Altro punto di forza è il rapporto qualità/prezzo .Ambiente pulito .Letti comodi , ambiente ben riscaldato. Camere fornite di bagno . In comune con le altre 3 camere c'è una cucina dotata di microonde, pianocottura e lavastoviglie , tavolo. Avrebbe bisogno di un pò di restauro e rinnovo

• Janice (10/5): Great little stay - Lovely residential area with plenty of places to eat or drink nearby. Close to metro station. 20-25 minute stroll to the Colosseum with plenty of options for food and drink along the way. A little noisy at times, but expected for proximity to central rome. Loved that we could come and go as we pleased as we had some early morning and late at night trips booked and it was never an issue. Host was available whenever needed, but we felt as though it was just the right mix of being 'hands off' but with support if needed. Overall - a great little stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. There was no kitchen utensils at the property, not even kettle to make tea/coffee! You would not be able to cook anything even though it had a kitchen.

I liked that each room has its own bathroom, and that the kitchen is shared so you can make coffee or a snack if you want. The staff is so nice and it was the exact stay that we needed. Room was clean and location is not super central but Rome is a big city so it was not very hard to explore. The things that we did not like much was that it was a very tiny room and bed was not comfy. Also, we found it too expensive for what we got.

El lugar está lejos de los lugares turísticos pero tienen la estación del metro a menos de 5 minutos. A la habitación le hacía falta un poco de mantenimiento ( solo estético) pero estaba de buen tamaño.

Initial communication was confusing and slow (Expedia issue?), but great once we started using WhatsApp. Shared kitchen only works when people are honest. Someone helped themselves to our drinks. Awesome access to Metro. Walkable to many Rome attractions. Lots of shops and good restaurants nearby.
• Kristina (6/5): - Close to transportation. Older building so some issues expected but Bathroom was full of mildew/mold but the musty smell remained. They did offer to switch rooms but we had already scrubbed the shower so we stayed. Staff was nice and gentleman that checked us in was great.
• James (9/5): A great spot near the Old City with access to local cuisine and metro. - the location was very great - nearby metro/subway station that connects to the rest of the city. Some lovely restaurants nearby as well. As a tourist, I did not feel like I was either too far away from the sights I wanted to see or so close that I wasn't able to experience the real Rome. The bed was stiffer than I would've liked, but that's it really.

• Ameer (5/5): Pretty alright. Nice location. Fair price. - It was really convenient. Right next to where I had work. And pretty well connected to the metro San Giovanni. Also, it was regularly cleaned by staff The bathroom smelled like mold. I think there's just poor ventilation in there so fair... but that means more frequent maintenance needs to be done by the staff. Also, there was a baby crying in one of the other flats above the room which didn't let me sleep in the morning. That was kinda annoying.

• Ruby (9/5): A comfortable stay in the heart of the Roma! - The location of the property, the cleanliness, the hospitality of the owner (willing to help with local recommendations if needed), value to money. It'd be nice to be able to do laundry, especially if a family is traveling with kid(s). Adding laundry capabilities (washer and dryer) will be a nice addition to this already recommended location.

• Fadila (2/5): - Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay here. From the moment we got here we felt uncomfortable and confused. The woman who greeted us only spoke Italian and made no effort to try to communicate with us as well we felt she was quite rude to us during our stay. She scolded us when we got confused with their door system (there’s four old style door and keys that’s she didn’t show s how to use) We were shocked with our treatment… At one point we were able to catch a staff that spoke English and we felt a bit more at ease but overall we weren’t able to enjoy our stay. We don’t know why we weren’t greeted by an English speaker the first place. The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned and had another persons hair on the bed/room and trash in the bathroom. Looked like mold or mildew in the showers. Toilets barely flushed, the apartment courtyard was an inactive construction site. The moment we got here we really wanted to leave.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Pas adapté pour voyage romantique - Situé dans un joli quartier, avec restaurant, shopping et transports en commun où on rejoint le Colisée en moins 15mn par bus et la gare en 4mn par le métro. Hôtel bruyant car peu insonorisé sur extérieur et intérieur. Pas de réception.
• Helke (10/5): - The accommodation is really good in terms of location, about 500m from the S. Giovanni metro station on the red A line. Pretty much all sights can be reached with this line. The accommodation is located in a quieter side street in a quieter and save part of the city, with a commercial street that has all the usual shops, fast food outlets, finer restaurants and of course the typical café bars with delicious Italian coffee. The room was clean and functional with a double bed wardrobe and air conditioning. The clean shower and toilet have been around for several years. The shared kitchen is equipped with everything you need and you can easily eat with several people. I would particularly like to emphasize the competence, friendliness, patience and great willingness to help of the two guest house operators. This accommodation is highly recommended for a short break in Rome.

Isabel guesthouse is great value for money location. - The location is placed very close to the metro station and buses but you could reach attractions like Colloseum in walking distance( 20min). The Termini train station is close as well. The building is recently renovated and looks great ( still work in progress when we have been there). Isabel Guesthouse is situated at the first floor of the building. The place has 4 rooms with bathroom and a separated corridor with common kitchen/place to eat some breakfast or late dinner. The room had two beds : one small and other big. They were confortable. The bathroom was clead and well equipped. Even if our windows were close to a small street ( 2 rooms have view in the interior garden and 2 to a small street outside), there was no noise during the night. The wi-fi is strong mainly in the kitchen but was decent in the room as well. The communication with the property was great from the moment we placed our reservation and during our stay. This is not a luxuorious place but a very good value for money location if you are planning o visit the wonderfull city of Rome. We would comeback and reccomend the location to whoever plans to visit Rome. It was a bit cold at night during our stay and the AC with inverter was good but very noisy so you could not keep it on at night.They have provided with a smaller heater but this was noisy as well.

Además está cerca de la parada de metro y autobús. Habitación confortable y limpia, a un precio razonable teniendo en cuenta los precios abusivos de los hoteles en Roma.
