Anne-Maree (10/5): Perfect end to our Sardinia holiday. - The location was in walking distance to three beautiful beaches and the roof top terrace was amazing - great 360' views of the water and mountain. The terrace was a fantastic place to watch the spectacular sunsets each night. The villa was large, comfortable and spacious. The pool was large and very clean, in a lovely leafy setting too. Our host was a great communicator via WhatsApp. Take bug/mosquito spray as they come out at night. Also some of the power plugs didn't work in the bedrooms with the modern euro adaptors which meant my husband could not use his sleep apnoea mask during the stay.
Leonard (10/5): Amazing location and proprty - Amazing views, very spacious, short walk to the beach. Very clean, plenty of towels and kitchen utensils/plates. We received a welcome basket with food and treats :) Bonus large patio on the roof. Covered parking. Excellent communication from property management team. 10 out of 10

Brigette (10/5): Gorgeous house, view, and immediate access to a couple of beautiful beaches - This house was amazing. So quiet, a little path to access several beaches just steps away. The unit we rented had the rooftop deck and the views were beyond gorgeous. The huge panoramic view from the living room was stunning and had floor to ceiling windows that you could open for a fully open-air experience. You’re just a short 10-minute drive to Porto Cervo but you get the quiet vibe.
juan (7/5): Espectacular - La ubicacion es espectacular y la comodidad en general muy bien , el detalle de dejar agua, leche , cafe , magdalenas y pan tostado para cubrir los primeros usos esta muy bien le faltan algunos detalles tontos que se pueden mejorar ( puertas de los armarios descolgadas, falta extractor en la cocina , el microondas hay que cambiarlo de sitio para poder enchufar ) le falta luz en el interior de la piscina para poder darte algun baño por la noche . pero vamos cosas que se pueden mejorar
Thomas (1/5): Bedbugs! - BEWARE! Our daughter had a severe case of bedbug bites in this property. The apartment is in a great location, but these people think they can get away with furniture and bedsheets from the 80s without proper cleaning. Forget about ants all over your luggage during your stay (can be part of the charm), but that reflects on the lack of hygiene and cleanliness which lead to the bedbugs. I can’t believe booking.com allows this. Stay away! Bedbugs! Beware!

Lucy (5/5): Amazing location, but check what you are booking as each unit is under the one listing - Incredible location, we could walk to beautiful beaches The listing shows the main house photos, they should separate the listing out as we thought we had booked the main house but had not. There is also minimal amenities in the kitchen. Some basics would have been good

Beautiful water view from the expansive roof terrace . Lots of natural light thru all glass doors and windows. Very small kitchen and showers. No lighting on the stairs leading to the front door so at night we had to use the phone flash light to go up. Some water toys were left outside looking like garbage.
