No mosquitos that guarantees peaceful sleep. 1. Shower space in the bathroom is very small, water spills out 2. Breakfast spread is limited to 4-5 options

Their were bit confusion between the booking details that I was having from Booking.com website. The one that was shared with the hotel.I had to explain 2-3 times with the booking details. Monisha (4/5): - I liked the check in process and the staff at the front desk and dining hall. The room was clean. The security guards. Very lax, they weren't interested in helping us find a parking spot. Our first interaction with the hotel staff were the guards and they were very rude. There's not enough space for parking and we were asked to park outside. Mind you, this was after paying for a premium hotel. The hotel needs to work on their customer service. The room and bathroom were also very small. I'm very disappointed.

Mohnish (2/5): Very bad experience will never book this property again and will not recommend anyone to go here - Absolutely nothing, total waste of money Absolute crap of a hotel, the rooms were small and kept smelling of damp, stale and rot. Zero value for money, poor facilities, and a very average restaurant. Was not able to provide a glass of milk for children at 10:30.! The staff is mostly unresponsive and says no to everything you ask for. Total waste of money would not recommend anyone to go here.

Very small rooms, old air conditioning which doesn't cool, too small toilets, torn bedsheets (showing their carelessness in hygiene standards) and restaurant with very poor choice of food.

I would advise For booking.com to be honest about the star rating.. also everyone seems to not understand even basic questions
