• Divina (2/5): Would never book again. - We enjoyed the location. Enjoyed the cable channels. Happy the air conditioning worked. The bathroom was not properly cleaned - pieces of hair were still inside of the bath. The door frame to the bathroom was broken, so we were unable to shut it. Walls are very thin and could easily hear neighbors.

Weed smoking room was provided in spite of asking for non-smoking room Pillow and mattress was stinky and bed sheet has cigarettes burning holes Drug eddicts were all over around. Floors was sticky and slippery. Location was far away from everything.

• Jackson (1/5): Not friendly. Last resort hotel. - I like that I could rent using Booking.com They tried to get me to rent directly from them and pay a higher price. They also didn't want to rent to me for more than a couples days at a time.

• Natalia (1/5): Bad experience - Nothing We arrived early because we had requested early check-in, which had been approved. A person at the front desk told us our room wasn’t ready because there were still people there and that it would be ready at 11:00. We returned at the time he mentioned, and there was another person at the front desk. They told us the room we needed with two beds was already occupied and they didn’t have one for us. As a solution, they told us they had a room with one bed for two people and could give us another one, but we’d have to pay for it separately. In the end, they didn’t provide any solution and recommended another place to go. There’s no point in making reservations here, and the customer service is terrible.
• Benjamin (1/5): Worst room ever! - Nothing really. I guess it had a bed, that was nice. Everything! Bed cover had cigarette burns. Toilet had toilet paper in bowl like just used, upon arrival. Grafitti in the bathroom. 1 towel and was a hassle to get more. Bathroom fan grate hanging down. Hairs on pillow. Completely dirty. The worst room I have ever stayed in my life.

• Lark (10/5): Very nice - I liked the central location that was pretty easy to get to as well as how kind the staff was and the room was nice as well and I loved the bathtub and the bed was very comfy to sleep in. It was a nice experience Nothing. It was nice.

Never had I thought it possible for an establishment to sell you a room such as disgusting as this. The walls were FILTHY. There was a roach crawling along the wall. The bedding looked like it was cigarette burns. In all, it was a horrible experience!!!

• Santa (1/5): FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - Not much!! The person in the reception was rude. There was a microwave right out my door for everyone to use so all night i heard people heating up food and been loud. I couldn't change channels on the T.V it was set to only 1 channel. I call the office and they told me it was only 1 channel i couldn't change it. The towels in the restroom were reap and the pillows super flat. It smell a lot like chemicals. Not even closed to the pictures they show here. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I BE STAYING THERE!!!
• Natalia (3/5): Poor - Tragedy. Very dirty everywhere, all over the apartment. Bed sheets are probably not washed, and the floors have probably not been washed for half a year. Not only that the location is not good, because far from the center, but the price for these conditions is also exorbitant! I do not recommend
• María (5/5): Decent room/ bad neighbor - The room was cleaned. I didn’t like the neighborhood. It was really bad. There were some vans outside making a very loud noise (I guess the motors were running to provide AC) I had to sleep with earplugs.
• Komatsu (4/5): sketchy, inconvenient, but decent stay. - I liked the nostalgia as we stayed in this motel before, the first stay was way smoother though. Parking was easy and there was A.C. We arrived at 5 p.m. after hours of driving and were told the room would not be ready until 8. There were 4 men in the courtyard with a foldable table, and the vibes were weird.

• Nakisha (1/5): It was horrible worst choice ever made - The room was outdated there were tools and Maintence items left in the room tv did not work at all there were no other room to switch to at all no compensation for lack of tv when vacationing with family and they were fully aware of tv issue but still rented the room. Paint job was horrible inside the bathroom was very dingy and the beds very uncomfortable would never stay there again nor recommend it to others. My family was very unhappy with this our stay

Mattress covers didn’t fully cover the mattress Floors felt slimy/filmy Room reeked of cleaning products with a hint of body odor.

• Sandra (3/5): I would honestly ask for my money back if I could. - I honestly didn’t like nothing about this property/rental. I didn’t like how bad odor it had/cigars. I didn’t like that when I arrived for the paid booking already they said that they didn’t have the other room I had paid for that they only had 1 room with a queen bed instead of 2 queen beds and the other room didn’t even have 2 queen beds it had 2 full beds. I arrived late at night so all I wanted to do was sleep and they put me and my husband and 2 kids in a room with a queen bed until the morning that they cleaned one or i don’t know what they did.

• Jco (3/5): i will never book there again. - the price of three nights was great but there was so much that need improvement when i got there they gave me a card that did not work and went back down to get another and when opened the door people were still staying there and staff saw it. rude staff (like they didnt want to help or enjoy there job), rooms cleanliness was very poor (pillows were dirty and didnt sleep undercover due to that), small fridge not working, main door had gap, remote was missing lid to the back, shower curtain had mold, hot water barely came out, and wasn't allowed visitors
• Nicholas (5/5): Passable - What I like about starlight valley Inn, is that the rooms are cozy with a comfortable bed, good heating/air conditioning, a mini fridge, and there was cable, which hotels that I've stayed at didn't even offer. My complaints are that while I was given a card key to open my room door, the scanner did not work. My door was always unlocked and I did not need to scan my card key to open my door (huge safety concern). The toilet had drops of urine on it, which I took upon myself to clean. I was given 2 towels, but no wash cloths. The internet connection here is very poor. You will be relying on your phones mobile data or a Hotspot. Staff were mutual, neither rude but not happy either. Not welcoming and seem to just rush people along. It's more of a motel. I paid about the same price for an inn in seattle which had breakfast included.
