Peremees oli tore, tuli vastu meie soovile väga varakult sisse registreerida. Voodi oli mugav. Külmkapis oli palju erinevaid jooke - vein, vesi, karastusjoogid, piim. Snäkid ja küpsised samuti. The host’s hospitality was amazing and had always been reachable for our needs. - Suitable for family stay as the house is very well equipped with necessary amenities. Safe and quiet area. Conveniently located near to F&B outlets and supermarket. There’s only one bathroom.

The location was perfect, it is just 15-20 mins drive to the City centre. Steve was incredibly nice and friendly. He waited for us to hand over the keys and prepared snacks for us.❤️ I can’t think of a single flaw during my stay. I highly recommend Lake Estate to family especially looking for accommodation in Perth. We will definitely return here in the future. none

• Jamaliah (8/5): Beautiful and convenient - Like the private home, detached and the lemon tree. The 2nd room has no privacy ie no door as we were 2 couples adults. 4 adults, husband & wife relationship. We booked the cottage because it said 2 room house.

They provided snacks and drinks for our stay for free. The towels we used were quite linty. The lint would stick to the walls and almost everything that comes in contact with it.

The property is very safe for the stay and for parking car as it has got a locked gate. The Wifi signal is weak to browse the net. So I used my own mobile phone with 5G network.

• Christine (8/5): Nice private house - Nice friendly and helpful hosts. I didnt realise this is part of a home and generally prefer hotels, resorts or holiday parks. But it turned out great as we had space to ourselves. It was spotlessly clean and the hosts are friendly.
