- Delphine (8/5): Appartement confortable et bien situé - L'appartement est bien situé, à pied : à 5 min de la gare, 15 min de la médina et 30 min de la plage. Propre, spacieux et bien équipé. Il y a un filtre pour l'eau dans la cuisine nous permettant de la boire sans soucis. Literie confortable Peu de pression dans la douche et le lavabo. Le restaurant est parfois bruyant jusqu'à minuit.
- YOAN (6/5): Pour une nuit sans charme - L’état de l’appartement et la localisation. L’appartement est situé dans un ancien bâtiment. C’est glauque. Il faut payer 15 € pour les frais de ménage, même si on reste une seule nuit. C’est abusé. Les réservations sont gérées par des intermédiaires et il n’y a aucune proximité.

Large bed, high ceilings, quiet enough (some daytime construction). Apartment is nicely finished.Great fruit smoothie place at the end of the block. Poor frying pans, cooking implements could be better quality. Kitchen chairs need felt pads underneath the feet (screeching noise when moved), code lock for suite entry is a long code & we had difficulty using it a few times (too many mistakes, then locked out, had to contact the night manager by Wi-Fi, easily resolved but a pain)
- WAFAE (10/5): - L’appartement est propre, chic, élégant et très confortable. Dès qu’on y entre, on ressent immédiatement une atmosphère agréable et apaisante. Je tiens également à remercier chaleureusement Ibrahim et Omar pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur professionnalisme. Ils sont toujours serviables, gentils, hospitaliers et attentifs aux besoins des clients. Leur disponibilité et leur sens du service rendent chaque séjour particulièrement agréable. Un petit détail qui pourrait encore améliorer l’expérience-client serait de mettre à disposition des pantoufles / chaussures d’intérieur. C’est un accessoire que beaucoup de clients oublient d’emporter, alors que cela rend le séjour plus confortable pour circuler à l’intérieur.

A equipe é incrível, o apartamento é incrível e a localização é perfeita! - O apartamento é bastante grande, iluminado, arejado e bonito, o pé direito é incrível, tem uma sacada e o que fiquei tinha vista aberta para o Parlamento. A equipe foi muito gentil comigo, me atenderam em tudo que precisei. Tive um pequeno problema com o secador de cabelo, mas chamaram um técnico que logo trocou o aparelho. O prédio é bem no centro, perto de tudo. Tudo que fiz na cidade foi à pé. Foi realmente incrível a estadia, recomendo muito! O único ponto negativo é que o prédio não tem elevador. Isso talvez possa ser uma questão para pessoas com mais idade ou comorbidades. Para mim e meu colega de quarto, isso não atrapalhou em nada a nossa estadia. Quando cheguei no hotel, a equipe nos ajudou a subir com as malas.

- Josefien (10/5): Topplek! - Het is super schoon, licht en rustig appartement met voor mij de perfecte lokatie (vlakbij Rabat gare ville, op loopafstand van de medina en andere leuke plekken). Heerlijk bed, heerlijke badkamer, prima keuken, fijne woonkamer. Alles is er. Bij aankomst verteld iemand hoe alles werkt en krijg je de codes.

- Salha (9/5): La amabilidad del personal, punto destacado - El personal súper amable, atento a cualquier pregunta o dudas. El apartamento está ubicado en un cuarto piso sin ascensor, algo que no se menciona en Booking. Por otro lado, para quienes valoran la televisión, el Smart TV no funcionaba. En mi caso no fue un inconveniente, ya que no suelo ver la tele. Lo demás perfecto, me dejaron una hora demás sin poner pega, volveré sin duda, pero no en el cuarto piso hhhh. Hay uno que tiene vista al parlamento y es chulisimo, donde me alojé en otra ocasión.

- Oliver (9/5): Schöne Wohnung in Rabat - Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Man hat genug Platz sich auszubreiten und sich heimisch zu fühlen. Auch gut war die Möglichkeit seine Wäsche zu waschen, vorallem wenn man auf der Durchreise ist. Der Wäscheständer könnte größer sein bzw. ein Trockner wäre nicht schlecht; es geht aber auch so ;)
- Angeles (5/5): No está mal, pero puede mejorar - Sólo habían previsto sábanas para la cama de la habitación. Éramos dos personas y no había ropa de cama para el sofá cama. Dijo el anfitrión que nos la traería en 15 minutos, y pasada una hora, nos fuimos, porque no íbamos de jueves tarde a domingo por la mañana, para perder toda una tarde esperando. Después trajeron las sábanas por la noche, y el anfitrión nos pidió que no escribiéramos más, que todas las solicitudes se hicieran al chico que tiene para esos menesteres, el cual nos dijo que tenía muchísimo trabajo. El juego de toallas era una de mano, otra de ducha y otra de baño. Pedimos otro juego, y dijeron que no había más. El frigorífico no cerraba, porque el congelador estaba hasta arriba de hielo, y dijeron que lo arreglarían, pero eso nunca ocurrió. El menaje cortito, no había cucharillas pequeñas. Abrimos el balcón, y entraron muchísimas moscas. Al menos deberían poner a disposición un bote de insecticida. Fuimos a comprar el bote y lo dejamos en la habitación. Y el tema de las escaleras, la verdad, es muy pesado. La subida se hace interminable.

- Cgarea (6/5): Apartamento bastante cómodo pero con muchas escaleras. - Buena situación. La cama era muy cómoda. Estaba bastante limpio. Tiene nevera, lavadora, utensilios de cocina. El sofá cama para el niño muy incómodo, éramos 3 y nos dejaron toallas para 2, solicitamos una tercera toalla que nunca llegó, en la cocina sólo teníamos 2 sillas, por lo que 1 tenía que comer de pie; la entrada es vieja y oscura y si te toca el tercer piso o cuarto hay un montón de escaleras.

Keypad entry, excellent hosts and service team. Be prepared for no elevator and need to carry luggage up to 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor. As in most of Morocco, the floors are all tile, so there is very little sound insulation inside or from outside. A few carpets in the larger rooms would help muffle the noise.

- WAFAE (10/5): - L'appartement est spacieuse . J’ai été un peu déçue par mon séjour. Le lavabo de la douche était bouché, je n’ai pas pu l’utiliser . Il manquait également des serviettes, ce qui n’était pas très pratique. De plus, les pantoufles toujours pas présentes dans l’appartement, ce qui semble être un problème récurrent. Par ailleurs, je trouve que les frais de ménage sont excessifs. Il serait plus juste de revoir leur montant, d’autant plus qu’ils s’ajoutent déjà au prix du séjour et à la TVA. Ce genre de supplément donne une impression de surcharge pour le client. L’établissement gagnerait à améliorer ces points pour offrir une meilleure expérience aux clients.

It’s bight cheerful and well equipped. - We liked the lovely period terrazzo floors, well equipped kitchen, very nice shower and comfortable furniture. The Spiderman art was a real treat! The lack of an elevator might be a problem for some. We had to wait on the street for quite a while until a very nice young man checked us in and carried one of our bags up.

- Diana (7/5): - Soufiane and Brahim were very flexible and accommodating. The location is excellent right in the city centre, 3 mins away from the train station and within walking distance of cafés and restaurants. The flat is spacious and gets a lot of light during the day. Good shower and good wifi. The bed linen was quite worn out and could do with a makeover. I got a few rainy days whilst I was in Rabat and the bedroom doesn't have an AC. It can get quite damp and cold in the winter (flat fitted with big windows and gorgeous stone floors that can get quite cold). Perhaps a little portable heater could fix that (I found that the A/C in the living room is not enough).

Lo staff veramente accogliente, disponibile e simpatico. Camera grande e letti molto comodi. Bagno grande, pulito e fornito. Il divano letto, una volta aperto non era molto confortevole. Meglio dormire sul divano chiuso e quindi è risultato comodo.

- Ashley (10/5): - Amazing apartment, great views and an awesome location! Brahim was incredible and an amazing property manager as well! Although it was shared the windows are sound résistent, it was definitely not! Very noisy to sleep! Other than that it was truly great! I think a fan would help with some white noise and help get a better sleep!
- Teresa (8/5): Excellent - I hope to stay here again when I return - the apartment was completely equipped -- everything that I needed in the kitchen, a clothes washer and drying rack, comfortable linens. I was pleasantly surprised to have the apartment cleaned and linens changed once per week! The apartment and building were clean and easily accessible. The extremely central location near the main train and L1 tram line was great. The downside of the excellent location was that it could be loud - during the day with very nearby construction of the main Balima building which should be done soon and during the evening with general downtown noises. And the noise may have been particularly loud during my stay because of some major celebrations - three related to big successes in football and one celebrating the UN's approval of Morocco's Western Sahara plan. This was a big deal and there were hours of celebration in downtown. All were happy noises though, and the double-paned windows really helped with limiting the noise.

- Sharon (9/5): - Was in a good location and had everything we needed. Was clean and a bonus was the washing machine and drying rack. Enjoyed our stay here. No lift and is upstairs which we managed fine but if elderly or physically challenged you may find the stairs difficult.
