- Juliana (7/5): Good - Great location, very friendly staff and room was good size, cleaned and organized Wifi didn't work during the all week. Booked a more expensive room because of the balcony/view, but it's not a private balcony. It was the common entrance of bedrooms which takes all privacy and no possibility to enjoy the outside area as I thought it was possible (it was not clear that the balcony was not private and I couldn't even open the curtains as there was always people passing outside). The view is indeed beautiful but don't pay extra for the room thinking you can enjoy it. They should make it clear in the description so you can choose with more reality.

- B. (5/5): I'll Pass - The staff was friendly and helpful. They even offered me a free cup of coffee. The accommodations are lacking. The closet had someone else's clothes in it. The sheets were dirty, stained, and had holes in them. The huge windows would not lock and had gaps in them that allowed the cold air to pass through. There were no towels or toilet paper in the room upon arrival (although they did provide them upon request). The building itself is leaky and there were puddles around the stairs as it rained the whole day and night that I was there. The wifi was okay. I paid around 2,500INR for my one night stay. I definitely don't recommend paying any more than that.

The service which starts from welcoming at the reception desk to the restaurant is as awesome as we cant able to find words to express. All staff are helpful and very polite. Caring of the guest is wonderful ,The experience was a memorable one , Great rooms ,views as well as facilities. Great place to come with friends and family.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay, . I will definitely be returning on my next visit! - Mithlesh (1/5): Please do not visit this place, just waste of money, zero value for money - Nothing at all, no services provided. The shower was not working, they are not providing towels or any toilet itineraries (like soap), no lift is there, you have to climb 5 floors, Most of the time power backup was not present, there is no backup even for bulbs and phone charging. No proper place for parking and also the door lock was not working and in the toilet, there is not at all any lock. Overall I will rate 0 out of 10.

But staff, especially the receptionist, Ajay is very polite and helpful.. the bell boy, Ajeet, is always ready for your errands, and also knows his limitations... food is a major problem in this hotel... As its a new property, the conditions of the rooms and amenities are excellent... But not what they are charging...
