• ALFONSO (2/5): Jamás reserven con Hotels.com ni este apartamento. - Debido al Covid intentamos cancelar la reserva con varios meses de antelación. Sin embargo, Hotels.com se negó a atender mi petición hasta una semana antes de la fecha de entrada. Llegada esa fecha, y a pesar que por causa de fuerza mayor(Covid19) la legislación obliga a hotels.com a cancelar todas las reservas y reembolsar el dinero, estos se negaron, alegando que, no consiguieron ponerse en ningún momento en contacto con el alojamiento. Ante la imposibilidad de conseguir el reembolso decidimos finalmente viajar. Cuál fue la sorpresa cuando, a pesar de avisar de nuestra hora de llegada al alojamiento, cuando llegamos no había nadie allí para atendernos ni contestaban al teléfono de contacto. Nos vinos obligados a reservan urgentemente un nuevo alojamiento.Tampoco en hotels.com se hizo cargo de este problema. Son la peor agencia de reservas que he usado jasmás. Se han desentendido en todo momento de mi grave problema. Jamás reserven con esta agencia. Ahora nos vemos obligados a reclamar por la vía legal para obtener el reembolso.
• Kasha (10/5): Great Location - The condo is in an amazing location, close to Scotiabank and Union Station. The unit is comfortable with three separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living area. We arrived 30 mins early and were able to get right in. Unfortunately the cleaning staff had not been there yet but we were able to drop our stuff and head out. The owner was very helpful and always available if we had questions. Overall a great stay.
• william (10/5): - The apartment is nice and the host is helpful. The kitchen is practical. The location is really good. You can get to anywhere in downtown easily.

• Curtis (8/5): - The property is right downtown, close to all of the events we were looking for. It also had parking tall enough for my truck. The check in process was more complicated that it had to be. You check in and get the information about the rooms from the owner of the condo, then you need to fill out paperwork at the front desk.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Review of 3 Brdrm condo - The condo is well kept. Location is perfect. Near transportation and many sites in walking distance. Communication was sometimes difficult prior to the arrival but was responsive while staying there.
• Stan (10/5): - Unit was clean and comfortable. Only negative would be the view overlooking the Gardiner from the 3rd floor.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The location was perfect for what we needed. Not a fault of the property owner but there is a lot of construction around our unit which should be done soon. When we arrived our greeter arrived within a few minutes and took us to the unit and showed us around and was friendly. We would definitely consider renting from them again.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Nice condo in the very center of downtown Toronto - Neat condo in the very heart of downtown Toronto, right between Scotiabamk Arena and CN Tower. All in good condition, tidy, good space for family of five. Building has a nice gym. Some traffic noise. Great base for exploring the city.
• Amanda (8/5): I’d stay again - Over all pretty good. Clean and updated. Only one kitchen towel 😟 Next to expressway so very noisy. Nothing close by.
• Lisa (6/5): - There is a terrible amount of construction around the facility that made it difficult to check in and park. The person who checked us in took and hour to confirm our reservation. There was a constant buzzing noise in the room every few minutes. Staff did nothing to locate the noise. I found the dryer was buzzing as all of the units towels were soaking wet in the machine. I wanted a bath and asked Ali if we could get some dry towels as I had already poured a bath. He came with another individual to confirm my towelless situation, but did not bring us any towels on this crusade. Instead the second individual came later with three towels for the three of us. Meanwhile, they locked the laundry room , denying us access to any more towels? This took about 45 minutes. I was there with my 14 year old daughter and her friend to accompany them for a concert. After they were off to enjoy the music , I sat down to enjoy the teriffic weather on the balcony only to find a weed grinder on the table full of pot. For all of this I had the great pleasure of paying $150 cleaning fee. The location is great, staff hate women and are very un friendly. Never supporting this team again.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Looking forward to coming back - Our stay was great. Check in was easy. Met host in the lobby at the arranged time. Great communication. The kids enjoyed the pool. The location was excellent, walking distance to CN Tower, Ripleys Aquarium, Rogers Center and Scotia Bank Center. Beds were comfortable, but one room was a little loud due to the traffic noise. Was great to have 4 beds and the sofa bed. One bed is close to the front door not in a room but there was no noise from the hall. My daughter slept well there. The other 3 bedrooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. We look forward to staying again.

• Li (10/5): - Excellent location. Very clean. Very accommodating. TV and Internet was excellent. One missing item is some small wash cloths for washing my face and the kids would be nice. Otherwise, I am very pleased.
