Da mitten in Party Zone, viel Lärm, halt normal wenn man in dieser Zone ist. Am Anfang schwierig zu finden. Parkplatz etwas weiter weg,mit Koffer mühsam dazu zu kommen. Zimmer muffig, wäre gut Raumspray zu haben. Das Klima halt feucht hier.

Roy Little (8/5): Fantastic apartments in a great position. - Staff were fantastic. Location was perfect. Breakfast was lovely. Facilities were superb and the swimming pool area in particular was well maintained and quiet. Plenty of towels, sunbeds and parasols. Apartment 12 was well equipped. Minor point, but room 12 didn't have a roller blind at the glass door. This meant the sunlight flooded into the bedroom as soon as it got light. If you closed the bedroom door, you got no benefit of the a/c.

Assez ennuyant. Pensez aussi à prendre des boules quies car en plein cœur du OLD TOWN les gens font la fête jusqu’à 2h donc tous les bars mettent la musique à fond

One of the rooms had a damp smell although seemed clean. Bit noisy from people partying in the nearby town centre, but none of which ruined our stay

Sonnentau (5/5): Für Partyleute ok,sonst...... - Die Dachterrasse war sehr schön gestaltet und der Pool sauber. Der Frühstücksraum sehr sauber. Wir wussten ,dass es laut wird und das Haus an der Partystraße liegt.Aber trotz Schalldichterfenster und Ohrstöpsel!!!!! Konnte man jedes Lied bis um 4.00 Uhr in der Frühe mitsingen.An Schlaf war in dieser Woche nicht zu denken.Wenn man jede Nacht bis um 4.00 Uhr mitfeiert ,ist es ok. Die Zimmerreinigung wurde sogut wie nicht durchgeführt!! Einmal fegen,Bettdecke gerade ziehen und Toilettenpapier auffüllen.Handtücher gab es einmal in der Woche auf Nachfrage. Wir hatten im Bad,Schlafzimmer und im Bett Ameisen. Das Personal wurde informiert,wir erhielten Ameisenspray...so nach dem Motto...bitteschön...kümmern sie sich selber und benutzen das Spray. Zum Frühstück gab es genau eine Sorte Wurst und eine Sorte Käse die ganze Woche!!! Eine Tomate und Gurke wären eine schöne Abwechslung gewesenen. Der Toilettendeckel müsste ausgetauscht werden...Die rote Farbe auf diesem wirkte nicht einladend und der Wasserhahn wackelt,dass man Angst hat er fällt gleich vom Waschbecken. Der Kühlschrank/ Eisfach war mit einem riesigen Eisbrocken gefroren.Das Zimmermädchen hat diesen dann beseitigt....Danach war der ganze Sesalteppich klitsch nass im Zimmer. Die Matratze unterirdisch schlecht. Insgesamt nur höchstens 2 Sterne !! Austausch der Reinigungskraft und ein Handwerker müsste dringend die Mängel beseitigen. Wir hatten Zimmer 4

Darren (10/5): Loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. - Great location just of the square. Was worried it might be too noisy but it didn’t bother us at all. Room 9 was really comfortable and lovely and clean. Fab breakfast served with a smile everyday. Great wee pool. Nothing to note.
Martin (8/5): Albufeira is a must. The city beach and holiday atmosphere is fantastic. - Location in the heart of old town and easily accessible. Being in the centre of town, walking distance from the tunnel and the Marina, it is in a noisy place during holiday period. Until very late into the early morning hours. Single room that offered enough for three nights. Very limited kitchen facilities. We were only provided with coffee and water once. It would be good if the coffee, sugar, milk and water be replenished daily. A plate and basic utensils will also be very helpful.

Didn't see many staff, one lady in the breakfast room was friendly enough. No TV which was a massive deal breaker as we like it for backround noise and the 2 sets of stairs to get upto the pool, no lift access, so would avoid if your disabled like myself. I struggled with the stairs.

Kea (9/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit freundlichem Personal und kleinem, aber feinen Frühstück - Die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft war für unseren Urlaub perfekt. Zudem war unser Zimmer schön eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich gestaltet. Das Frühstück besteht aus einem kleinen Buffet, aber reicht vollkommen aus! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Da die Lage der Unterkunft so zentral ist, ist es Abends/Nachts etwas lauter, aber es ist in jedem Fall auszuhalten.

Sinead (8/5): Great comfy location for a short stay.. - Perfect location for a short stay..view from superior room 8 was lovely, overlooking the pool..nice relaxed atmosphere..friendly staff and continental style breakfast was plentiful with an addition of fried, scrambled or omelette eggs...nice touch. We had ants in our room..didn't bother us but may bother others..also the shower head is attached very low down on the wall, not ideal for 2 tall ladies.. but had great power in it... Only 9 sunbeds at the pool for 18 rooms which I imagine wouldn't be great in busier seasons... The photos online don't do it any justice..they really need to be updated as the place is really lovely regardless of a few minor details..

Keyless entry system. I thought the fire escape green light by the front door was too bright, especially as the room was very dark with the shutters closed and the black ouy curtain drawn. Could here the music from the bars, but to be expected due to location.

Cynthia Del Carmen (7/5): Buena relación calidad precio pero mala gestión - La chica que nos atendió en el desayuno era encantadora además estaba muy bueno y era muy agradable el lugar Lo que no me gustó es que tuvimos que esperar casi dos horas a que alguien nos respondiera ya que no nos llegaba el código de la puerta, no atendían a las llamas ni mensajes y contestaron pasadas dos horas tras insistirles en numerosas ocasiones. Además es un lugar de paso si buscas descansar por la noche es muy céntrico y se escucha la música, si no te importa está muy bien

silvana (7/5): - La posizione, check in e check out in autonomia, letto comodisso , doccia top e la zona piscina Camera umida con odore di muffa, il bagno non ha aspirazione o finestra per arieggiare, colazione pratica ma non tra le migliori. I gestori non rispondono ne a email né telefonicamente, se hai un contrattempo può essere un problema.
Lee Harrison (8/5): Great apartment in the centre of Albufeira - Loved loved loved the mattress and slept like a log! The kitchen was equipped brilliantly - perfect. Very central, and really had a great time. I'm sure it costs a fortune in summer but we were there in off-season. The directions weren't good. Our studio #12 isn't exactly in the main building and you have to either clamber through the building (we did) or go round (turn right as you look at Casa Malpique's entrance, walk to the stairs/slope on left - go up and up and it's on the right. We did that too. Not easy to find.
Samuel (6/5): Great location bad communication - Location was perfect. Finding the room was awful and the communication from the team wasn't good. They put us down an ally way but we had no direction to the key box or room. The room had a very strange smell to it as well and was extremely outdated. Shower was tiny.

Luisa Wunsch (10/5): Kleines Paradies Mitten im Stadtzentrum - Wir würden diese Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer. Diese war sehr schön eingerichtet. Große, offene Dusche. Kühlschrank. Bequemes Bett. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Mitten in der Altstadt. Dadurch etwas lauter, aber nicht störend. Das Frühstück wird im Poolbereich angeboten. Die Auswahl ist gut. Die Eier werden individuell nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Nichts auszusetzen

Scott (6/5): We liked Albufiera but will choose a different hotel next time - Comfortable bed, good kitchen, great staff Very difficult to access the lockbox for the key. The sun shining on the box and the wrinkled plastic made the numbers almost impossible to read. We got in thanks to a staff member who just happened to be there Also, the directions to the actual suite were not accurate and the description of the room was misleading

Oliver (9/5): Ein schöner Ort der Bestes für den Sommer verspricht. - Gutes Frühstück, liebevoll restaurierte Zimmer, sehr zentral gelegen, gute Ausstattung. Leider waren die Wände des Nebengebäudes und damit auch das Zimmer sehr feucht, eine Folge der ergiebigen Regenfälle in den Wintermonaten. Schade, denn alles ist frisch renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Quarto sem janelas, entendo que pouco se pode fazer, mas em cima do AC tinha mofo (ficava escondido, quase nao se via) De resto, tudo bem.

There was no one at the reception, only a code to enter the room. When we tried to call for assistance, no one picked up the phone, and even our email received no response. The room itself was also uncomfortable. The bed was small and sagging in the middle, which caused back pain, and there was a strong latrine/sewage smell coming into the room, which made the stay very unpleasant. Honestly, thankfully we stayed only one night. We definitely won’t be coming back and would not recommend this place. Very disappointing stay.
