- Josué (1/5): Bad - - Booked for 2 nights. I tried to contact the property after booking and until before my flight took off. No response. When I landed and arrived on the premises (11pm), there was no one and no one still answered. I had to find a solution by myself that night and took the case to Booking.com. Booking then told me that they offer to accomodate me for the remaining night (and they still can't reply to me directly, right?). But I had already organized my trip around my second location. The ice on the cake? They decided to treat the case as a no show and charge my card. And Booking sided with them. I will avoid this host at all costs. YMMV.

- Eva (7/5): Good - The staff were very friendly. An extra mattress was given free of charge for our child. The breakfast included was very simple, but with fresh fruit and pancakes, good coffee. No other dining on site, but staff were helpful in organizing take away. Also good at organizing taxis, giving tips, etc. A nice, large living room to hang out, with a beautiful garden to play around in. A few too many mosquitos in the living room, as doors were open to the outdoors.

- Ioana (8/5): Excellent option outside big hotel chains - This lovely villa in ‘60s style was repurposed for accommodation and houses good rooms in the centre of Cotonou. You get really good value for money, good breakfast with fresh fruit and one of the kindest service I have ever seen. The garden is lovely for breakfast. The only downside was a bird (or so I think) trapped under the roof and making some noise the first night. It was dealt with by staff by the following night. I will gladly return to this place on my next trip.
