- Ryzelenne (6/5): - Bonjour, Nous souhaitons partager notre expérience suite à notre arrivée dans l’établissement. Concernant notre accueil, aucun service bagages n’a été proposé. Nos valises ont été contrôlées, mais aucune aide ne nous a été apportée pour les monter en chambre, alors que deux chariots étaient pourtant disponibles. Une erreur a été faite à l’accueil : on nous a remis un récapitulatif de séjour mentionnant une nuit de moins que prévu. Nous avons dû revenir pour signaler l’erreur, alors que le paiement pour deux nuitées avait bien été effectué via Expedia. L’employé a dû prendre mon téléphone pour vérifier la preuve de réservation, puis s’absenter pour faire une vérification en interne avant de revenir. Cela soulève de vraies questions sur leur organisation. C’est extrêmement préoccupant qu’un établissement de ce standing ne soit pas capable de gérer correctement les réservations. Plus tard aux alentours de 23h: Nous avons contacté la réception pour obtenir des bouteilles d’eau. On nous a demandé de patienter 15 minutes ou de venir les récupérer nous-mêmes. Finalement, après plus de 45 minutes d’attente et un nouvel appel, un employé est venu immédiatement nous apporter de l’eau, évoquant un problème de personnel. À notre deuxième jours , la piscine était inaccessible alors qu’il était déjà 13h. Nous avons demandé un parasol près de notre transat, mais cela nous a été refusé malgré la présence visible d’un socle. Par ailleurs, une forte odeur d’urine était perceptible sur l

Even in the USA I would not pay that much. I must admit that breakfast was top. The pools were clean and well maintained. Keep it up

- estelle (10/5): Un excellent séjour avec un personnel très pro - Un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel très très bien entretenu. Hormis une hôtesse d’accueil qui ne s’est pas du tout montrée professionnelle, le reste du personnel était vraiment top, mention spéciale à Mounnir qui a même eu la gentillesse de nous faire visiter d’autres chambres pour un éventuel prochain séjour. La restauration de l’hôtel est plutôt de bonne qualité. Manque tout de même quelques attentions dans les chambres pour un 5 étoiles: chaussons, peignoirs, snacks dans le mini bar qui reste vide tout le séjour. A noter que l’hôtel rénove actuellement la zone piscine ce qui promet de belles baignades pour cet été Je ne manquerai pas de redescendre dans cet hôtel lors d’un prochain séjour en Algérie

Everthing was good..well located, clean, all commodities are in the room ( bathroom, WiFi, minibar, air conditionner, ..). My room was in front of the sea, so very nice view especially with sunset ! Fabulous ❤️❤️ The swimming pools were very very clean with music and lot of activities! The food was excellent ( very well balanced and diversified buffet). Full of activities inside the hôtel (spectacle with famous artists, games for children..etc). The service is very quick ! The staff is always smiley... I recommend very well this hôtel....❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

- 628meriems (8/5): Honeymoon - We stayed 3 nights, it was a bit expensive, the room was wonderful, sunny with a view on the sea and the pool. The hotel is very clean and the staff was warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was amazing, caters to all tastes and age groups. The SPA was interesting, relaxing but expensive, 10.000da/1 hour for 2. It has multiple pools, ping pong table, basketball/handball court. The city is nice and the people are very friendly. Overall i highly recommend .

- ShaistaNiwaz (8/5): Shaista Niwaz and Rabah Benmoufok living it up in Algeria at the AZ Hotel - Hi my name is Shaista Niwaz and I live with my lovely hubby Rabah Benmoufok at 9 Whitehill House, Sawyer Street, London se1 0eq. We stayed at the AZ hotel last year and we loved it. Very spacious rooms with aircon which was needed in that heat. Also great halal food of course as you would expect here. Also the beaches were great and reminded me of when I was a young girl growing up in Pakistan. Overall a very nice hotel and I'm glad they cater for women wearing the hijab too, very important if youre religious. Rabah didn't leave the beach, great yellow sand and the hotel had a private part too. We took lots of great photos too, great location and settings! Will definitely return.

We have spent 4 unforgettable nights in a very clean and tidy room with a wonderful panoramic view of the Mediterranean sea and its unique sunset. The kindness of the staff, the peaceful beach and the tasty food despite the fact that it was abit expensive, made us feel that 4 nights spent there were too short.

- mouradl590 (8/5): Business trip during Ramadan, nice surprise - It is my second time in this Hotel, nice location and parking, excellent sea view, security agent polite, reception desk a bit understrained but helpfull, rooms are modern and nice fournitures and TV, bed very confortable and clean. Restaurant, dishes well presented and nicely cooked. What i appreciat the most, is the Sahour during Ramadan it is a nice surprize as you can see in the pictures with various options of meal, sweet or salted and the traditional couscous and Raib for someone who is traveling a lot it is important durind Ramadan and waiters are welcoming and attentive, hope this hotel gonna stay like that, wait and see....

The hotel itself is very well designed, cosy and clean With outdoor pools and indoor heated pool and spa, relaxing is just mandatory The room was nice, clean and spacious Breakfast and buffet restaurant were great with a wide variety of food. All these accommodations would not mean anything without the staff: friendly, welcoming, helpful and smiling all the time! Thank you all! Highly recommended hotel, loved it! On downside though: the location near Sablette beach can be great, but no groceries/pharmacies nearby.

Very well prepare staff from the housekeeping to the concierge man. They were very helpful during my wedding preparation and we feel in holydays even the pressure of the preparation. very clean very large variety food, I really appreciate the crepe and omelet stand during the breakfast. I really appreciate the entertainment and tent from Sahraouian people come to give you a great tea during the evening period close to the swimming pool. The access of the beach is easy and in August you can find variety of tents with local product all along the beach. The spa area is very clean and the sauna and hammam was excellent.
