Comfortable beds Disturbed sleep due to thin walls - I could hear people having sex at 1am followed by coughing and a hairdryer or some machine in the early hours. Lift didn't work when I left so had to carry all bags down 5 flights of stairs, the last bit in total darkness. When paying for 315,000 stay the receptionist didn't have change for 500,000 and had to leave the building to get change! Bizarre. It's not a two star hotel but as budget hotels go it's ok but only because it's cheap

Najlepiej przyjechać przespać się i wyjechać, bo powiedzą że prąd jest 1000razy droższy niż w rzeczywistości i trzeba dopłacić 200k do rachunku za prąd. Wymeldowanie niby do 12, a o 9 pytają się ciebie czemu tu jeszcze jesteś i że trzeba dopłacić za następna noc..

Jessica (4/5): Ungemütlich - Die Lage zum Bahnhof und es war relativ ruhig. Wasser konnte man sich immer kostenlos auffüllen. Kein Fenster was nach außen aufging, sondern nur zum Flur. Sehr dunkel. Dreckig, überall Spinnenweben und Staub. I’m Bad war auch Schimmel und überall Kalk. Betten waren hart und alles sehr lieblos und ungemütlich. Minibar funktionierte nicht, also man hatte keine kühle Getränke. Würde nicht wieder kommen.

IlBUM (10/5): - Staff is super friendly and helpful, helped us to organise sightseeing tours and let us leave our luggage while we went to Sapa. Breakfast is good and you can order Vietnamese coffee. Great location. Rooms are well equipped and laundry service is fast.

Only odd thing was the plastic sheet on the bed which made a noise when moving.

James (4/5): Disappointing - Terrible service, Noisy but Clean - Arrived early in Lao Cai (sleeper train), arrived at hotel to drop bag off and was greeted by a young man asleep behind the reception desk. Barely spoke to us and just laid back down. Left bags then went back later to check in, chap at reception couldn’t understand us and we had to speak to someone over the phone so he understood we had a booking there (how he could not tell from names on passports). Gave us key cards and we found our own way to room. We were on the 5th floor, and it must have been the same floor that people also lived on, kids running around shouting, people shouting to each other day and night slamming doors. Someone walked in on us in the room, didn’t knock just let themselves in, considering we saw know one else we were surprised. Shower barely worked no pressure. Tried to get us to pay when we checked out, had to show we had already paid via this app The hotel was clean so that was a good thing.
