lynng733 (10/5): Great little find, although not a find anymore. - This hotel is in a perfect location if you want to be central to a lot of places in NY; also central to subways, busses running north and south, and east west. I really like it that, unlike midtown west, which I also think is a good location, it is better for taking a taxi to and from the airport, or coming from out of town on the east side of Manhattan. The rooms are medium size, in that they are not too small and not very large. The rooms and hotel public areas are clean, and the service is very good. The lobby is small and unassuming. On the ground floor there is a small excellent restaurant for breakfast, lunch, quality snacking during the day, and at night wine and Tapas and a few other light bites. There is a fitness center but I did not go there. This was my second visit and I will return.

stacyh902 (10/5): Another fantastic stay at The Concorde Hotel. - This was our 5th stay at the Concorde in two and a half years. The location is great for us (close to our daughter) but it is also very central (close to two subway stations, a 10 min walk to Central Park along with many other wonderful sights and areas of Manhattan). The staff at the door and front desk are always friendly (specially Sandy) and the gentlemen at the restaurant Bonsai are always very nice. We’ve always stayed in a Premier King, which is incredibly spacious, extremely clean (thank you to Hajrija for the extra towels and excellent service) and very nicely appointed. It is a relatively new hotel with a small restaurant and bar and we’ve grown very attached to it. Looking forward to our next stay

AninhaVieira (4/5): Rude staff and broken promises ruined our stay - Housekeeper Margaret was absolutely outstanding — attentive, professional, and the only person in the entire hotel who showed genuine care and empathy. Door staff: From the very beginning, the staff at the hotel entrance were rude and dismissive when handling our Amazon deliveries. Bikes in the room: We were traveling with bikes worth $20,000 each. We stored them in our room as we normally would. Late at night, when collecting our deliveries, we received — through a housekeeper — a message from the front desk saying bikes were not allowed in the room due to the carpet. We were forced to leave high-value equipment in a shared storage area filled with other guests' luggage — a real risk of damage to carbon frames worth tens of thousands of dollars. Other guests staying at the same hotel for the GFNY reported the same issue — yet, unlike us, they were not pressured to remove their bikes from their room. Late checkout: On two separate occasions, I flagged my need for a late checkout on Sunday, explaining that I would be leaving at 5AM for New Jersey for the race start. Both times, a front desk agent assured me the hotel would be quiet that Sunday and that someone would be available 24 hours to authorize the late checkout. On Sunday at 5AM, the attendant on duty (Stanley) flatly refused, told me to call back at 7AM — when I would already be racing — and even claimed that another guest had specifically requested room 1502. That explanation felt implausible and unnecessarily hostile. I had to rush back to my room, frantically pack everything into bags, and ask staff to remove my belongings. I nearly missed the start of a race I had been training for months to complete. I would not recommend this hotel to athletes traveling with high-value equipment, to LGBTQ+ couples (I cannot say for certain, but the difference in treatment compared to other guests was striking), or to anyone who needs even basic support outside of business hours. I have traveled extensively and never been treated so poorly at a hotel.
SamM719 (10/5): Outstanding boutique hotel in Midtown - The Concord is a gem of a boutique hotel in a great Midtown location. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and have Nespresso machines for your morning jolt. The third floor has a lounge with a coffee machine, business centre and small outdoor patio. The staff have all been incredible, special shout out to the loveliest ladies at the front desk, Sandy and Shenel, who were accommodating and friendly as can be. Do not hesitate to stay here whether on business or pleasure.

Lo staff è davvero gentile e pronto ad aiutarti. In stanza c'è l'occorrente per preparare caffè e thè. In aggiunta a questo c'è un'area comune con acqua, forno a microonde, macchinetta per preparare caffè, cappuccino, thè ecc. Se mai tornerò a New York sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel. Consigliato! Nulla, tutto perfetto

nathalieh227 (10/5): The Hotel That Saved My Trip - After leaving a previous hotel that didn’t meet my expectations, I arrived at the Concorde hoping to salvage the rest of my trip — and it more than delivered. My suite on the 29th floor had stunning city views, and the hotel’s intentional design — fewer rooms per floor than most — keeps the atmosphere calm and unhurried. It never felt busy or crowded, which is a rare thing in Manhattan. The staff made it, though. Sandy in particular was outstanding — warm, attentive, and consistent whether my husband was reaching her by phone or I was speaking with her in person. That kind of seamless, personal service is hard to find. If you want great views, a peaceful atmosphere, and staff that actually make you feel taken care of, the Concorde delivers.

He was so kind, friendly, attentive, and hardworking, and he truly went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, and the hotel’s location was perfect for everything we needed. Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience and would definitely love to come back. Sandy at the front desk is super efficient & kind and Natalie Muir in the corporate account department has been extremely helpful and professional. Rooms are on the large side and suites are spacious. The hotel is super clean with very comfortable beds and nice linens.

Piotr (10/5): - We had a room with a beautiful view. In the morning, when we opened the blinds, the view of NYC was absolutely amazing — you could immediately feel the energy of New York. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also received a voucher for wine at the hotel bar, which was a very nice gesture — and the wine was good too :) However, the room doors close very loudly, so if someone returns late at night and shuts their door, it can easily wake you up :( The same happens early in the morning. I would recommend checking whether anything can be done to soften the door mechanism and make the locks quieter.

G6520TRdavids (10/5): Such a great hotel - Our first time visiting the Concord hotel, and what a pleasure it was. The staff is so friendly and the rooms are incredibly clean and nice. The restaurant in the hotel is delicious. It is a tapas style restaurant. It has creative, cocktails, and delicious Spanish style food. Jordan took care of us the two days that we were there and he was top-notch. Check-in with a breeze and Sandy was kind of thoughtful. We will be back!

Room was made up nearly and cleanly every day. This has been the nicest stay. Ageni was THE nicest doorman I've encountered - just exemplifies great customer service. Definitely coming back to stay.
GILES (9/5): Always feels the best choice Midtown for us - Clean, modern and very comfortable. A convenient and well-designed iconic building. Great views from the high rooms and many brilliant staff. Very good little chic restaurant and bar just past the lobby. The giant showers are brilliant, and beds invite you to sleep really well. Could do with more than one chair in a two-person bedroom. Possibly convenient coat rack would be a helpful detail.

Brilliantly clean and recently refurbished , it gives us everything we want - with style and quality. The welcoming staff are extremely well managed, with high level hospitality and interpersonal skills. The lobby is an attractive and well-designed destination on arrival, with a relaxing bar and deliciously imaginative food available from the Bonsai restaurant just behind. The lift whisked us this year up to the thirty/third floor - a superb room, some ambience and well equipped, with splendid views of the city. The large and generous bathroom is a particular treat with a superb walk-in shower. All fragrant shampoos, gels and soaps are provided by Molton Brown of London, which made us feel at home! Beds are very comfortable need, with excellent bed linen and towels being provided. The fridge and coffee machine were both much appreciated. The epitome of quiet and restful, the room and the wraparound care of the hotel itself really contributed to our successful annual business trip. Lovely people - very high standards!

697laurenp (10/5): Frequent guest; recommend thoroughly - I stay at The Concorde 2-3 times each month as my office is around the corner. I choose the Concorde each time because the hotel is clean and modern and has giant rooms for NYC standards. Also, the gym has natural light from its position on the 4th floor and is never overcrowded, there’s always space to get your workout in. The rooms are comfortable and have a Nespresso and windows that actually open. I appreciate that the hotel is independent; the team makes you feel special and welcome. Sandy greets me every morning which makes all the work travel feel a bit warmer!

davideH3323IZ (10/5): Good hotel and location - Stayed at the hotel from the 18th - 23rd April. Not a bad location, fairly near a subway, and within walking distance of many sites. The staff were excellent, nothing too much trouble, and the room was large and had everything required - apart from a kettle! Us British like a cuppa in the morning, and although there is a coffee machine in the room (although lots of buttons but no instructions), we wanted a cuppa. However, if you ask at reception, they will happily provide one, although we didn't find out until the penultimate day. We went room only, wanting the option to eat out. We did have breakfast there on the first day as we were tired, but didn't think it was very good value. I had an omelette that looked like it had been flattened by a steam roller, and my wife - being vegetarian - didn't have many options (which was a theme throughout NY. Ask for a higher room than we did on thew 10th, as the view we had wasn't great (the bin store). All in all, a really good stay, and would stay there again.

Bra med Nespresso på rummet. Frukosten hade för få och begränsade alternativ och personalen i baren var inte alls serviceminded vare sig vid frukosten eller under kvällen. Det gick inte att få upp frukost med roomservice trots att de lagar den på beställning. Hade velat ha bättre service för 5-stjärnigt hotell. Provade 3 olika sorters vin och alla var bedrövliga.

Dorothea (9/5): Schönes Hotel mit Nähe zum Central Park und Rockefeller Center - Wir hatten ein Standard Doppelzimmer mit schönem Bad und sehr sauber. Die Apartments sind um einiges schöner und komfortabler, haben aber auch ihren Preis. Das Personal war insgesamt sehr freundlich, besonders Tenny und Tash. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zur Metrostation ist es nicht weit und man kann auch zu Fuß sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Weniger gut, fanden wir, dass es kein Hotel-eigenes Frühstück gibt. Es gibt ein kleines Café, das ein Frühstück anbietet, aber mit kleiner Auswahl und letztendlich gibt man zu viel für das Frühstück aus.

Eléna (10/5): Exceptionnel ! !! - Le Concorde hôtel est idéalement situé, le personnel est adorable ainsi que les serveurs du restaurant Bonsaï qui est excellent. Les chambres sont spacieuses vue incroyable literie impeccable et tres confortable, tout était parfait ! Une terrasse est annoncée mais il n'y en a pas vraiment ( elle etait fermée) dommage mais rien de bien méchant.
