The bed was so comfortable and the hotel was nice and quiet. There was a comfortable sofa and a balcony with a view of the hills. The bathroom was fantastic, with a lovely deep bath. The staff were polite and friendly. We loved staying in Arashiyama as it felt peaceful in the evenings and was easy to get the train to other places. Arashiyama itself was beautiful and not too crowded when you walk further away from the bamboo forest and more touristy bits. Everything was great.

• Teala (8/5): Quiet, spacious, and fun area near River and hikes with huge rooms. - This hotel room was HUGE and such a treat after small Tokyo rooms! Each floor only has two rooms, and the neighborhood was super quiet, so it’s a lovely restful area. The hotel was very close to a main train line into downtown so it was easy to connect. The bed was super comfortable and the wet- room with tub was excellent! The in-room coffee and tea station was a lovely bonus and the view of the mountains was spectacular. Staff was very kind. Would definitely stay again!

• Alexa (8/5): Great location, great staff, would recommend. - A lot of space in the room, great location, few minutes walk to the Saga-Arashiyama train station, and easily walkable to all of the local shrines, sightseeing etc. My partner and I didn’t need to take 1 bus to get around we just walked the whole time. Comfortable bed, friendly staff, very clean as it looks to be a very new hotel. Nice view of the mountains The balcony could be set up a bit better to have coffee & a view instead of a barrier there

• Joanna (10/5): Solitude time well spent in the cozy environment. - I was very happy with the quiet location which takes 2-min walk to Saga-Arashimaya station. The personal touch in writing me a welcome card with Origami swans. I like the spacious room which segregated into room of bathtub, vanity, toilet and closet. The green tea sachet is perfectly good for me as it is light taste which soothed me in the night when I took it. Just wonder where can I buy it.... :) Nepresso machine and the towel heater are very useful for me. They served my breakfast punctually. The bed was soft for my back issue. It will be good to have a firm mattress but again understand the Westerners will prefer the softer version while Asians prefer a firm mattress instead.

• Suit Yi (10/5): - Een mooie hotelkamer en was zeer ruim voor Japanse begrippen. Er waren maar 2 kamers per verdieping, dus erg rustig op de gang. Helaas maakte de koelkast in de kamer veel lawaai. Dit aan de receptie gemeld, maar omdat het een oude koelkast betreft konden ze niet veel aan doen. Ze hebben wel icepacks in de koelkast gezet zodat de spullen in de koelkast gekoeld bleef.

• Jiin (10/5): One of the best hotel in Kyoto - One of the best hotel that I've visited in Japan. Yes, this is located in Arashiyama, little away from Kyoto, but that matter little when you're here to rest and view the beautiful scenery that Arashiyama presents. The hotel rooms far exceeded my expectations in its qualities, in addition to an amazing reception given by the concierge. They gave a caution of how "this room will give little scenic view," but if the view of the small, local town covered in mountain isn't scenic, then I don't know what is scenic. Oh and it's very close to JR station as well. If you want to relax and enjoy, then choose this room. N/A

La literie est vraiment bonne La proximité avec la station JR est top et compense l'éloignement avec le centre. On y gagne par contre la proximité avec Arashiyama tout en étant dans un quartier très calme. Vraiment rien à redire.
