• marina (8/5): - L'appartement est superbe, très bien agencé, très propre. La cuisine est bien équipé, avec cafetière et café. Par contre s'est extrêmement bruyant : juste dessous il y a les bars et c'est tresmal isolé. De plus L'appartement était au 3eme étage sans ascenseur.... j'avais une valise lourde comme un âne mort : prévenez la prochaine fois. Puis j'avais une demande qui m'avait été accepté la semaine précédente : pouvoir prendre l'appartement à 12h, car je devais me changer pour un congrès à 13.30. Je suis arrivé en retard à 13 h... heureusement l'appartement n'était pas prêt.

• joana (10/5): - Super emplacement, proche de restaurants et commerces. Un peu bruyant le soir a cause des bars. Si on tout était parfait.
• Tanya (8/5): - Although the room was clean and comfortable the check in process was not convenient . You had to go to a different location (a block away) to get the key. I walked around for about 15-20 minutes before someone finally told me where to go. There’s no elevator so it was a little hectic getting 2 bags up a windy staircase. The room was nice with upgraded bathroom so that was good.
• Liz (8/5): - The apartments are literally 5 minutes walk from the gates of Versailles on a street with restaurants and a great bakery. I'm guesssing most people don't eat in which explains why the kitchen equipment was minimal, although there was a dishwasher (but no soap for it). There was also a coffee machine but only a couple of pods. Personally I'd have preferred a cafetiere - simpler to operate and better coffee. The beds were very comfortable though, and the shower was good and strong.
• Dennis (8/5): - This hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to the palace and steps away from the main restaurant strip. The room was clean and well appointed. The hotel staff (front desk is at a sister hotel around the block) are friendly and accommodating.

Vu que mes plans de dîner avaient changé y avait pas des soucis mais autrement j’aurais eu des soucis si j’avais eu à cuisiner sans four
• Amanda (4/5): - - Hot water ran out within 2 minutes, had to wait for few hours for the next person to have a hot shower. Make sure you finish shower 30 seconds if you have over 1 person. - WARNING: No lift if you have big luggages - Washing machine will randomly stop in the middle of a load. You will need to wait for a few hrs and restart the cycle for it to unlock or you can say bye to your clothes. - Unhelpful receptionist: unwilling to put into effort to resolve the problems above. Make sure you already have the solution yourself that’s the question you gonna get asked by the reception lady - overall the property is clean and nice presented. Walking distance to the train station and the Versailles with lots of restaurants nearby.

• Emmanuelle (8/5): Studio au top - Très beau studio bien aménagé. Literie confortable. Le vendredi et samedi soir un peu bruyant vu qu’il est placé au dessus de bar resto (donc jusqu’à 1h du matin) sinon un super rapport qualité /prix.
• Laurent (4/5): Déception royale - Les photos flatteuses annonçaient un appartement cosi. Malheureusement nous avons eu une minuscule chambre, avec un lit de 140x190, une kitchenette prétexte et une salle de bain qui dégageait une odeur noseabonde d'égouts. Nous avons le sentiment d'avoir été trompé sur la qualité de cet hébergement.
• Verified traveler (6/5): The shower goes cold after 5 minutes - Do not book if you are a couple or there is more that 1 in your party, unless you like cold showers! The shower goes cold after 5 minutes! This was the most frustrating part of my stay (and the water doesn’t come through the holes it comes through a crack in the shower head and pours out). Secondly, there is no wardrobe so you can’t put your clothes anywhere properly (your ironed stuff has to stay laid out about the place unless you want to live out of your suitcase). The service was good, the reception was very polite and helpful. The maid even washed some dishes that I left to soak. The plug sockets aren’t conveniently designed - there are 3 by the bed but 2 of which are inaccessible behind the headboard - it’s a floor length headboard and not attached to anything so literally falls if you bring the bed forward to try to access the sockets; the 3rd has 1 bedside lamp plugged into it. There is sort of a 4th one that’s up behind the TV so you can unplug the TV and use a long cable. Apart from that everything was good and the room was clean. I stayed in the loft room.
• Mark (10/5): - The loft room we got was perfect. The room was big and open with a partial view of the Palace of Versailles. One bed + sofa bed was enough for four people. The room a microwave, a washing machine for clothes + a stove and kitchen sink just like any other kitchen. Overall, the room and service was great.

• Danielle (10/5): Great clean stay ! - Super convenient to Versailles. Step a few doors down the street and you can see it! I was so happy with the clean white sheets and towels. Nice they have a small washer so we could clean socks etc. the pullout couch was comfortable and new ! Very happy

• Deborah (10/5): Quite a find for a small flat in Versailles! - This is a very fabulous location. Versailles rive gauche station is very close, but versailles chantiers is the main traim stTion is located, about 17 mins walk. Versailles is 5 min walk and a lovely wine store is anout 10 minutes walk. I was on floor 3, so many steps. There is no way to wash dishes except kitchen sink. Coffe maker only took a special kind of coffee. Michelin restaurant at the foot of the stairs was booked. Tried st claires and sakuras and they were excellent. Late check in at a separate location was difficult to find in dark and rain, bit they were very friendly and helpful.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Stayed here in Oct 18 - Stayed here for 5 days with family. I would love to rate this stay higher but there were several issues that were not dealt with. WIFI did not work, TV/Cable box did not work, furniture was not assembled properly (chair legs loose), bathroom door jamming shut, etc. Especially WIFI and TV were not dealt with despite reporting the issues and getting promises they would be resolved. The apartments are modern and clearly renovated recently, but overall service was bad so something to think about before you book.
• franck (8/5): L emplacement, pour des personnes en forme - Appartement “loft” très bien situé rue de Satory. 5 eme étage sans ascenseur, la monté avec bagages peut s avérer fastidieuse. Nous avions une vue partielle à l arrière sur une aile du château. L appartement est propre et confortable. Le check in se fait via l hotel D Angleterre à environ 300 m. La rue peut être bruyante et l insonorisation n est pas parfaite. Ce qui n allait pas, impossible d augmenter la température via le thermostat, toilettes bouchées à l arrive et dépannage à j+2, pas de ménage quotidien contrairement à ce qui était écrit, peut ou pas de rangement, check out à 11 h ce qui est tôt. Ce qui est parfait, l emplacement, la vue, la cote neuf de l appartement.
• Bénédicte (10/5): Je reviendrai ! - Ce logement est idéalement situé, à deux pas du château et du rer C, dans une rue charmante ( je recommande la boulangerie !). L’appart Est très propre et très fonctionnel. Le week-end, la rue est très bruyante ( bars), vous êtes au cœur de la vie Versaillaise. Heureusement, les double vitrage isolent en partie du bruit. Vous pouvez probablement demander une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - L'appartement est récent et propre. Il n'y a qu'un canapé lit mais confortable et qui laisse assez de place déplié dans la chambre. Salle de bains de bonne taille avec une très belle et grande douche italienne. TV de bonne dimension également avec une box et les services qui vont avec ce qui est rare. Seuls bémols : Pas de plaque de cuisson juste un micro-ondes, cafetière nespresso et bouilloire mais aucune dosette et un chauffe-eau étonnement bruyant. Et chauffage bloqué à 20° un peu juste...

• JACQUES (8/5): Tout y est... - A la recherche d'un appartement sur Versailles pour loger notre fils dans le cadre de ces études supérieures, nous avons choisi cet endroit car nous étions 3. Génial pour ceux qui font du tourisme (à 400 m du Château et du cœur de ville), dans une rue piétonne. Appartement spacieux, propre, très bien agencé et avec tout ce qu'il faut. Même le canapé-lit, que notre fils a utilisé pour dormir, est d'excellente qualité ! Un placard pour ranger ses affaires fait défaut et il serait possible de le réaliser dans celui ou nous étions logés. Petits bémols, à cette période avec le beau temps chaud et les nombreuses terrasses des cafés et restaurants de la rue piétonne, font que c'est très bruyant les fenêtres ouvertes !

• Verified traveler (10/5): Fabulous stay - Fantastic! Wonderful bright, modern and newly renovated apartment just few minutes walk from the Palace and gardens and lots of other places to visit. Location felt safe couldn’t be better. About 8 mins easy walk from Versailles Chantiers railway station. Bed lovely and comfy. Slept really well. Fab shower. In a pedestrian street with late opening restaurants and cafes below, but the excellent windows sealed out the noise. Absolutely loved it. Would definitely stay here again.
