Cristina (1/5): Très mauvaise expérience, Je déconseille fortement de louer cet appartement. - Près du centre commercial Bragaparque La propreté du logement laissait à désirer; Les lits pas confortables du tout; Annonce mensongère (un des lit n'était pas double (lit de 120 X190) compliqué pour un couple d'y dormir d'autant plus avec la chaleur; Pas assez de ventilateurs; Manque de lave vaisselle; Manque d’ustensiles, de torchons de cuisine ect...; Table de cuisine à changer; une seule serviette par personne et pas de draps en plus. Nous avons dû appeler l'agence à plusieurs reprises pour venir réparer entre autres les volets d'une des chambres qui ne fonctionnaient pas, donc impossible d’aérer la chambre avec cette forte chaleur; la pomme de douche défectueuse; pas de quoi balaie pour laver le sol etc... Nous avons demandé le livre de réclamation, et l'agence nous a demandé de ne pas écrire dans celui-ci nous assurant qui reviendra vers nous pour notre demande d'un geste commercial pour les désagréments causés mais jusqu’à aujourd’hui silence radio. Location trop cher pour l'appartement que c'est.
