Felt horrible for the job interview the next day. - I liked nothing, and I don't like leaving a bad review for anyone, but this was unacceptable on all levels. $100 cash deposit needed if booked online, $20 cash deposit if you just walk in and get a room. Rooms are smelly, dirty, loud, super uncomfortable, linens, are the same, smelly, and dirty. Staff had zero personality, and could care less when I suggested that they notify people of their surprise cash deposit. Never again!!!!! - Pius (6/5): Comfortable but no real customer service. - The lady at front was very aggressive with guests and payments. I am so interest about paying for a room where we can’t have someone stop by for pick up or drop off. I mean we pay for the space. Maybe there normal cliental like posting up with unregistered guests: that kind of shows what the establishment is about. The fact that it smelt like Clorox in the building when I walked in. The bathrooms were also very clean!

- Oscar (6/5): Just needed a place for the night. - Ac worked and shower worked but towels didnt seem to....clean. Bed wasn't too comfortable. Had an itch to it but no signs of bed bugs. Found a Crack pipe under the mattress though. Not fun. TV worked atleast. Cleanliness and weird feeling blankets on bed. Pillows had no pillow cases...

- Christopher (2/5): - This is the worst property I have ever stayed in. The staff are computer illiterate, and boarderline rude. There was no coffee pot in the room (just an inconvenience I haven't ever dealt with) and a bisted fridge.
Also there were roaches in the room causing additional time for checkput as we needed to make sure our luggage was clean. Nasty. Do not stay here!

- JAMES (2/5): Deceptive at best - I arrived a half hour early and they would not let me check in. I had just driven 3.5 hours from San Diego and they would not let me use a restroom. The hotel does not look ANYTHING like the photos on hotels.com. I paid for a different hotel to avoid staying at this place

Then they told me they need $100 in cash as a deposit.
I had to leave and go find an ATM to get them the cash.
Normally when you check out you can just leave and leave the card key in the room. Instead I had to got to the lobby and give them the key to get my cash back.

The room looked like it could use some updating. The blanket had burns from cigs, and air unit had what looked like wads of paper all in the outlet. Could have been nicer.

- Berri (1/5): THEBLANKETSDIDNTLOOKWASHED - It was terrible Burn holes in the blankets , rude customer service , make sure to have 100 dollar cash deposit because they don’t have an atm , I reserved the time to check in at 7:30pm -8:30pm and when I arrived no one was at the front desk there was a sign that stated please call this number instead which was the front desk phone that would ring 3-4 times then transfer to another phone where the employee said he would be there in a sec which was 8 mins and the hotel was not that large , to make it even worst I was hungry late night and decided to drive to Tommy’s which was amazing btw and upon returning my key card refused to work which does usually happen if you put it next to your phone which I did the problem was no one was again at the front desk so of course ring ring transfer I explain my key card isn’t working he’s says give me 5 mins I give him 20 called again a he said oh my bad coming right now and was there in less then 3mins at the front desk he swipes my card problem fixed also they charge 50 cents on the old school hotel ice machine which I didn’t know was a thing they had nice towels but I took those i highly advise no one come here unless your personally looking for the worst hotels in California DATE :04/04/2025

The reception tried to argue with me about needing to pay up front when they had already made the payment online and wanted to take my money twice. No thank you but I had to cancel my booking and get my card with cash deposit back after a late night getting off work. Worst moment ever especially when it was cold and windy outside.

They asked for $100 dollars upfront which we did know about and got back when we returned the key. It was very uncomfortable and smelled. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Wouldn’t let us see the room before checking in (that’s how sketchy it was - we actually asked to see the room first). Demanded an $100 CASH-ONLY deposit. Obnoxious “no refund” policy. This place should not be partnered with Booking.com. It was embarrassingly filthy and ruled by out-dated policies like CASH-ONLY room deposit and ID scans for all adult occupants.
This hotel is clearly regularly used by less than reputable pay-by-the-hour clientele. I wouldn’t bring my family within a mile of this place ever again.
We were not permitted to view the room before checking in. After traveling across the country for the Christmas holiday, a last-minute hotel change was not something we wanted to do, but the extreme uncleanliness of the room was an actual safety concern. We took one look at the room and decided to seek accommodations elsewhere. When we returned to the desk within minutes of checking in, a refund was refused.

My room key didn’t work so went to the desk where someone let me in and told me that another person would come and sort this issue in an hour, but they never came back. Also online bookings need cash security deposit of $100 so make sure you’ve got that.

The bed was very hard, and it had burn marks in the comforter. They had me pay $100 deposit in cash and I pay for the room in cash.
