The owner was friendly, have us all needed info and a map, including places to see, how to get there, what is worth seeing. Room os big enough for 3, bathroom is gigantic.I highly recommend this place! Nothing. Maybe the mattress was a little too soft but that was me being too fat 😔

W pobliżu wiele dobrych restauracji, a jednocześnie okolica jest cicha. Pokój czysty, standardowy, łóżko wygodne. Przesympatyczny właściciel, który chętnie doradzi i pomoże. Nie było nic takiego.

Localização é ótima, perto do coliseu, e ao centro da cidade levávamos 30min caminhando o que é normal na Europa. O Francesco foi um querido nos acompanhou e nos deu dicas. O chuveiro quente e a cama confortável é o que precisamos depois de longos dias caminhando, além do café servido pelas manhãs. Obrigada foi ótimo! Não houve nada.

• déri (8/5): - A szállás a Colosseumtól 5-600 méterre található. Egy szobából és fürdőszobából áll. A berendezés régi, de makulátlan a tisztaság, naponta takarítanak. Az összes látnivaló kényelmes sétával elérhető ,rengeteg étterem, kávézó és kisbolt van a közelben. Francesco, a szállásadó egy rendkívül kedves és segítőkész ember ,nekünk mindenben segített. Aki luxusra vágyik ,nem ezt az apartmant keresi,viszont aki az egész napos programok után pihenni szeretne annak ajánlom. Nem volt ilyen.

• PAOLA (4/5): la prossima volta scelgo un'altra struttura - La posizione comoda rispetto ai nostri impegni Trovo pessimo pagare il late check out in contanti, senza ricevuta, praticamente 40 € pagati in nero! Aggiungo che il livello di pulizia era appena sufficiente. Non c'erano le tazzine per bere il caffè ma solo bicchieri per l'acqua. Inoltre, mettere a disposizione due bottigliette di acqua sarebbe stata una cortesia migliore rispetto a sentirsi dire che l'acqua del rubinetto è potabile!

• Laurence (9/5): Wonderful stay in Rome - Very convenient location to visit Rome. Colosseo pretty close. Francesco, the owner, is super friendly and kind. All is done to make you feel comfortable and warmly welcome. Rooms are simple but well furnished and clean. Flexibility on arrival and departure time is the cherry on the cake. • Georgia (10/5): - The location was great, near 2 metro stations, one tram station and bus stations that you could go anywhere you wanted. The neighboorhood was very safe and nearby were many shops, 2 mini markets and restaurants for breakfast/lunch. Of course I must mention Francesco, our host, who was amazing very kind and willing to explain us everything before we even arrive at the hotel! As we arrived he explained us everything we should see and showed us the best ways to visit the sites of Rome from a map. I travelled with my parents that was their first time abroad and they had a great experience! I totally recomend the place!

• Aude (7/5): Un lon week-end à Rome - Francesco, responsable de la chambre d'hôtes est très accueillant, et a été disponible pour garder les bagages le dernier jour. La chambre n'est pas très gaie, mais propre, fonctionnelle, et la literie est confortable. Les 2 points noirs sont le bruit, et les fortes odeurs de canalisations dans la salle de bains, qui imposaient de laisser une fenêtre entrouverte en permanence ( heureusement que le climat en Novembre était doux, ni trop chaud ni trop froid). La chambre donne sur une toute petite cour aveugle où tout résonne, et les moteurs des clims réversibles juste en dessous ou à côté sont très bruyants en fonctionnement. Aussi un bruit "de moteur" venant d'une chambre mitoyenne a empoisonné une des nuits.Les canalisations font également bcp de bruit. Gérable avec des boules quiès, mais vraiment pas agréable. Egalement : tuyau de douche percé non remplacé, et eau chaude plutôt tiède

• Jackson (7/5): Great spot to stay in Rome - This property has a great location near the Colosseum and is close to public transit as well. Overall it was a clean and well kept place that is very solid for a budget friendly stay in Rome. Francessco was extremely helpful. Always quickly available to answer any questions Do not expect a luxury stay, but it is nice and comfortable. We did experience very loud noises above and around us which could be annoying at times.

The AC is a little loud, and the room had a lot of ambient noise (plumbing noise, thin walls etc...) but not enough to stop us from sleeping.

• Madhura (8/5): A comfortable, cozy stay near the colosseum - Francesco was the nicest host we ever met! After a long and exhausting trip, we needed someone to be helpful and kind and that’s exactly what we got! The location is fantastic, so close to the colosseum, bus stops, metro, great trattorias. The room was super clean and comfortable after a long day of exploring Rome. The building had an old charm about it which we loved a lot. The only thing which was a problem for us was the sounds coming from adjacent rooms :( They were super disturbing. Thats the only complain we had!

The room was clean and the bathroom was very big. Coffee was available too. We knew the area as had been in Rome before. Easy access to Colosseum and lots of other sites. It was all fine, not luxury but good for Rome at the price

It’s also very convenient to go to other places in Rome by taking public transportation. Francesco is very friendly, he gave us a lot of good advices about traveling in Rome, he also gave us a map. • Theodora (10/5): Exceptional - It's very close to the colosseum. There are plenty of restaurants and mini markets in the area. Safe neighborhood. It was easy to go there from termini, and the owner helped us with the busses. Also, he gave us a map of the city center and useful information. There is no breakfast, but you will find a coffee machine and coffee capsules, which is very good. The broken pavement jn the area. But the municipal authority is responsible for this, not the owner.

Conveniently situated within walking distance - Comfortable room in a secure building in a quiet, accessible location. Nothing to dislike. The manager was really friendly and supportive. He explained everything initially and gave us a short sightseeing plan during our stay.

• Lyn (10/5): We loved our stay here so I would definitely recommend it. - Location although it is very close to the colosseum but the area is situated in a quiet neighborhood which we loved the most. A cleaning staff is always present to clean the room. Lastly, the room is very spacious for the three of us. The internet is sooo slow i wish it could be improved.
