• Moustafa (2/5): the stay was very uncomfortable due to no air conditioning, poor handling of my health concern, and loud street noise wh - Very uncomfortable stay due to no AC Piazza Trento 11 is in a very good location, right in the middle of the historical center, and the facility itself was clean. However, my experience was very disappointing because the owners refused to turn on the air conditioning at all. They said they would not turn it on before June. I explained that I am asthmatic and that staying without AC was very difficult for me, but they told me I could leave the property and that it was my problem. I asked them to accept my cancellation request, and they said they would respond the next day. I ended up staying, but the AC was still not turned on. They told me to open the windows because the weather was “good,” but since the apartment is in the middle of the city, there was a lot of noise from people and the street, which made it impossible for me to sleep. In the end, I had to choose between sleeping in a hot apartment or opening the windows and dealing with loud noise all night. Unfortunately, this made my stay very uncomfortable despite the good location and cleanliness.

• Aleksandra (10/5): Fantastic location - I had a wonderful stay in Monza and cannot recommend this apartment enough. The location is absolutely perfect—situated right in the city center on Piazza Trento, yet it remained impressively quiet and peaceful throughout our visit. It is incredibly convenient, being just a short walk from both the train and bus stations, which made our daily connections to Milan quick and easy. Upon arrival, our host gave us a very warm welcome and took the time to show us everything we needed to know about the space. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with every amenity we could have needed for our five-day stay. Everything was seamless, and I am already planning to return next year. I would certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area! Nothing
• Till (8/5): Perfect simplistic apartment if you just stay there for sleeping during your stay. - The apartment was perfectly placed within the city ,right next to a nice parking garage as well as the beautiful city center. Monza train station can be reached in 10min by foot from where you reach Milano centrale in 15min. Apartment was nice and clean. Bed was a bit uncomfortable - hard.

Non c'è neppure una saponetta nel bagno, sei obbligato a fare il check in in presenza solo tramite appuntamento ma se arrivi dopo le 18 sono 50€ di tassa. C'era più caldo nel corridoio che dentro l'appartamento e il termostato non andava toccato altrimenti si incasinava (menzionato al check in), sportello del freezer bloccato con le viti, non c'è un attaccapanni neppure per gli asciugamani ma solo l'armadio, il tavolino in cucina è microscopico, dimensioni da caffè.

• Sossio Mattia (10/5): - Staff gentile e disponibile, posizione centralissima e comodissima. L'appartamento caldo e accogliente con tutte le comodità. Siamo stati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente.
• Ziajo (9/5): - L'appartamento era pulito e in ordine con splendida posizione e vista sulla piazza. Ai nostri accompagnatori non è stato consentito l'accesso, lasciandoli sotto la pioggia fuori dalla struttura.

Die Wohnung lässt sich nicht richtig verdunkeln, was wegen der Scheinwerfer auf dem Platz in der Nacht ein Nachteil ist. Es bleibt zum Schlafen unangenehm hell. – Vollkommen absurd: das Eisfach im Kühlschrank ist zugeschraubt.

• Carmen (8/5): - La ubicación y el estado del apartamento. La dificultad para gestionar con los empleados. No es un propietario directo sino una empresa con trabajadores. La persona que me recibió con las llaves hablaba inglés pero la que me atendió a la salida no. Hubo un problema con la factura y el pago de las tasas, en la documentación a la llegada no estaba correcto, se me informó que se me entregaría junto con la factura a la salida, eso no fue así, no lo tenían preparado. Se me envió finalmente por mail. El documento que me enviaron no estaba correcto en cuanto a fechas e importes. Solicité de nuevo el envío indicando los errores y casi dos semanas después sigo esperando la recepción del mismo.. La diligencia en gestionar documentos necesarios para el cliente debería ser acorde a los precios que exigen por llegar por ejemplo entre las 18 y las 22h (50E por ello es abusivo, aunque es cierto que se indicaba en la reserva y no engañan a nadie). Deberían reembolsarlos por sus retrasos en entregar documentos y justificantes que también son importantes para el cliente o la falta de entrega de los mismos.

Informacja o czasie pracy personelu pojawiła sie dopiero po opłaceniu rezerwacji, a okazalo sie, że recepcja pracuje do godziny 18.00. Zatem jeżeli dotrze sie na miejsce po godzinie 18 trzeba dopłacić 50 Euro. 3. Klimatyzacja nie spełniała oczekiwań.

There's a parking lot very close tho the property with days discount if you say that you are staying at the place. A little noisy on weekend.
• Ben (6/5): Loved the location but we feel that the management of the property need to lift their standards - The location was excellent The communication was very poor. I communicated via booking.com which worked at first. When we arrived at the property in the evening she did not communicate causing a lot of distress as we were unsure if or how we were to get access to the apartment . Why did she not check booking.com which had worked originally? There was no empathy for foreigners arriving from far away who were very tired. The wifi was poor and dropped out constantly. They blamed it on storms however after a quick check online that appears to be untrue . The second morning saw our water flow in the apartment reduced to a trickle. Downstairs apartments were full so we think their showering affected our water. The bed was the hardest we have found in a month of travelling in Italy. We can only judge by comparing to our other stays in Italy. This one comes a distant last. No tea coffee or sugar. No guides to local events and restaurants. No wine glasses. Really!

• Zhou (9/5): Superb - Good location, just couple minutes' walking to Monza train station and there's super market nearby, convenient for cook by self This is our 2nd time staying here, good service, next year if we go to Milan will stay here again. It will be much more convenient for guests if can have the baggade storage for the check-out day so that we can be more convenient hang out and have a detail look of Monza.

• Gary (10/5): Our stay at Piazza Trento 11 was excellent with bonus Monza F1 celebrations in Piazza Trento square. - NOT APPLICABLE We didn't realise that the property was not directly reachable by car, i.e., had to park and walk with bags. The location on the Piazza Trento main square is fabulous but suggest clear instructions need to be provided re approaching by own vehicle. The very nearby underground parking station, Parcheggio Piazza Trento, is very large and very convenient. Once we got into the parking station, rest was easy as was a very short walk to the accommodation.

Very easy to walk the town or get to the train/bus station. Very safe/secure apartment. The pillows were very soft. The mattress is solid spring with no cushion.
