- Verified traveler (8/5): - Conveniently located walking distance (or 100 Baht Grab) from Bangkok Hospital. 24-hour 7 Eleven is directly across the street. Even numbered rooms have a view of the roadways in front of the hotel. Odd maundered rooms have a more tranquil view of residences behind the building. Balconies are very small and have room for standing only. There is no hot water available from the sink, only in the shower. Air conditioning worked well, TV is small (27 inches), bed was very hard. There is only one elevator for 8 floors and the cleaning staff also use this elevator. There can be a wait at times. Breakfast options are really good and the mango smoothies are awesome (only 50 Baht). The restaurant closes at 3pm, but there are Grab options available and a restaurant available behind the 7 Eleven. Laundry facilities are about a 5 minute walk away. 24-hour security and front desk personnel are extremely friendly and helpful. There is a refundable deposit required that is returned at check-out. Late check-out is available. Up to 1pm is free, then 100 Baht for every hour after 1pm.

- gev (8/5): Can improve food service at the hotel restaurant - Good but the restaurant does not serve anything beyond Breakfast, even that was plated and not buffet which is sad
- Yefim (8/5): - Hotel is generally nice. Location is good, the grab will take you to most central locations. The problem was that our neighbor smocked and even though they advertised penalty for smocking they don’t enforce it. We had to change the room after several repeated requests. Also the room is not sound proofed and stuff happens at night.

They also helped out with getting public transportation for me, and suggested places for me to go and explore during my stay. The room is also clean, spacious and I like the balcony too.

- Nathalie (6/5): - The room was OK. The bathroom shower was not really to my liking as far as cleanliness. You get what you “pay” for. That being said BEWARE. They request a 1000 baht incidental fee. The rates may be low, but they will do ANYTHING to keep that fee. During my stay, we left a stain on the sheets and they tried to charge us 2900 baht! We had to practically negotiate it down! Not to mention the walls are very thin, so don’t talk super loud.
- Stephanie Faye (8/5): - Pros: The hotel itself was decent and well kept. Due to our late flight, we had to check in late and it was great that someone was available at the front desk. The room was clean and spacious, beds and pillows were comfortable and there was a dining table we could eat at inside our room. We stayed in a suite room which had a large mini fridge and housekeeping supplied us with water and coffee daily. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the highway. The front desk staff and waitstaff were very helpful. There is a 7-eleven beside the hotel which was very convenient. Breakfast was included daily. Cons: Upon check-in, we were provided with a key that opened a room already occupied by another guest (the front desk fixed the situation immediately but I would never want someone to walk into my room - the person could have been changing!). The hallways were stinky because guests left their garbage outside of their rooms and housekeeping did not pick it up until the following morning. Far from the city and attractions and not walkable outside.
- Bo Myo (10/5): - The staffs were really nice and friendly. Safe and convenient area. But the walls seemed to be way too thin that i could hear the noise from next door. Soundproofing would be great.
- BERRY-FAMILY (6/5): Nice hotel - Firstly the hotel is next to a busy motorway… so it’s a little noisy at peak times…. Not bad at night. The bed was comfy with good pillows and clean. But the overall cleanliness wasn’t good. The tables and shower particularly need better cleaning. Staff are polite and helpful which is what you expect from a Thai hotel. Would I stay again…. Yes, it’s plus points out way the negatives.
- G2Kpauly (10/5): Nice hotel - This hotel was great for my 1 day quarantine. The staff were all friendly and professional. The location seemed ok with 7eleven next door. Close enough to the airport. The rooms are nice and have a Belcony and very comfy bed. I would stay again for a stopover in Bangkok.

- Conor (10/5): Great service from staff - Excellent service from Moo and the staff, including the hotel drivers and restaurant, which serves nice food. A great touch is the free hotel shuttle during designated times to surrounding areas as requested. Rooms are clean, with character, and nicely designed. Overall a very nice place to stay.

- Sightseer601583 (10/5): A "find" - This is small(ish) hotel, and calling it a budget hotel is misleading. Yes, the cost is very reasonable, but the hotel delivers much more than you might expect. Rooms are comfortable, well equipped and, on the higher floors, have views across the vibrant Bangkok skyline. There is a nice restaurant (breakfast is included) and the staff are friendly, efficient and lift your whole experience - their declared aim is to make everyone's stay special. I will stay again and highly recommend this place. (I have visited Thailand over many years and am the author of the book "Smile Because it happened")
- VeeOh (10/5): Greatest staff, good hotel - We stayed at The Kinn for 3 weeks. The Hotel is well equipped and still quite new. Our room was sparkling clean, and well served. There is a nice rooftop bar as well as a restaurant downstairs if you don't feel like hunting for street food. Close enough to RCA and the Proud market to walk if you want to. The best thing about The Kinn is undoubtedly the staff. Pim and the other front desk staff and concierges are EXTREMELY helpful, and helped us to feel at home. The WiFi is fast. The cleaning and support staff were also very friendly. A great hotel with good value for money. The laundry service was a bit expensive, but the quality and care of the service was very very good.

- 188minnie (10/5): Excellent Service with Heart ! - We are highly recommend this new hotel, The Kinn Hotel Bangkok. We stayed there for 5 days and really impressed because all staff served us with heart and have showed their initiative ! We booked a spa and we were not sure the dos and don'ts for the jacuzzi service, The Hotel Manager, Pim, called the spa and clarified all the details for us. Shuttle bus to the nearest BTS or MRT, delicious free breakfast and unlimited refill of coffee and tea, fast speed free Wi-Fi...... etc. Special thanks to The Room Department Manager, Pim Schwoebken, Anurat and all other staff. We are sure we will stay again next time !
- woravutk (10/5): A marvelous hotel with excellent service staff - It was very nice and great time for me to stay in this hotel, in the room was cozy, comfortable and tastefully furnished reflecting great convenience of a home. Just a short drive to bustling commercial, shopping, entertainment and hospitals are just nearby, I would recommend to other who want to have a great experience as me. Reasonable price.
- SteveBruns (10/5): Great hotel for the price! Excellent service and food - I was really happy with my stay at The Kinn. Brand new hotel with great service and food. My room was spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. Fast and free internet. Nice TV, but no English channels. (You get what you pay for.) The complimentary breakfast was cooked to order. I also had a delicious dinner at their restaurant at a reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff. Only suggestion for improvement: mount your bathroom mirrors a little higher. Fine for Asians, but we Westerners who are a little taller than average have to bend over to see our faces :)
- 810krishanl (10/5): Needed hotel last minute urgently - We needed a last minute hotel in a family emergency. From the outside we saw this hotel looked new and clean on the outside, with a cheap price. During this emergency the staff were fantastic and as cooperative as they could possibly be. In this tough time, they were supportive and incredibly nice. I would particularly like to thank the Room manager - Pim Schwoebken, Anurat Chiwern and Lapasrada Srinak. Even when we needed last minute computers, printers etc they were fantastic even walking us to the local shop to help us buy things. My youngest son who was particularly upset was comforted by the bellboy too. For a cheap price the rooms were clean and spacious and air conditioned. Easy taxi access to downtown bangkok. First class service and all round people all around! Would love to thank them personally again if they were to ever come to London!
