Alberto (4/5): Deficitaria por la falta de mantenimiento. - La localizacion es muy buena, ademas de tener parking. El apartamente en si adolece de falta de mantenimiento. La ducha basicamente no se puede usar porque hay un atasco de tuberias y no es la primera vez porque la puertas estan marcadas de inundarse el cuarto de baño costantatemente. No es un partamento comodo para estar semanas.
AlvaroHDJr (8/5): Opción práctica, ubicación insuperable, comodidad funcional - Un apartamento en una buena urbanización con una ubicación casi inmejorable. Servicios cerca, a una distancia prudencial del paseo marítimo (3 minutos caminando o menos), muy práctico. Disponer de la plaza de garaje es una auténtica gozada, sobre todo con lo que cuesta aparcar en El Médano. El apartamento no dispone de grandes lujos pero es funcional, agradable y cómodo. Hay algún pequeño desperfecto que se podría cuidar, aunque no afecta a tu estancia. Sí es cierto que cuando se queda cerrado y luego llegas hay un olor fuerte, probablemente de las tuberías, que incomoda un poco, pero se va a los pocos minutos de abrir las ventanas. Es algo caluroso pero dispones de ventiladores en salón y habitación.

Diaz (1/5): Alojamiento bien situado pero mala comunicación con la propiedad y necesitado de algunos cambios. - La ubicación Qué no había ropa de cama para el sofá, lo advertimos y no atendieron a nuestra petición de la misma, encima nos dijeron que nuestra reserva era para 2 personas después de haber hecho el checking online de los 4!!. Además las toallas estaban muy usadas y tenían un aspecto horroroso.

Near cafes and restaurants, supermarket, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Available parking place in the garage, good internet connection. Any questions can be addressed via WhatsApp, a support manager responds very quickly and tries to resolve everything ASAP. The bed linen was already a bit old, so some stains simply could not be washed out, and it looked unpleasant.
