• SatyaReddy (4/5): Not satisfied with poor amenities - No welcome drink provided, no kettle in the room, no packaged water, no toiletries. Very very basic amenities. Very far from the happening places. Not even one restaurant near by 1.5 KM radius. Very very limited buffet breakfast with 2 to 3 varieties. Most of the staff will not even greet you with a smile. Overall our stay was not satisfied, we just passed our days of stay and nothing much.
• Wanderingsoulmind (6/5): Clean rooms poor service - Good - Rooms are neat and clean. Room size is adequate for a couple for a short stay. Access road is good. pool is clean To consider - Breakfast I found it to be high on price as the Spread had very few choices. consisted of breads, poha, paratha and choice of eggs. Coffee/tea. There are no hotels in surrounding vicinity up to a km. They have restrictions on outside food but have very few options to choose from menu. Staff behaviour is avg. not so friendly. Their kitchen opens at 7.30am. There’s No kettle in the room, no tea bags/coffee in the room. This is a major disadvantage
• OnAir23404362545 (6/5): Good. - Area was peaceful. Staffs were cooperative. Rooms were clean and neatly maintained. Pool time could have been extended a bit more. The time limit from 8-8 needs to be upgraded if possible. Room services were available till late at night. Overall good experience.

It’s always been a pleasant experience. The location is good too. The whole room is super cozy. The washrooms are clean too. Staff is great.

• Romiunlimited (8/5): Comfortable stay - The stay was very comfortable. Good location as well. Staff was really friendly and helpful. My only issue would have been with the breakfast, I would have preferred more options as I can be a picky eater at times.
• Supriya (3/5): Not worth the rates they are charging. - Nothing in particular. Just average stay 1. Location is quite far from everything. No nearby restaurants or shops. 2. Security deposit. They took 2000 as security deposit. Don't know why. 3. Rates are high for the room that we got. 4. They charged the card added on booking even before we checked in. That was quite unprofessional. 5. Rooms are not big like they are shown in photos. 6. There is very limited parking, just for 5-6 cars. So, you will be lucky if it is available for you.

• Srinivas (10/5): Beautiful and Exotic stay - The rooms are just so cute and real value for money. It is located in a very calm environment and everything is just minutes away from this property. Nothing bad that I had observed

• Haris (4/5): - The property is located in Varem right on the main road and very near to the market. We reached the property at around 12pm and the lobby was packed with people. We managed to get check-in as they have a policy of check-in by 2:30pm. The room has road view and was clean. There were no water bottles in the room. I asked them atleast 3 times for providing water bottles. I had informed them while going out to keep the water bottles but even in the evening when i came back there were none. The toilet does not have any amenities, the hotel only provides shampoo & soap. All the bathroom amenities have to be purchased from the market. The room card was not functioning well. I complained multiple times but the staff hardly helped. We had to spend almost 45 minutes outside the room as we couldnt go inside. Finally one of the staff member came with a master card to open it but could not fix the issue. Every time we can back to the hotel, we had to request to get the room opened. We finally managed to find one sensible person in Rio Boutique's staff which was Mr. Imran - very helpful & he helped in fixing our key. So, my overall experience with them was not very good & i would not really recommend it. There are many better options available. Positives: Good food, location is good, rooms are decent. Negatives: Lots of mosquitoes in the property, rain water seeps into lobby, staff not very helpful.
