- Gonzalo (10/5): Relaxing elevated and truly a wonderful place to stay sleep and reset for the next day - Wow. The management here is hands down the best hotel management team I have encountered. Not only do they excel at customer service, but they genuinely care about their guests' comfort and experience. Before I booked, they even took the time to show me the room to ensure it met my standards, which immediately made me feel valued and welcomed. I was amazed by the quality of the room. The bathroom had been beautifully remodeled with a modern walk in shower, excellent lighting, and a great ventilation system. The bed was comfortable, the room was spotless, and the large smart TV connected seamlessly to both my laptop and phone without any issues. What truly set this property apart was the level of hospitality. Management remained responsive throughout the night, quickly accommodated my request for extra towels, and greeted me at check in with a bottle of water and candy. Those small gestures made a lasting impression. I also appreciated being trusted with one of the newly remodeled rooms and could tell great care had gone into every detail. The location is another major plus. It is quiet, well maintained, and the surrounding guests and neighbors were respectful, making for a peaceful and relaxing stay. I am incredibly grateful to the management team for their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, and I will absolutely be staying here again in the near future. Highly recommended. Trust me, I do not say this lightly: there was absolutely nothing I did not like about my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations. From the warmth and professionalism of management to the quality of the facilities, every aspect of my experience was outstanding. I was genuinely amazed not only by the value of having a safe, quiet, and comfortable place to rest, but also by the quality of the amenities and the beautifully remodeled room at such an affordable price. It is rare to find a property that combines exceptional hospitality, modern accommodations, cleanliness, and affordability so well. This stay far surpassed my expectations, and I would gladly return without hesitation.

How unsafe and uncomfortable I was. A guy just walked up to me and asked me if I wanted to buy drugs. He was so upfront and Intimidating.

I like to watch things on my laptop, so it’s easy convenient for me to have an HDMI cable in all rooms accessible at all times The remote control is not working

It is a place of light during the dark of night in the midst of chaos. Starlight Inn provides such quiet, comfort, knowing that you’re protected by the management by the residence for the night and also by the community, we all love starlight inn. I didn’t like that my TV was not working

The staff consistently makes sure all the amenities are available and well maintained. When appliances stopped working, they replaced them with new ones, and they even ordered new furniture to make my stay more comfortable. I highly recommend this place to travelers passing through. It’s affordable, the staff is friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, and there are different room options depending on how many guests you have. It’s also conveniently located near freeway on-ramps and plenty of nearby places to visit.

- Alcazar (1/5): Horrible won’t go again - Nothing it was bad I walked in the room and it smelled bad so I left to get something to eat and came back and the smell was bad still then I went on the bed and I went under and felt a hole in the sheet so I looked at the sheets, They were so bad and ugly and looked like they haven’t been washed and then I was looking close around the room and it looked so dirty like they don’t clean their rooms well and I got really disgusted and on top of that my wife saw a cockroach and that really disgusting but what was really bad is that they don’t clean their room trash cans, I went to go and throw away my trash and took off the plastic and it was a horrible smell like one of the worst smells in my life I went to tell the lady in the front that I wanted a refund and she wanted to give me a different room but honestly I could not step in another room after that, It makes me sick that they don’t clean well

I didnt like how there was too much noise out in the parking lot by the people where staying there as well during the night. You could hear them they where too loud, couldn't really sleep. The room that had the king bed had the sheets with holes & the room smelled like smoke. The wifi didn't worked real good on my phone, kept disconnecting & when connected YouTube was working really slow for my kids.

- desiree (4/5): - Unfortunately this hotel seemed to have a lot of unsettled guest. Loud noises people up and out at all hrs. Guest revving bikes in the parking lot. Seemed to have guest that were possibly selling drugs or other substances. I don’t feel comfortable leaving my car in the parking lot. Unfortunately I couldn’t get a refund upon arrival so I had no choice but to stay. I barely got any sleep but I made it through the night.

The rooms were dirty and they smelled like dirt and cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. The police showed up at a neighboring room. A guest and the front desk person were arguing and the front desk person went into someone’s room while they were there. They did not have accurate record of who was staying in what room causing confusion.
