Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
A damage deposit of GBP 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Check-in times are strictly between 15:00 and 00:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out is promptly at 10:00 AM unless previously arranged.
Detailed check-in instructions will be provided two days prior to your arrival.
Early check-ins are subject to availability and will incur a charge of 20 GBP per hour.
Late check-outs are subject to availability and will incur a charge of 20 GBP per hour until 14:00. After 14:00, a full day's rate will be charged.
When making a reservation, kindly provide the names of all guests who will be staying. Only guests listed in the reservation may occupy the property.
A fee of 500 GBP will be applied if smoking occurs and odour remains in the apartment.
For reservations exceeding 7 days, the apartment will be cleaned and linens/towels will be changed. Additional cleaning and linen changes will incur an extra charge.

- Julia (9/5): Superb - Spacious one bedroom flat in a quiet and secure building with lots of natural light. Well equipped kitchen. Very close to Walpole Park and Ealing Studios.
Excellent location. Close to shops, pubs, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops etc. Easy walk to Ealing Broadway which is on the new Elizabeth line, as well as the Central and District lines – quick journey to central London and to Heathrow.
Any problems that came up while we were there, including the entrance lock box, were quickly resolved with the owner, via whatsapp. He responded quickly to all our questions etc. Owner used Truvi for to verify our identity etc. Was surprised to have to pay an additional fee at checkin (a few days prior to our arrival) to get a Damage Liability waiver or a smaller fee to get our refundable deposit returned to us. No indication of these charges when we made the booking.
Small double bed.
- Ranjeet (8/5): Very good - Apartment was great - clean, fully equipped and great location (i.e. close to Walpole Park and easy connection to Central London). We also had daily cleaning which was thorough. Some initial challenge checking in and needed to extend for a day - but the service recovery by Saschi was excellent. Apartment was on the highest floor and the lift was not working. Not great for my elderly parent or anyone needing assistance.

- Jackie (10/5): Regular visitors. - This is a great flat and the location is just right for us. We have stayed here a few times before and will continue to do so, as long as it is available. The whole flat is spacious, clean & comfortable. Saschi is very helpful & available if you need any help, we've never had any communication problems. The flat is airy & bright with a good kitchen to cook all meals, a good sized bathroom & bedroom with good storage in all rooms. It's just a few minutes away from Ealing Broadway tube station, passing many shops on the way including a choice of supermarkets. 20 minutes into central London with numerous lines to choose from. Lots of local pubs/restaurants/cafes and Walpole park just across the road. The wifi works really well & there is car parking if needed. It's just like the photos & description. Really enjoy staying here. Just bear in mind that it is on the top floor with 5 flight of stairs, not a problem after day one but it may affect you if you have mobility issues.

- Adah (1/5): This place does not clean the flat in between guests. - The property manager did not ensure the place was cleaned prior to me and my family’s arrival. When I phoned to inform them of the poor state of the flat, there was no urgency to sort the issue out. There must have been a party previously and the flat was completely trashed with food all over the floor and laughing gas canisters around. They stated having called house keeping but no one was answering. As a business, how do you not ensure the place is cleaned between guests?
Additionally, I had to ask for the cleaners to come TWICE. The smell in the flat was horrendous the first time and it was not cleaned properly. The floors were not mopped at all. We had to keep our shoes on the entire time. I have videos of the state of the flat, however I’m unable to upload videos.
- Okin (10/5): Nice and comfortable apartment - The location was so good; near the park, shopping area and restaurants. Digital access was easy to enter both building and room. All the rooms are clean and shine, so we could spend relaxed time. I wanted to sit on the chairs in balcony, but they were not cleaned. During the night, I heard some strange sound. Maybe it was cooing of pigeons.

- Sara (10/5): Exceptional - Really super spacious and very clean 2 bedroom apartment, modern with a well equiped kitchen. Location is excellent, all shops, restaurants and public transport links in easy walking distance. A very short stroll to the local parks. Saschi was very helpful and responsive. We have already booked our next stay! All good. Any minor issues we had, some to do with us not understanding how equipment worked, were responded to and handled quickly.

Not far from the main road and the station. Windows and heaters are connected to touchscreens, which can be challenging for those who are not confident using them.
- Zbigniew (8/5): Perfect location. - Location is perfect. Quiet neighborhood yet close to tube station, shops and restaurants.
The apartment is furnished to the high standards.
The kitchen is sufficiently equipped. Not as clean as expected. The stain on the carpet by the double bed looks like, hmmm, old vomit. Pretty disgusting! Ensuite is smelly and with mould.
Toiletries supply is rather short for a stay longer than three days.
- Ikenna (9/5): Comfortable and spacious flat. - The flat is a really good size, and even though only one bedroom, it could take three adults comfortably. The kitchen is very well equipped. It had absolutely everything I needed, even including a dishwasher. Excellent appliances. The property is in a very quiet road in a very nice area. However, I think some people would feel slightly apprehensive returning to the building at night. I think the approach and the street itself could be better lit.

The smoke detector was hypersensitive and probably too close to the oven. Instructions on a Tablet are not for everyone after a long journey. A potential major problem relates to the significant building works just 50 metres away. Very noisy. Also, the rear bedroom looks out on to an area seemingly used for fly tipping that was both smelly and visually disgusting. See above

Check-in and related information given by staff is easy to understand. Some kitchen utensils like turner and spatulas are not provided.
Whenever I use shower bath room floor get wet because rubber packing seal is not high to close the gap between mobile part of plastic barrier at the side of bath.

The fact that there is currently major construction taking place right next to the apartment which was very noisy, a mention of this in the description would have been nice.

Lovely place for the location and price The instructions are all on an iPad and it felt like some of the basics were hard to figure out eg where the bedding for the sofa beds was, how to open the skylights…
The velux skylights couldn’t be opened easily, as the remote control we could find, wasn’t working. We didn’t manage to get the big window open in one of the bedrooms at all. Ordinarily, this wouldn’t have been a huge issue, but the weather was very hot when we arrived and the bedroom affected was very uncomfortable to sleep in (29 degrees).
We didn’t manage to get hold of Saskia on the day of our arrival but did get hold of him the next day and he did his best to try to resolve the issue (but unfortunately he couldn’t).
He did kindly give us a free late check out, as compensation, however.
I would say on balance it is a great flat to have as a base in London for a group of 4-6, despite this unlucky issue.

- Richard (6/5): Has potential to be a great stay. - Great location lots of trains pubs supermarkets. Flat would be great if decent maintenance undertaken. Good fans in every room. Very worn out accommodation. Needs painting, carpets need replacing and the sheets in the main bedroom were torn. Blinds also are limp won’t go up
Needs electrical certificate as master bedroom lights worked twice.
Mail vans go past rear bedroom frequently but ok if windows closed.

Insurance has to be paid or bond required before staying but they don’t mention this fact until a week prior, so no opportunity to final alternative accommodation

- Alvaro (8/5): Good option for short term rental in Ealing - particularly for 2 - Great location in the center of Ealing, close to transport links. Flat is spacious (for a one-bedroom) with a sizeable bedroom, nice living area and kitchen.
The flat was well equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.
The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The quality and comfort of the sofa bed could be higher. This flat is great to sleep 2 but if you need to sleep 4, it's less comfortable.
We also couldn't get the dryer to work properly.
- Khalid (5/5): Passable - Near to the park but far away from the main attractions where you need 40-50 minutes to get there They are very unnecessarily strict in the check out and check in. For example they force me to check out by 10:00 a.m. and they send the cleaner exactly at 10:00 a.m. to bother us by ringing the bells , they could have waited for half an hour or so to prepare for the check out, that was annoying and unprofessional . Moreover, The apartment is too hot even in a rainy weather

Very friendly people and amazing weather made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. And apartment is also very comfortable equipped with everything. I would recommend and myself would return to this place again.

- Jiaxi (5/5): Good location but apartment need to improve cleanness - The location was absolutely fantastic, 2min walk to pub, restaurant, local grocery shops, 5 min walk to big shopping mall with supermarket and more restaurants options. 8 min walk to tube and railway station that can get you to central London.
The nearby area is nice with big parks, quiet residential blocks. Although there is building site in front of the apartment, but morning and evening are ok.
There is parking space as well if you are driving The rooms are clean on first glance, but there is a number of areas need more attention, like the bathroom, bedroom carpet, under the sofa. The 3 or 4 artificial plants in each room all covered with lot of dust which really mark the room down.
The bathroom sink does not have any space to put your toothbrush or a cup, making the daily washing a bit chaotic.
The main bedroom window is facing rubbish collection area and bed is in a awkward position facing rubbish bins. The blinds on 3 windows are not very good quality, also a bit dirty and not working properly
- Jane (10/5): Spacious, central apartment. - Great central location, easy walking to 3 rail stations.. Lovely airy flat. Comfortable beds. The outside terrace was a bonus, very nice to sit out on a summer's evening.
Saschi, our contact via Booking.com was very helpful and responsive The flat has clearly been well used, the decoration and furnishings are somewhat tired and stained in places.
There are plenty of pans and crockery, but no baking trays for the oven or containers to use in the microwave.

- Colin (9/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location - Location to all the tourist sites were good The crockery was a mixed bag. The sharp knives were of poor quality and blunt. The frying pan and saucepans were also of poor quality. There was not enough of the pans for cooking a meal for 5 or 6. You should have at least 2 frying pans and 4 different size saucepans. A salad slicer would also be useful. The quality of pans and sharp knifes did not match the quality of the apartment. The balcony needs cleaning and a table should be provided. Small maintenance issues should be addressed such as leaking mastic to the ensuite shower damaging the woodwork and black mastic around the bath needs replacing. Simple thinks that make all the difference.

- Frances (9/5): Superb - The apartment is clean & very tidy. It is spacious with a lot of light, which is good because I do not like dark rooms. It is also close to a lot of shops & restaurants. The metro station (Ealing Broadway) is only a few minutes walk.
The host/staff is also pleasant, very easy to communicate and responsive to all my questions.
Would strongly recommend to family & friends. The bedsheet appears to be clean but itchy (probably because of the material).

It's still as good as our first visit. it's a fantastic apartment, the location is perfect for us with great public transport options and local shops/pubs/restaurants. +Location of the apartment was very nice. The apartment was 10 minutes walk away from 5 metro lines. Thanks to 5 metro lines, it is possible to reach at the point you wish in London without transfer.
+Neighborhood of the apartment, Ealing, was very peaceful and safe. There were a lot chances to eat, drink and doing shopping.
+Inside of the apartment seemed newly furnished.
+We were four people and the apartment exceed all our expectations. +Check-in procedures were a lit bit difficult. Except booking.com, the booker should provide his id and photo before check-in into superhog system. Further, you must give 500 euro deposit with 10 euro transaction fee or you should pay 35 euro insurance fee before check-in via credit card on superhog system. These procedures were mandatory for check-in.

- Mohd (4/5): Modern apartment with lack of attention to details - The apartment itself was huge and modernly furnished. The beds were comfortable. Free WiFi worked well. Location was great with parks and shops just across the street. No bedding provided for the sofabed. Balcony was dirty. Bird droppings can be a significant source of infection. Coffee machine prompted for descaling, so we weren’t able to use it. Washing machine needed maintenance as it was showing error code after each cycle. And most of all, a month after, we were surprised by receiving two Parking Charge Notices amounting £100 each. It was not even our fault. We registered our car accordingly with the Northside Apartments Team. We were told that PPS (Private Parking Solution) has made an error on registering the car registration number, missing it by one digit. Although they cancelled the tickets after, it was too late. The car rental company has already charged us with the management fees of £136 for both PCNs issued (£68 each). The Apartments Team assured us they would make a reimbursement but failed to avail. They even ignored our messages and emails at the end.

From hair dryer to the utilities in the kitchen, we had everything we needed. We are well informed about the apartment so we felt like we were in our home. One of the bathroom had tiny cleaning issue.

It is a lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable, a good kitchen and bathroom, the bed is very comfortable. All the facilities in the apartment are in good working order and everything you may need is provided. There are 4 or 5 flights of stairs to reach the apartment without a lift, so bear this in mind if you have mobility issues. The hosts are very attentive and rapidly reply to any questions. There is safe parking available if you need it and access to public transport is excellent, numerous bus and tube lines to choose from and the local shops are more than adequate. Highly recommended.

- Koishi (9/5): I had a really good time here with my family!! - There are many supermarkets, pubs, and restaurants around, so it was very convenient.
- Lisa (9/5): Superb - The apartment was roomy, clean and tidy. There were all the amenities as listed on the site. It was in a great location, not far from shops, restaurants and the tube station. The weather was quite warm and the only cooling were three tower fans.
We didn't like the fact that when booked, we did not see the info saying you will need to pay a five hundred pound deposit, two days before you enter. Also, to pay this deposit, you had to go onto a separate provider (as well as when you do the initial booking payment), upload your personal details - name, date of birth, phone, address, email, passport number and a selfie. Too much information being shared to a site
- Wataru (8/5): Excellent - You can reach this flat by bus R65 from Ealing Broadway station (approximately 5min). It is very new and stylish room. We needed to share the balcony with Pigeon.

The apartment had a lovely open, chill atmosphere being close to Walpole Park and a fabulous balcony which we used daily to avail of the great sunshine. It was also ideal for drying the washing for three grandchildren 👍👌👏 We loved everything about the place and our three grandchildren ( 12, 13 and 14 year olds ) haven't stopped talking to their families and friends about their fabulous apartment in London . A wonderful memory for life ❤️ ♥️ ♥️

- Joanne (10/5): Great few days, fantastic location. - Great decor, comfortable beds and we'll set up. Way too hot, some of the velux windows didn't open but the owners did try to rectify this but velux didn't turn up in time for our stay. Temp in apartment was 28-30 degrees even at night.

- Neena (7/5): Disappointing !! - The property was equipped with everything that we needed but the system to get in/out was a bit difficult and the floors in every room especially the kitchen were filthy.
I felt that I needed to charge you for insurance not the other way around.
£35 for insurance was excessive but the other option was pay £500. I don’t know what kind of clientele you thought we were?
The endless questions and proof of ID was also excessive and it felt like I was being treated as an untrustworthy person. I almost expected you to ask for my finger prints at the door!
The door in the en-suite was literally hanging off so my son put it back on the hinge for you but no one used it in fear of it falling off again and hurting one of us.
Cleaners were knocking on the door even before 10am.
Fortunately we were out most of the time we paid to stay there otherwise it would’ve been awful… See above
- Kate (10/5): Truly the best rental I've stayed in - I was hugely impressed with this property and its managers. Anton and Sascha responded swiftly to messages, were patient with a lot of queries from my side (sorry) and generally a pleasure to deal with. The flat itself was in great condition, bigger than we were expecting, linen and beds were excellent including the sofa bed and the folding bed (extra that we paid for). Kitchen was great for cooking (not always possible in a rental) and we made ample use of both washing machine and dishwasher (washing lines in the second bathroom hugely appreciated!). Despite being next to the studios, very little extra noise with the windows open and we felt safe and secure. But great access to Ealing Green and the Broadway for restaurants and shops.
When you are 4 kids and 2 adults, it's not always easy pleasing everyone but everyone loved this flat. Thank you everyone at Northside, it was a genuine pleasure for us all. Very minor but no dishwasher tablets and some issues with the welcome tablet on arrival. But these were exactly that - MINOR. (Tescos is only 5 min away).
