AC is not cooling, fan is not running at full speed. No dental kit, no shaving kit, no tea – coffee pouches. Cook, plumber and electrician are not available for night duty. Soap, shampoo & towels are not available for shower. Channels on TV are not subscribed. Tea – Coffee – milk pouches are not available. For breakfast only idly is available. Do not expect anything from them, otherwise extra charges for everything

• Shukla (6/5): Suitabel for covering tourist destinations in Fort Kochi area. - The location is close to various tourist spots in Fort Kochi. Rooms are clean and staff is courteous. The property doos'nt have even basic kitchen facilities. Breakfast menu is basic with bread being served raw.

• Ilay (5/5): Its an ok stay, i would not put that in my go-to list. - It was a nice room to stay in, clean, and has all the needs for a night. In the night a lot of mosquitos stung me and it interrupted my sleep, the hotel service was not that great, the breakfast was only from 9:00 to 10:00 and it didnt had a lot of selection.

• Therese (8/5): Comfortable hotel for a good price - Great location, away from the expensive Fort Kochi but close enough to visit it when we wanted. Friendly and responsive staff. Large room with a nice big bed. Had everything we needed for a reasonable price.

• Meghean (6/5): The place was pleasant to stay and the staff were incredibly helpful. - The location was great and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately on the first night we had a cockroach or two in our room. After that night we didn’t have any again.

• Vivin (9/5): Great location, Accessible for all traveling option and Quality Food - The location was absolutely wonderful. The restaurant was awesome with excellent food and service. The property is nice and comfortable—a strong recommendation to the management for maintenance perfection of the rooms as fixtures are poor and is to be improvised. Slo parking during events is to be organised and managed by security.

• Hossein (1/5): regretful. - the older man (if you can even call him that) who works at reception should not be working in hospitality. customer service only exists when they’re taking your money- once they take your money they don’t care. The receptionist shouldn’t work in any job that involves human interaction. Instead of making our holiday nicer and easier, this hotel made it harder and more stressful. this hotel would do much better with proper reception staff (the cleaning staff were fine).

• Romya (3/5): way too expensive for the amenities being offered - The location is convenient very slow service, the exhaust in the bathroom was making a very loud noise, when complained we were told that there is no maintenance available at the hotel, or the guy has fever! the towel rack inside the bathroom was broken. there were cobwebs throughout the room, there were ants, there was no filter water available, there is no kitchen in the hotel

• Prasad (3/5): Very bad Hotel - . Nothing is in the hotel to like No Restaurant to attached to the hotel. No reception person in the night time just only security guard available. First day No water in the night. Security guard told Tank is empty. Restaurant (not owned by htel management) in ground floor give very bad kitchen smell, you can't bear it. No room service. You need depend on Swiggy and Zomato for good food. Or you need to go outside about 1km for good restaurants. ground floor Restaurant ( not owned by hotel management) service Beef also, so we preferred not to eat in this restaurant. Instead of calling this as Hotel better to call it as Hostel

Location was great to a tuk tuk stand and other general stores. Ideal for a family trip! The apartment was indeed value for money! No breakfast! Infact the way they don't have it! They suggest some obscure way of getting one! No toiletries were provided except one small soap! The water pressure was bit low in the bathroom! No room service of food!

• Ariana (10/5): Great hotel in Fort Kochi - The Grand Canyon is a great, budget friendly hotel. The staff was accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable. The area right around the hotel is ok, and it is just a 10-15 min walk to downtown Fort Kochi. The front desk was extremely friendly and even let us modify our reservation when our plans changed last minute.

Drainage was very poor No soap, shampoo etc. asked the staff and was provided, The sight from the window poor, dumped rubbish etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful with a lot of knowledge on visiting places and sightseeing.

• Iman (7/5): Clean hotel, good location… but mediocre staff. - The property is nothing spectacular but it is definitely clean and very close to everything in the Fort Kochi area. The staff are polite but not at all helpful. Don’t count on them if you need anything. Also, when checking-in we were told that breakfast was included in our stay and that room service was available 24 hours. However when we tried to order something, we were told that there was no room service available and the following morning we were told by staff that there was no breakfast and to go to a restaurant outside if we wanted to eat.

• Norman (4/5): A bad deal. - We had booked 2 premium suites and the receptionists took us to the deluxe rooms and insisted that those were premium suites. Luckily, one of us had stayed in the premium suite before and only after we insisted they gave us the correct suite that we paid for. Post that, one of the suites was as shown in the pic, but the other one was a makeshift one with nothing in it. The sit out unlike the pic had dirty walls and just a sofa set with a wash basin and cemented floors. Imagine a wash basin with a mirror in a sitting room! I had to insist on a fridge, kettle, tissues, toilet rolls, nothing in the toilet, no shower curtain, it was more like a flat that was unused for a while. When we requested for morning coffee, we were told that there were only tea satchets. The support staff were courteous but it was wrong for the reception to lie to us.
