• Olguita (5/5): EXTREMELY NOISY LOCATION! Even at night! - Staff! Especially two young people Marko and Natasha. They are real treasure of the hotel: so helpful, attentive to a guest, positive, warm! Room was spacious. And... that's all. 1. TERRIBLY NOISY LOCATION!!! If they offer you a room with windows facing to Beogradska street don't expect even one quiet minute through the night! Every night and even earliest morning a lot of cars biping, heavy old trams, people shouting on the street etc... Thought inside the hotel once it was also noisy even at 3 am as some guests speaking local language didn't care about the neighbours. Pity! It was impossible to have healthy sleeping and real rest in this hotel unfortunately. 2. No bottled water in the room. After arrival from the airport being thirsty you have to go to find a shop to buy water instead of having rest after long journey. 3. No fridge or cold mini-bar box.

Хороший прием с транфером и входом. ВОдитель сам имеет ключи от гостиницы и, приехав ночью, мы спокойно разместились. 3. БОльшой семейный номер с с двумя комнатами. Наша папочка храпит как паровоз и мы его выселяем отдельно. 4. Рядом магазины, кафешки и ресторан, а также макдональдс для перекуса, да и банкомат тоже рядом. все нормально

Es una planta con habitación y una pequeña recepción en la escalera. Hay una persona durante el día, pero no de noche. No me hicieron la habitación en toda una semana, ni cambiaron sábanas ni toallas. La habitación está muy bien, pero hay tener esto en cuenta

The only thing I wasn't crazy about is the fact that the rooms are not really sound proof and I could hear the people talking in the hallway and the bathroom could use a little bit more ventilation. There are some basic things missing, including a refrigerator, slippers. Wi-fi, for me as a programmer, was very slow

The balcony was filled with broken glass when we arrived, but it was cleaned immediately after we mentioned this to front desk. Also, the door needed to be locked by key, and we didn't know this, which meant that our room was open for many hours for whoever to access before we noticed this.
