• Amanda (9/5): Great and comfortable location, perfect for a city break! - Check in was seamless, and the host was very communicative prior to my arrival. Location is fantastic! Off the main road, so quieter, loads of bistros/cafes in close proximity, a large supermarket very close by, lots of transport links close by and the Piazza Maggiore was easy to walk to. The room was very clean, it was nice to get into a bed with the smell of fresh linen! Bed was comfortable and it was a bonus having a little fridge in the room. I would definitely recommend staying here and would do so again! As it was extremely cold the days I was there, I felt the room took a while to heat up - I turned the heat fan for a while to warm the room when I got in in the evening. Also, there was only a small extra blanket provided. This is only minor and personal. There was heating, and it worked!

L’oste è stato gentilissimo dandoci la possibilità di fare un late check-in alle 23:30, cosa che assolutamente è rara da trovare! La struttura è pulita ed ha a disposizione anche un cucinino liberamente utilizzabile dagli ospiti. Si respira una bella aria, sicuramente ritornerò! Era tutto perfetto!
• angela (8/5): A cool quirky mod spot. Good job! - This is a cool place and a converted old building. It’s not your conventional hotel room! We liked it! Be prepared for a different experience where the windows are on the roof! Interesting interior design and retro look overall. All mod cons and some new ones include phone chargers units and remote controls for window blinds. A super open area with free coffee etc and where you can prepare some basic food and chill out. Quiet too so good sleep. Nothing at all. Lots of quirky steps in rooms and open area. Outside entrance foyer under renovation along with half of Bologna!

• Elisa (10/5): il posto perfetto per soggiornare in centro a Bologna - Tutto perfetto, dalla struttura, grande e con un design molto originale, alla pulizia, alla comodità, alla posizione centralissima, in nemmeno 10 minuti eravamo in Piazza Maggiore, alla cortesia della proprietaria. Un plus perchè a disposizione degli ospiti c'era la macchinetta del caffè, il bollitore e anche vari dolcetti e snack e avevamo a disposizione anche un frigo molto grande, è stato utilissimo perchè avevamo comprato pasta fresca e andava tenuta in frigo prima della nostra partenza. Onestamente non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto, sceglierei la stessa struttura di nuovo in futuro.

A la planta baixa hi ha tres habitacions i a dalt algunes més. Està a tocar del centre i és pràctic. També és fàcil arribar-hi des de l'aeroport combinant l'autobús Q que surt de la terminal fins a l'Ospedale Maggiore i, al creuar el carrer, a 100 metres, s'agafa el 23 o el 83 que et deixen pràcticament davant de l'allotjament. La poca claredat amb el preu final. A l'hora de fer la reserva no posava res de la taxa turística que es cobra a la ciutat. Ens hauria agradat saber-ho amb antel.lació. Són 5,80 euros per persona i dia.

• Katalin (8/5): - Funtanir is a realization of an interesting architectural and interior design. It certainly has a special vibe and unique setting. Be prepared to see the sky from your bed as there are skylights in the room.
• Veronika (10/5): Stunning comfortable apartment right outside of the ZTL zone in medieval Bologna - The apartment was stunning! The decor and the hostal style accommodations were wonderful to visit Bologna. The city center is ten mins away by foot. If you come with a car, the apartment is right before the restricted traffic area starts, so if you park on that street, you will be fine. We had to purchase new train tickets because our train was too late and check out was no later than 8:00 pm, but the comfort of the place and how nice the owners were worth the extra 50 Euros.

Un grande plus è stato poter lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check-out, un gesto molto apprezzato che ci ha permesso di godere appieno dell’ultima giornata. La zona comune è accogliente e curata, perfetta per rilassarsi un attimo, e il caffè… davvero ottimo! Un piccolo dettaglio che fa la differenza. Consigliatissimo, torneremmo volentieri

• carlos (4/5): Mehhhh for sure you can find better places. - The living room is nicely furnished. Period. Uncomfortable bed and was pretty much a cave. Only one window in the ceiling. Horrible cleaning lady pushed me out screaming at 10:00 fortunately I was ready but it was really bad. The bathroom was loud as ventilation is provided by a fan that makes terrible noise. Besides that the shower took quite long to get warm water out. Pretty mediocre experience tbh.
• Kovacik (9/5): - Ubytovanie má skvelú polohu od stanice aj do centra mesta. Cca 10-15 min chôdze. Štýlové zariadenie, čisto, milý personál. Izba bola priestranná, čistá. Na izbe nás čakala voda, čo bolo po prílete vítané. V spoločenskej miestnosti bol plne vybavený kuchynský kút s možnosťou urobiť si kávu alebo čaj počas celého dňa. Izby boli klimatizované. Menšie mínus bolo, ze na izbe chýbalo klasické okno. Bolo tam iba jedno strešné a to dobre nezabezpečilo vetranie. A zaskočila nás privysoká miestna daň mesta na r.2025.

De kamer was heel warm en donker, enkel 2 kleine velux vensters die amper daglicht binnen laten. De airconditioning maakt enorm veel lawaai. Niet flexibel met eerder inchecken voor 15u.
