• Ronald (8/5): Handig hotel bij NAIA3 - Fijne locatie dichtbij NAIA3. Makkelijk met de loopbrug te bereiken. Het hotel is niet superluxe, maar biedt alle gemakken die nodig zijn voor een kort verblijf.
• Graham (10/5): - The location is excellent near airport close to Starbucks opens early morning close to shops & MacDonald's The Challenge: The airport's infrastructure makes accessing the walkway bridge to Newport difficult, especially with luggage. The Obstacle Course: 1. You have to get to Level 4. 2. The only direct way seems to be an escalator that only goes to Level 2, and then either a long stair climb (with bags!) or waiting for an elevator that's out of the way and has long queues. 3. The escalator is often broken, leaving stairs or the long wait for the elevator as the only options. The Time Sink: Even with the elevator, the wait can be around 15 minutes just to reach Level 4.

• Chloe (5/5): They can do better - The location is near to the airport We booked the room for three guests. The room was prepared for only two people. The linen for the sofa bed was not clean. There were cockroaches on the toilet.

• Caroline (3/5): Dirty room - close to the airport - an easy walk to get to the terminal building. Do check what termial you are flying from though! Arrived at the house and there was no reception, only security who didn't know I was coming. Had to do sign in, pictures etc. Eventually a girl came from a nearby house and escorted me to my flat. No water in the bathroom sink (but shower worked well). The place was DIRTY. Even the TV screen had grease stains on it. I touched as little as possible and left for an early flight the next morning.

• Nina (8/5): - Perfect location for a late flight arrival and early flight the next morning. The bed was very comfy and the shower was warm. It would have been helpful to have some bottled water in the room.

• Sarah (3/5): Mold and dirty. Neighbor hood felt very unsafe. - Nothing Un hygienic. Black mould all over the shower unit and in the grout of the floor tiles. Hairs still on tiles in shower and hair found in the bedsheets also. Walked from the airport at 8pm and was followed by some dodgy individuals. Would not recommend.

• Lucía (3/5): No vale la pena - No tiene sentido esperar a “ tu persona de referencia” en la entrada del hotel para que solamente te de las llaves cuando siempre se entregan en la misma recepcion , estuvimos esperando a esta señora 15min solo para eso, todos los cajones de la habitación estan sucios y con restos de comida , habian unas zapatillas de alguien dentro de la habitacion al entrar , el wc pierde agua por el suelo del baño

• joe (6/5): - It was nice Microwave does not want to work every time we use it the circuit breaker goes off too many times the fan does not work in the showers not enough cooking materials like pots and pans to cook in I like having my breakfast in the morning

• Rementeria (8/5): - La ubicación El personal nos dejó dejar las maletas ya que el vuelo se había retrasado y cuando volvimos a por las maletas habían desaparecido y me tuve que poner borde para que lo buscarán porque decían que ese no era su trabajo. No tienen comunicación estre ellos. Al final las maletas aparecieron porque la señora de la limpieza se los había llevado.

• Ma (7/5): I know things happen but I hope they will learn from my experience. I have not written this review to throw bad publicit - Close to the airport and its affordable. The communication between staff. When we arrived, we were told the room is ready and the key is inside and leave it the same place where it was when we check out the next day. When we arrived at the door, it was locked. When I knocked on the door, there was actually someone staying inside and told us they actually extended their stay. I was so embarrassed and annoyed! So I went back down carrying all my luggages with my family in tow. Told the reception and she ring the owner and she was told that my room was moved to the fifth floor because the people staying in my original room has extended their stay. I really don't like what happened there. Very inconvenient and not to mention embarrassing to be knocking on someone's room and saying this is my room!! And the other thing, I paid for 3 adults but it turned out there was no extra pillow and blanket for my daughter. So she has to make do of the sofa cover just to keep her warm during the night!! I wasnt really happy about this stay. I have been staying with this place a few times but this is the worst stay so far.

• Ehmmie (7/5): Good - The location was especially great since it’s so close to the airport. We also liked that it’s a gated place with security. It felt really safe. And the complimentary water was perfect, especially since we were super thirsty when we arrived. What I didn’t like was that they wouldn’t allow cars inside the property. Instead, they gave us a cart that we had to push all the way to our cluster. Honestly, it was a pain, especially with three large suitcases, three small ones, and three bags. Another downside was that the swimming pool was closed, which was disappointing since it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The room was okay — the air conditioning was decent, but we did spot a few small cockroaches, and there was a hole in our duvet. Overall, it was a good place for a short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a long-term visit.”

• Ven (8/5): Good location - The place looks clean but there are baby cockroaches, so you should not leave your food and luggage open. It is ok for a one night stay though, as it is near the manila runway which connects you to terminal 3.
• Jacobus (5/5): Location close to Terminal 3 is the only reason to stay. - Cheap and cheerful. Good for one night before or after a flight. Nice pool but you can only use for one hour then staff tell you time is up even if the pool is quiet, unbelievable .
