• Martin (8/5): Good value for money! - The bathroom was huge. Very good value for money! Central location and easy access to the city center. The neighbourhood is not the best (people wise), but this is the same as in any city where the stay is close to the main train station.

Fui por un viaje de cumpleaños y hasta me hizo un regalito. La verdad que no me lo esperaba para nada. Siempre le dedico unas palabras al trato y el servicio y tengo que decir que ha sido en todo momento excelente! La comunicación súper fluida, cambiaban las toallas todos los días y limpiaban. Soy una persona muy especial para el tema de la limpieza y puedo decir que ha sido excepcional. Luego la ubicación es una cosa que juega muchísimo a favor. Está súper cerca de la estación Roma Termini dónde coges el tren hacia el aeropuerto y muchísimas conexiones con bus y tranvías para moverte por toda la ciudad. Aunque yo he caminado pero he tomado el tranvía una vez y ha sido súper rápido y económico. No tengo nada más para decir que recomendar 100% este sitio si querés tranquilidad, un trato exquisito y buena ubicación! La relación calidad precio ha sido muy buena comparando con otros sitios en Roma. He estado 3 noches y la verdad han sido súper agradables. Lo recomiendo muchísimo. Muchas gracias Francesca por la excelente atención! Sin dudas repetiré cuando vaya a Roma. El ascensor es medio caótico hasta que le coges la vuelta.

• Freddys Rafael (6/5): - Muy Limpio, cocina bien equipada La zona donde está ubicado es muy peligrosa, no permite salir temprano o llegar tarde sin correr riesgo. Dentro de la edificación tampoco hay seguridad en 5 días hubo 2 incidencias. El Impuesto Municipal debería estar de una vez incluido en el precio de la contratación y no cobrarlo posteriormente. Si estuviese ubicado en una zona más segura si lo recomendaría ampliamente.

Fenomenal los artículos de baño. Un detallazo las zapatillas y el agua en la nevera. Francesca muy amable y servicial. Nos dejó las indicaciones perfectas para todo. Gracias. Simplemente, por comentar, falta potencia de agua en la ducha, pero me imagino que será cosa del edificio

• Fernando (8/5): Agradable y cómoda!!! - La habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa, igual el baño. Está muy bien ubicado al estar cerca de la terminal, de esta forma tienes acceso a todo. Lugares muy cercanos para comer bien, tanto desayuno como almuerzo y cena. Caminar desde la terminal hacia el alojamiento no es nada bonito, muchos indigentes. El desagüe de la ducha estaba medio tapado, se acumulaba mucho el agua y las puertas de la ducha les falta mantenimiento. El ascensor es mínimo, tomar en cuenta si van con maletas grandes. Entrar 2 personas con mochilas puestas, es todo un desafío.

The room was super clean (like, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere this spotless) and super spacious. Ms. Francesca was really accommodating and responsive, which made things so much easier. She's very sweet and gave us clear instructions for everything. The location is great too - easy to find and perfect if you’re heading out to explore the city. Overall, just a comfortable, stress-free stay. If I go back to Rome, I'll definitely book here again 💖

I found the mattress a bit thin and firm, but nothing too bad.

• Kyle (9/5): This is an affordable option in central Rome! - The host, Francesca, gave us a very warm welcome! She gave us a map of Rome and some of her personal recommendations. The room was really spacious, especially the bathroom. We appreciated that the bed was made each day and that fresh towels were given. The location is very convenient, really close to the main train station and right out front is the 71 bus, which took us where we wanted to go. The bed was a bit creaky, and the elevator is a bit small and dated.

La cuisine commune était propre et bien équipée mais nous ne l'avons pas utilisé. La clim était bienvenue. Très chaud dans la chambre sinon. Un bon restaurant juste en bas.et un bon café simple en face. Juste la station de métro était à environ 15mins cela faisait un peu loin. Le bruit de certains voisins tard et très tôt et au dessus peut être des travaux ?? Notre hôte a réglé de soucis des voisins bruyants qui logeaient à côté. Merci. Je n'ai pas réussi a allumer la télé ? L'eau du bac de douche s'évacue mal.!
