Beautiful bnb located in a great, accessible part of Monopoli. The facilities were clean, and many other luxuries were provided - different coffees, teas, jams, and snacks. Elisa was very friendly and provided local recommendations and tips on how to access different day trips - e.g., how to get to the local beaches, how to get to Albarobello and Matera. I would definitely recommend staying here! Nothing to say.

The room is beautifully furnished and cozy. Elisa was super helpful recommending restaurants, and Antonia was a delight! I would love to stay again!

• Maria (9/5): Good location and very nice room - Lovely room. Good bed and bed linen and pillows, towels also. Good communication with owner. Very clean. Cute alley in the city center. Very quiet acommodation. I really felt good staying this place. Bad wifi (probably from being in an alley, but it was bad sometimes, and sometimes ok, but never great). Bring earplugs, as there can be noise from the street (party like music). But you are in the city center, so I came prepared for this :-) As a solo traveller it was a bit outside my budget, but if you were 2 people it would be good value for money.

• Monika (10/5): Super pobyt w centrum Monopoli - Piękne apartamenty w sercu Starówki w dość spokojnej uliczce. Pokoje z łazienkami, bardzo czysto, miła pani sprzątająca oraz miła właścicielka. 2 pokoje na dole nie posiadają balkonu, natomiast na 1 piętrze tak. Cudowny taras na dachu do dyspozycji gości. Super pobyt, gorąco polecamy! -
• Malwina (10/5): - Lokalizacja super bo w samym sercu starego miasta natomiast pokój był przy samych uliczkach. Gwar z ulicy był non stop. Niestety było to uciążliwe szczególnie w nocy. Host bardzo uprzejmy ale narzucający się.
• Claire (7/5): - The location was perfect, only 150 meters from the sea and we were able to access all parts of Monopoli with ease. The room was excellent and extremely clean. We were expecting breakfast, and one of the reasons we selected this property was because it was advertised as a B & B and the reviews for breakfast were first class. However, when we asked where we should access breakfast, the reply was "I don't do breakfasts." It took two days for us to find Titi il who do super breakfasts.
• Anthony (8/5): A well located comfortable property which would benefit from a few minor service enhancements. - Eliza is a friendly, helpful and reactive host. The property is well located in the heart of the historic district close to the cathedral and port area plus many local bars, restaurants, etc. All areas of Monopoli are walkable from the property, although the railway station is at least 25 minutes walk away, which is a stretch with luggage. Our room location on the ground floor was less than optimal due to noise at night from passersby in the lane beside the building and little or no daylight through the small windows onto the lane. A saving grace was that at least we didn't need to climb the steep narrow stairs with luggage. Wi-Fi was either completely non-functional or extremely slow and unreliable throughout our stay. This was compounded by the fact that mobile network signals do not penetrate the building, hence there's essentially no Internet service whenever indoors. There was some confusion over breakfast arrangements, as we had been informed we would receive vouchers for a nearby cafe, but in fact a buffet continental breakfast was available from 08.30 to 09.30 each day in the kitchen upstairs on the third floor. To take this to the rooftop terrace meant climbing another two flights of stairs. In practice and with hindsight we would have preferred to go out for breakfast so would not have paid the extra had we known. Finally, the daily room servicing left something to be desired. Only plastic cups are provided with the tea and coffee making kettle, rather than glasses or china cups as might be expected in a property charging these rates. The plastic cups and shower gel sachets, etc. toiletries were not restocked each day, so ran out during our stay.

Aproximadamente alrededor de las 8 de la mañana iban a hacer la limpieza de habitaciones y la persona que limpiaba y la dueña del alojamiento se comunicaban a gritos desde una punta a otra por lo que el descanso se perturbaba completamente, además nuestra primera noche de estancia nos dijo que tenía que venir el fontanero, yo estaba en la ducha y comenzaron a llamar insistentemente porque dejé las llaves puestas en el interior. Creo que teniendo en cuenta que el check out es a las 10:00 y el check in es a partir de las 15:00 deberían haber realizado las tareas de mantenimiento en el tiempo en que la habitación no está ocupada, que es tiempo de sobra.

• Anonymous (10/5): A warm and charming stay in the heart of Monopoli - We had a truly wonderful stay at Allo Zefiro during our holiday in Monopoli. The highlight of our visit was without a doubt the host, Elisa, who made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. Every morning started with a warm “buongiorno” and a nice chat in the kitchen, creating such a cozy and personal atmosphere. Elisa also makes a fantastic cappuccino, which we enjoyed in the shade on the rooftop terrace – the perfect way to begin the day. The room was cleaned every day, no matter if we got up early or decided to take a slower morning. That kind of attention to detail really made a difference. The apartment itself is located right in the heart of Monopoli’s charming old town, close to everything and full of character. We were very happy with our stay and want to thank Elisa for making our summer holiday extra special. If we return to Monopoli, we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to stay at Allo Zefiro again – highly recommended! Nothing
• Laura (10/5): Fantastic stylish apartment in the city center of Monopoly with great service - The location is amazing and compared with other rentals, the price is really good. However, the best thing was the staff, Elisa had great recommendations, specially for restaurants 😎 There is no much natural light entering into the flat, because is located in a narrow street, but considering that in Monopoly is quite hot in summer, it was actually not a terrible thing 😆

Elisa was very knowledgable about the local area and where to go, restaurants etc., very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely decorated, a lot of thought had obviously gone into it, very clean. Pillows were super comfy. This is just personal preference and doesn't detract from the room at all. We booked just over a week before we arrived so we took the last room and to be honest I would not have changed where we were at all, it was so nice. The only negative for me was that there are really no usable windows in the room. There is one small window and a full length which open onto the little walkway so it isn't really possible to have them open, people walking past, it would be so nice if you could. So we found that they had to be closed and the light on during the day, not that we were there much in the day. I do like to have an opening window and I know that at least one bedroom upstairs has this so if we went back to Monopoli we would make sure that we booked well in advance to have one of those, but having said that it wouldn't stop me from booking if one was not available, just my preference.

Elisa is very helpful with suggestions and is very communicative and makes sure you have a great time in and around Monopoli. Book the upper floor rooms if possible. The entrance room gets all the sound from the outside (even if not too busy street). Also there is no sunlight in the room.

The host was very helpful, but it was such a shame about not having a kettle and cups or glasses in our room. There was no breakfast option, even though on booking.com it did look like we could order breakfast as the pictures also suggested this it was clearly not correct. No drinks facilities in the room. Couldn't use the room terrace after a certain time of night in which we would of liked to sit outside together and had a chat.

• Karol (10/5): Exceptional - A unique place and this is primarily due to the hostess of the house. Very helpful and interested in her guests. It serves a rich breakfast every day. Perfect location - 5 minutes to the city beach, close to the train station, in the very center of the old town. For some, the downside may be a little sunny room on the ground floor - For us it was a big plus. Perfect for resting after long hikes in the sun. I have not found. I wish every our overnight stay during the trip was in such a place.

She is super friendly, helpful and she gave us all the information we needed for our one week trip. The room was perfectly clean, and the bed is really comfortable. Having breakfast on the rooftop each morning was a great experience. (Elisa also helped with our special diet request.) We definitely recommend this place! It has the perfect location in the center of the historic area. The wifi could be a little better.
